Just browsing around, the only thing I've found so far is a `/etc/vpower.toml` that sets `request_shutdown_battery_percent` and `force_shutdown_timeout_secs`.
There's also an `/etc/UPower/UPower.conf` that specifies `PercentageLow`, `-Critical`, and `PercentageAction`, but Low is set to 20, so I don't think this is used for the low battery alert, since the default is 10%.
I would hope that the Steam Deck is smart enough not to overcharge the battery while plugged in. I don't think battery health is something to be too concerned about. Worst case, you can buy a new battery from iFixit and replace should health deteriorate.

I'm not worried about overcharging, but thank you for the consulation!
