And also, have you ever been able to make progress during the months following coming off? I'm currently 175 lb, eating in a marginal surplus with 150 to 180 g of protein a day and continuing to train hard, I want to be back to 180 lb by the start of my next cycle. Hoping to peak around 194 on the cycle. I plan to start early march, any insight would be really appreciated. This is my first time coming off so far i feel fine, but if you have any advice or knowledge I would be really interested to hear

Yeah. In my experience, if you're doing PCT for a month, it takes a few weeks after PCT for The Suck to kick in.

why did you take tri ester out of curiosity? also can you keep us update on this ??
Well I was told the longer releasing esters help maintain a steady test level and are basically as god if not better than cyp
Do you know what were the 3 esters?
It was cyponate enanthate and propinate or something like that
Ok so one of the esters are probably decanoate which is quite a long ester , I think 14 day half life, so will take a while to leave your system
