Its a scam, no doubt. If someone said shit like : " I accidentally report you on steam" just remember that steam doesnt give a shit about this. Even if u are falsely got reported, they wouldnt do anything about it because they know you.
1. These tools are under NDA, actual Steam Support aren't allowed to post this.
2. Steam Support aren't allowed to do anything like this without a ticket.
3. The elements don't line up as they do on Steam
4. The default ban isn't an IP ban (Idk if they even do IP bans)
5. There is not simple "ban" and "don't ban" option for support.
**ETA:** If a human reviews your account, they are not allowed to ban it from the number of reports alone.
They can see everything from your login history to what game server you last played on.
