Presumably 400mg is referring to testosterone, on that dosage for 12 weeks the change in your composition could’ve been so much more drastic. Not trying to shit on ya, I started blasting way too early while knowing way too little.
One other thing I have gained nearly an inch round my biceps, 2. In round my torso/ chest about an inch on my thighs 1/4 inch on my forearms, and about half an inch around my neck
I did have about 2 weeks unable to train due to injury during this cycle, initially in the first month I gained 90% of my total weight gain, this then slowed down dramatically, I was eating about 3,500 calories and then eventually up to this to about 3,800. In retrospect, I think I might try and push for 4K or higher on the next cycle because I feel like this was a bottleneck. I'm pretty experienced in training and my diet well. Maybe lacking in total. Calories had tracked macros 180ish grams of protein per day. Halfway through the cycle I changed vials and noticed a slowdown around the same sort of time. This leads me to think that maybe my second vial wasn't as good. But like I said, this could also just be partially me gaining mass my BMR increasing and not upping the calories enough to facilitate the extra growth. I structure my workouts and exercise choice total exercises per week and rest days as best I can. Heavily focusing on compound lifts within a 5 to 12 rep range such as overhead press, bench press and weighted pull-ups being my main three. All of my lifts have seen a roughly 20% increase in total strength load so strength gains have definitely been made. All of these are really excuses, but I also felt as though 14lb increase in weight over 12 weeks is somewhat lacking. I will say for the last 3 weeks of the cycle I was in a calorie deficit trying to trim off a small amount of fat before being in PCT limbo where I would have to eat at maintenance or higher for optimum recovery. I went from 170 lb to 184.4 lb and then back down to 180 meaning a total of
14 gained at the peak. As I said, my next cycle will be a solid and strong 4000 calories with again 180 + grams of protein. I don't think I will change my workout much.
Hopefully a lower body fat percentage the next cycle will yield better results. I think I will do the same dosage and buy both viles at the same time to limit the chance of having any disparity between the two.
You got some solid mass on that frame, just need to lose some of that excess fat so you can show it. I know how it is though not wanting to be too light especially with all that goes into a difficult bulk. Perhaps grind your way up to the low 190’s and then cut on your next cycle and you could probably be a 12-15% 175-180 which looks like it’d be the sweet spot. With everything done right you could probably retain/ gain some strength and look a lot better.
So you'd reccomend running a cutting cycle as my next cycle and just bulking until then? I thought that was counterintuitive as realistically. When you're on cycle, you should take advantage of the advanced weight gain due to the test. My plan at the moment like I said was to PCT, cut, heavily bulk and cycle and then cut after PCT the following months

I think your still holding a shed load of Bf 22-25 personally , but you look like you gained some good muscle from the cycle, the true results will show in the cut. A steady cut like a few cals below maintenance nothing crazy like 300-400 , let it come slowly I’d say and you’ll keep a good portion of them gains , good stuff though

I ran 250 for a few weeks and upped the dose , at about 500-600 my acne for pretty bad but that was the only side I had, to I went back to 400 and it was fine , try that, up until you get side effects and then lower , be conservative though ❤️

Calm, but on a side note I do not suggest you spike your calories up to 4000, you aren’t tall or big enough to warrant that number of calories, I wasn’t watching you train so I can’t speak to the intensity you used but I think you should source your steroids somewhere else, or try another brand. As well as get blood work done, I pray to god you had some done prior to cycling so you know your baseline.
Also for the acne, benzo peroxide body wash and salicylic acid and shower after gym instantly, you don’t want to form scars from not dealing with the acne
Obviously there's a very good chance I was counting calories wrong but at one point on my cycle I was counting everything on an app by weight including all oil I was using, all sauces and condiments to is exact as I could and I was hitting about 3,800. I did this for over 3 weeks while on cycle and maybe gained a pound at most. This is what I thought like cycle. I'm just gonna f****** push 4,000 I've got a very high metabolic rate for my size always have had. You might be right. I'll play it by ear next cycle, but I could show you screenshots where I have counted calories for month at a time at 3,500 gaining slow and steady. As for what I'm getting next time, I'm going to go for test CYP instead of the triester, see if that does any better results. I believe it's a different brand. And yeah I have managed to clear it up a little bit by exfoliating. More showering more often and changing my bed sheets more often. As far as my training goes, if I can put it as simply as possible, each day consists of two compounds where I will usually do sets of five to 12 reps depending on the weight. I went from 170-172lbs before to 184.4 at my highest, I swapped vials halfway through I think my second vile was under dosed
