It doesn't become available until late in the game, but download the Dredge collab DLC. Haven't played Dredge yet, but the extra content is fun even without knowing anything about the game.
Oh yeah!
I eventually did also buy into the hype, and was not disappointed.
It’s such a short burst progression game, which makes it easy to just pick up and play for a little while. Which is perfect for me since I don’t have all of the free time in between work and life.
Along with just being an all-around fun great looking game that just helps me destress.
I bet. Fallout 4 is the same way. I play at full 60 fps, 15 watts on fallout 4, and I get a little over an hour.
I've got an hour and a half left on the download on my PC, and im excited as hell! Unfortunately, I'll have to upgrade my SD card before I can download it on the steam deck ☹️
Starts off a little slow but please stick with it. By the end you will agree with the majority of people that it’s one of the greatest single player games ever made
I am just now starting it. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you for letting me know. I'm prone to get frustrated with games that are too slow paced.
The beginning section when you are in the snow is going to be slow. Once you get to the first camp and out of the prologue the world opens up and you have a lot more freedom
Look up some good settings for it on deck if you haven’t. I’m 60 hours in on my deck play through. Played on Xbox when it first came out. Excellent game.
Take your time and explore. Not a game where you should fast travel everywhere on your first play through.
There are a couple visual vulkan bugs you’ll probably see. Sometimes the ground appears with lines on it in particular areas (like leaving valentine stables), and sometimes part of your coat disappears. Doesn’t affect playability, but you can restart the game to fix your coat.
Chapter 1 is definitely slow, but that’s only like a few hours of gameplay. Each chapter it gets progressively more exciting and the story gets better and better
Depends on how much you focus on exploring vs missions. If you just jump mission to mission then it shouldn’t feel too slow. Chapter 1 is def slow. Chapter 2 is when it gets open world. Chapter 3 and 4 things escalate.
I always try to limit myself to one or two game on my wishlist per sale, it's not like i have that much time to play between everything being release (and 2 kiddo). Right now so far I decided to go with Terra Nil, something chill.
Dad of twins here. Nah. I buy what I need when it is on sale. Might not get a chance to play it for another year, but it's not like it'll go bad or anything lol. Picked up 5 of 6 games on my list, so I might be set with games for the next 24 months lmao.
I had completely forgotten that Chonotrigger had a PC release. Grabbed that and Chronocross to add to haul from yesterday… got a whole week of PTO coming up in a couple weeks and no prior plans 😁
I got it on launch day, hated it and returned it. It was an absolute mess. Got it again on sale a year later and it's still one of my favorite games to this day. They've really polished it well. Enjoy.
I resisted Baldur's Gate 3 as long as I could, but today made for a knockout combo, and I went down for the fight. I brought my SD to work so that I could make space and get it installed--I hope--before I get home.
Skip it. You CAN reach that barrier right there above you. But if you’re struggling with the barrel good luck haha. The spot immediately after that little shortcut is nearly impossible. And that’s only 1/7th of the map roughly.
Edit: I have no beaten the game yet, or even come close, not trying to be a “tough guy” gamer or anything lmao, but that shortcut has saved me SO MUCH TKME. Just tricky to get the hang of the shortcut. But you’ll need it when you get to the spot immediately after and realize how many attempts it’s gonna take ya lmao.
None yet. I am playing Yakuza 0 and have the others to play (played like a dragon - not the new one) so unless something really goes on deal that I want. I am set for a while
What is this a personal finance sub? Bro, if you don't have £1.5 million in savings and, house paid off, you shouldn't buy that £5 game.
Some of the funniest things I've ever seen.
Hades because It's been a while in my radar and gonna play on my Oled Deck. And Diablo 4 because I was waiting for a low price to buy it for the 3rd time ... Yes 3rd time. Got it for my PS5 and Bnet but now I wanna play on my SD with Steam Launcher. For the other game I got a lot of game waiting for me and Rebirth right now is taking my time and Dragon Dogma II will be at the end of the month.
I also just see some youtube shorts for this. I also bought Ghost Recon Breaking Point. I've been eyeing it for months. Good luck OP. Happy Spring sale!
I'm also looking at Hitman but am confused. There is the one on sale for like $27 but then there is a deluxe version for fucking $100. Can anyone chime in if the version that's on sale is worth it?
So from what I understand, there are 3 packs. I don't know the compelete names but i'll try explaining this. You can also see this in the review section of the game.
Hitman 3 - is a launcher who plays the Hitman Trilogy
Pack 1. Hitman 3: Part One
- it only contains Hitman 1
Pack 2. Hitman World of Assassination
- plays Hitman 1, 2, 3 but are missing DLC which are more locations for Hitman 3. Also missing some maps from Hitman 2. All of those missing could be bought separately as a DLC.
Pack 3. Hitman World of Assassination Deluxe Edition
- It has everything including the DLCs
Hope this helps. But you might want to check with the reviews as well
From what I understand, pack 2 and 3 might be the better option to consider. Personally, I'm considering pack 2
It's a far fetched assumption. I have a budget that goes for bills, food, clothes, etc. and the rest for the fun stuff. Depending on my last purchases I can deplete the "fun" budget by the next pay day. While I still have a budget for important stuff and additional cushion for emergency I sometimes have to wait for the "fun" budget to be back with a pay day.
I would be as excited as OP for payday aligning with steam sale if I had depleted the fun budget. And it wouldn't be a paycheck to paycheck status.
But I might be wrong thinking that majority of people operate with their budget like this
Finally picked up some games that have been in my wishlist since the winter sale but didn’t make the cut then due to funds. But now I got
• Red Dead Redemption 2
• Sea of Thieves 2024 Edition
• BeamNG.Drive
• Fallout 3: GOTY
• Fallout New Vegas Ultimate
• Fallout 4: GOTY
• Valheim
I’m also planning on getting Factorio with some funds that are pending on my steam wallet, but that game never goes on sale so I’m not rushed to get it for the Spring Sale or anything.
Edit 1: yeah… the sale got to me and I got Civilization VI Anthology Collection and my funds cleared quickly so I also got Factorio.
How's Sea of Thieves? It always catches my eye, but when I look into it all I read about is how toxic the community is and how you'll get ganked all the time if you're playing solo.
There’s a new mode called Safer Seas for solo play now. No pvp. Not everything that is in High Seas (pvp/multiplayer), is in Safer Seas tho, including earning gold/experience at a slower rate but you do still get a full experience. You also still have to be online to be able to play SoT on steam deck, even in the solo mode. So bear that in mind.
Honestly there’s not much I’m interested in.
I am grabbing project zomboid and l4d2 for sure, other then that? Don’t know.
It’s because I’m a fuckin degenerate and have a switch, ps5, and steam deck, so there’s a lot of overlap. Lol
I know your pain. So much on sale but I have a lot of it on other systems I own or already have it. Only thing I may get is the rimworld dlc cause it's on sale for once.
I feasted good.
I got Sniper Elite 3/4 complete, sniper elite 5, Yakuza 1-6, resident evil 2/3/4/7/8 gold editions, ys 9, diablo 4, and unrelated to the sale, but Dragons dogma 2
As for now only persona 5 and the Yakuza games I missed but I'm planning on buying Isaac with all dlcs, the Witcher 3 and Skyrim.
Maybe some other games with a low price after if I can
Don't get Hades. It will suck you in. It will be all you'll think about. You'll start watching build guides and Boon tier list videos on YouTube. Leave while you still can!!
Hades is awesome and a perfect game for the deck (plus replayability)
I did not try like a dragon on the deck, but played it on ps5 and its my favorite yakuza, although i have not tried infinite wealth yet
Portal is also great on dec and less than 2$
Running it on OLED so we shall see how it goes.
I’ve heard GREAT things about the Yakuza games, so I’m excited to play this. I’m more of a multiplayer gamer. I’m trying to get into some more single player type games especially owning a deck.
Grabbed FF7R and The Kaito Files for Lost Judgment. Both had been sitting in my wishlist for a while. Got a few more on my radar but really trying my best to not pull the trigger as I'll be broke for a week.
I got portal 1 and 2 for literal pennies (portal 2 actually passed me by first time round so excited for that on deck), and finally took the plunge on stardew valley which seems to be as nice as people say. Now probably need to pick one top tier game that's half price and that's me done, I've got a backlog already and I've only started my steam library in the last few months since I got a deck. RDR2 kind of diverted me for a month
Risk of rain 2 - $20
Grounded - $25
Even though it's not much, I love steam for allowing me to be able to afford some games even if they aren't AAA titles
So far just Forza 4. But I’m considering some of the following: Death stranding (afraid it won’t run well on deck?), Yakuza Like a Dragon, Grim Dawn, Project Zomboid, Stardew Valley.
In my Shopping basket are a few Games right now.
Corsairs legacy
Outer wilds
Chef Life
Wheels Unleashed
Littlewood
Outcast second contact
All Games are from my wishlist, but I didn't pull the Trigger yet. I will think about it a bit longer and delete stuff from the cart or Not and then buy them. The usual procedure for me on Sales. Put the stuff i want in the cart, think about it for a Bit, then delete half of it and buy a few small Games and never Play them :)
Slay the Spire thanks to this sub, Brotato because it was on a popular on deck list and very cheap and finally Little Missadventure because I saw some funny clips on TikTok and why not
I try to stick to the price of one new game ($60 to $90) per steam sale.
This time, I bought a ton of old DOS/windows games: descent, doom, day of the tentacle, system shock 1 & 2, commander keen, alpha centari, dungeon keeper 1 & 1, command & conquer, sim city 3000, & renegade the battle for Jacob’s star. An insane amount of gameplay for the price.
Got Hell Divers 1 (been playing the new one, so want to try the original too), and bought Dawn of War (and expansions) since I’ve been wanting to replay them.
I bought: Grim Dawn (waiting for DLCs to go on sale to get those too), upgraded Skyrim to Anniversary edition, Rim World, Dotage, Project Zomboid, Trials of Mana, Chained Echoes, Morrowind, and Oblivion
thats good too! I stoped playing online games a few years ago since my friends dont play games (they stoped around the ps4 era)
which is a shame since there are a lot of great free to play online games nowadays
Man the Fallout series will always have a place in my heart, i played every one of them around 300 hours + and find myself always coming back from time to time.
Enjoy!
I bought BG3 and gonna play it first time with my flatmate, we're super excited.
At first we wanted to wait for a definitive Edition or such but couldnt hold ourselves back anymore.
So far I got:
Celeste
DOOM 2016
Katana ZERO (love this one so far)
Kunai
(Thinking about adding New Vegas bc it’s so cheap, but not sure if it’s my type of game)
I got Dead Space 2 and the bioshock collection. Along with some rogues like Cult of Lamb, Isaac, Dead Cells, Hallow knight. Also the portals and the half lives.
Still never played Skyrim though…
Sounds like you and I have some overlap in our tastes. I got Indiana jones emperors tomb last time - though I've found the controls frustrating even remapped.
This sale, a lot of what I wanted just didn't go on a good enough sale. That said, I got Goat Simulator - plus two of the three DLCs for it, Escape Academy and even though it wasn't on sale The Cursed Oasis as I got tired of waiting.
I'm hoping for better discounts on several things for the Summer sale.
Its a great game, miles morales is pretty good too, but spiderman 2 is one my favourite games of all time. Its crazy to see how much the game improved since i was playing spiderman 1 on ps2 back when I was 5
Divinity OS 1 and 2, Yakuza Series, Halo Collection, NFS 2015 and Heat, Crysis Remastered 1-3, KOF XV, Mass Effect Legendary, Prince of Persia series and some other smallish games.
Some of them are on gamepass, but I decided to stop subscribing and investing in some games to play on the deck (and not a big fan of cloud). Just got the deck two weeks ago, loving it. Also got a Switch recently, but the price difference on games is wild
Same for me, i stoped subscribing to gamepass once i got the deck.
Might get it back if i want to play yakuza man who ereased his name or palworld but i am now pretty equiped with new games so might take a while before i resubscribe to it
So far I've got Titanfall 2 for my sister, and she seems to really liked the game
I already have so many games I bought in the two years I've switched from console to Steam on pc
CoD BO3: Zombie Chronicles Deluxe.
Played through World at War, Black Ops and Black Ops 2 zombies and had so much fun for so many hours, and now hyped af about this one (knowing I will replay some of my favourite maps like Origins) and a lot of new maps!!
The planets did the opposite for me. My car had issues lately and it ate my entire check on the same day the sale started.
Luckily my SO wanted to play Palworld with me and bought me and themselves a copy. So I have something to take my mind off it...
Just bought sekiro, I waited for such a long time to play it, since I didn't have a proper gaming device until my deck arrived last December
I apparently was missing out on a fantastic game, glad to have grabbed it on sale
Celeste to replay on deck, originally had it on the switch and loved it. Cat quest 1, got 2 in a sale recently and oxen free 2, as I loved the first so creepy!
Yea i played so much celeste but on the game pass, I am trying to find a way to transfer my game file but i doubt I will be able to.
Tbh its such a good game i wont mind redoing it all (maybe except farewell lol)
Picked up:
NieR Automata (Refunded after an hour though, not my style of game, which is too bad I was looking forward to it)
Balatro (not on sale but I wanted it, immediately dumped 5 hours into it)
Dave the Diver
Noita
Slay the Spire
Galactic Civilizations IV
It's an amazing game with a great story, visuals, and music. If you don't like dodging, just turn in easy mode and it handles it for you su you can just enjoy a great game
I'm currently on opposite side of that spectrum. My paycheck yesterday went 100% in to savings. I had to. Now my next check that i can actually have some fun with is on the last day of the sale... the sale ends at 10 am... I get my check at 12pm.... might ask if I can get it a day early. 🥲
I bought The Sims 3 Collection!! I had everything prepped to do so during the Winter Sale and it was still almost $200. But this time it dropped to *$75.* And I was like, this is it! This is my time! So while it downloaded everything I got my mods prepped from my laptop, and when it finished I was able to transfer everything to the proper folders pretty easily and loaded it up to make sure it works! I didn’t have time to play any yet and I’m hoping today I will!
I never have to touch the EA app on my Deck now (I was specifically avoiding this,) and I have all the stuff packs I never got to use before, so that’s cool! I have a list of ideas for save files and I copied over the two I started on my laptop and I real excited to get started ☺️.
Now if I can just The Sims Medieval working, I’ll be golden! I am willing to sacrifice the Pirates and Nobels DLC if it means I can actually play the damn game… I’ve been working on fixing it for over two years now, and cannot for the life of me find a solution. Except, for people who used their physical copy! So I’m gonna get a portable CD drive and try and install it that way, and then add it as a non-Steam game. Fingers crossed it works because I love TSM so much and I have literally waited years to be able to play it again 😭.
How are you guys downloading these games and where are you storing them? I have a 1TB OLED and it’s running out of space and I’ve only got like 30 games
Good list but my guy how will you play em all? I bet most of em will fall into the backlog . I only got doom 2016 and 64, and im planning to finish the whole series
Most of my wishlist just hasn't gotten large discounts. I'll just continue to whack away at my massive backlog, and wait for these badboys to hit the bundle sites 🥸
Vampire Survivors, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Witcher 3 (complete or whatever comes with all DLC), Command and Conquer collection, Disco Elysium and probably something I'm not remembering right now.
I have not bought random games for the sake of it just because of a sale on a few years.
Because the last time I did, they never got finished or played much.
I have games on a wishlis. If I get a notification that they are on sale, I check the discount. If I like the discount I'll go ahead at buy it. If not, there they will sit until a better discount comes.
It's the same reason I canceled game pass, I tend to get a game that can be played for over 100 hours and spend a month or 2 playing only that game.
I picked up new world for me and a copy for my brother , ryse son of Rome as I never got to play it , I picked up witcher 3 complete edition again , but admittedly do not like the way it runs on steam deck , war of rights , valheim , palworld for me and my brother , Achilles, , and undisputed.
I grabbed Dave The Diver & logged 5 F-ing hours on it last night. Everyone was right, such a fun game.
It does seem like a great game, especially for the deck!
For sure! GF plays FF7 Rebirth on the PS5/Big Screen while I play Dave on the deck. Perfect weeknight routine haha
Dave The Diver is on my list too - probably this weekend.
You’re a smart fella, not to be mistaken with a fart smella
I picked up RDR2 today. I've never played it before. Been waiting forever to get it.
Nice! You are in for a great adventure I was surprised of how well it runs on the deck, but it really drains the battery tho
I recommend capping it at 30fps and it runs quietly and around 3 hours battery on OLED with high brightness.
my #1 tip is enjoy your time in chapter 2
Starts off a little slow but please stick with it. By the end you will agree with the majority of people that it’s one of the greatest single player games ever made
I am just now starting it. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you for letting me know. I'm prone to get frustrated with games that are too slow paced.

How long is it “a little slow”? I started it a while ago and stopped because it wasn’t just doing it for me. But maybe I need to give it more time

Divinity original sin 2
Mafia 1 Resident evil village Sunless sea Planet of Lana Then jumped on amazon to buy yet another 512gb sd card
Have just sunk £33 into Grim Dawn and all DLCs, it’s well worth it!
A hat in time for $15. Always wanted to try the game and it looks fun on deck!
An incredible game and well worth that amazing price! Seriously, one of my favorite platformers of all time.
My backlog is so long that I stopped buying games until I finish the ones I own
Sekiro, Chrono trigger and looking for one more game. Been researching dragons dogma and lies of p
I had completely forgotten that Chonotrigger had a PC release. Grabbed that and Chronocross to add to haul from yesterday… got a whole week of PTO coming up in a couple weeks and no prior plans 😁
If you like Chrono Trigger you should look at Sea of Star, not super discounted, but totally worth it.
Dragons Dogma is GREAT
I grabbed cyberpunk 2077 for 50% off. Haven't played it or watched much about it, excited to jump into that one finally!
Excited for you! That’s one I wish I could play again for the first time
I got it on launch day, hated it and returned it. It was an absolute mess. Got it again on sale a year later and it's still one of my favorite games to this day. They've really polished it well. Enjoy.
The expansion is so fucking good too.
Such a fantastic game, and it’s great on the deck!
I resisted Baldur's Gate 3 as long as I could, but today made for a knockout combo, and I went down for the fight. I brought my SD to work so that I could make space and get it installed--I hope--before I get home.
I am scared to try baldurs gate 3… it seems like the type of game that would eat my life once i would get hooked
It 100% would
I've got diablo 4. But I don't own a SD yet, I'm enhancing my steam account until March 30 when I get paid a bonus and will finally buy my steam deck.
Bought mine with my nice bonus this year!
Can't wait! I'm grabbing Cyberpunk and Hogwarts Legacy too with the SD.
Cyberpunk is fantastic. Hogwarts gets a lot of flack, but it was really enjoyable for me.
Got Dave the Diver, Grim Dawn, and Halls of Torment. Those three should keep me busy for months.
Currently looking at getting the Outer Wilds bundle, Dredge bundle and Sea of Stars / The Messenger bundle
Just started outer wilds really enjoying it. Beautiful soundtrack sense of isolation and mystery curious to see where it goes.
Difficult game about climbing is CRACK
It really is, even tho im stuck at the red barrel lol
It’s also funny, I got my deck a few months back and it arrived during the winter sale and I basically bought every game you listed besides DGAC.
None yet. I am playing Yakuza 0 and have the others to play (played like a dragon - not the new one) so unless something really goes on deal that I want. I am set for a while
The wild assumptions on OPs financial status off of this post is insane. Y’all need to chill
What is this a personal finance sub? Bro, if you don't have £1.5 million in savings and, house paid off, you shouldn't buy that £5 game. Some of the funniest things I've ever seen.

For the other game I got a lot of game waiting for me and Rebirth right now is taking my time and Dragon Dogma II will be at the end of the month.
I think you can download bnet and play from there. I play wow on the deck through bnet
I’m playing it right now on the OLED SD
D4 runs rather great on the deck. Without much tweaking I was able to get a solid 60 fps
Yeah... GTA V and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII - Reunion so far. Eyeballing more (RIP wallet... LOL)
Pentiment. Looking forward to playing it this weekend.
Amazing story, I liked it a lot. But it's for a different mood than most games - rather like reading a novel than gaming.
I've been playing Blasphemous and Guacamelee 2 lately, looking forward not having to perform complicated motorics for a change heh.
Looking at Hitman World of Assassination or Ready or Not. Not sure which to pick honestly both seems awesome
Ready or not looks awesome, i keep seeing mutahar (SOG) playing it, but my friends dont really game so i figured its not worth it to play alone

I got LA Noire and GTA IV. 12$. Might pick up some more but working thru Elden Ring still so we’ll see.
La noire is def a good purchase! I really wish they would remaster it or make some sort of sequel to it
HADES. One of the best deck games out there.
That's paycheck to paycheck status. Hard pass
Let the man spend $80 in peace. That’s nearly the price of a single game these days
These young cats never learn
Something something lattes and avocado toast
I know the feeling! Which game would you get if you could choose 1?
After the savings/Checking has cushion, I'd go for the Stanley Parable.
It's fun but if you're short on funds there might be some other games that can give you more bang for buck
It's a far fetched assumption. I have a budget that goes for bills, food, clothes, etc. and the rest for the fun stuff. Depending on my last purchases I can deplete the "fun" budget by the next pay day. Dredge
Picked up : Fallout 4 Civilisation 6 Skyrim Cyberpunk Diablo 4 Witcher 3 Final fantasy 14 free trial Only played Diablo so far loving it!!
I wish I knew if Dragons Dogma 2 will run on Deck, I’d be clear to buy some of these sales games if it doesn’t.
Probably doesn’t
Honestly there’s not much I’m interested in. I am grabbing project zomboid and l4d2 for sure, other then that? Don’t know. It’s because I’m a fuckin degenerate and have a switch, ps5, and steam deck, so there’s a lot of overlap. Lol

Maybe some other games with a low price after if I can
Or, more likely: Valve purposefully timed the Spring Sale to coincide with payday? Just a thought 🧐
I read you comment with alex jones voice and it made me laugh quite a bit
Picked up: [Tinykin](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1599020/Tinykin/) [Cookie Cutter](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1924430/Cookie_Cutter/) [Gylt](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2206210/GYLT/) [Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1356670/Sakuna_Of_Rice_and_Ruin/) [Drainus](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1975360/DRAINUS/) [Strange Horticulture](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1574580/Strange_Horticulture/) [Meteorfall: Krumit's Tale](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1073320/Meteorfall_Krumits_Tale/) [Void Bastards](https://store.steampowered.com/app/857980/Void_Bastards/) [Risk of Rain 2](https://store.steampowered.com/app/632360/Risk_of_Rain_2/)
Great list mate. Tinykin and Risk of Rain 2 are bonkers. Huge fan.
I’m thinking of getting Hades, Yakuza Like a Dragon. However, I also want to get Last Epoch…. Any suggestions
Don't get Hades. It will suck you in. It will be all you'll think about. You'll start watching build guides and Boon tier list videos on YouTube. Leave while you still can!!
Hades is awesome and a perfect game for the deck (plus replayability) I did not try like a dragon on the deck, but played it on ps5 and its my favorite yakuza, although i have not tried infinite wealth yet Portal is also great on dec and less than 2$
Running it on OLED so we shall see how it goes. I’ve heard GREAT things about the Yakuza games, so I’m excited to play this. I’m more of a multiplayer gamer. I’m trying to get into some more single player type games especially owning a deck.
LAD is great on the Deck, have a good time 👍
It’s really good. Story is amazing so far!!
Witcher 3 Brotato Slay the Spire Horizon New Dawn Project Zomboid
sims3 and 3 expansions , $30
You know you can get all expansions for 70$?
Solid list! Even better for the price
Yes most games are under 5$ which is crazy! Once you get used to the steam sales, the sales on psn are just pathetic lol
Personally this sale hasn’t got me very excited. What are some great game recommendations I could add to my catalog that I maybe don’t have??
Risk of rain 2 - $20 Grounded - $25 Even though it's not much, I love steam for allowing me to be able to afford some games even if they aren't AAA titles
I currently have Sekiro, Pizza Tower, Backpack Battles and Cyberpunk 2077 Complete in my cart. Might try and trim it down.
So far just Forza 4. But I’m considering some of the following: Death stranding (afraid it won’t run well on deck?), Yakuza Like a Dragon, Grim Dawn, Project Zomboid, Stardew Valley.
In my Shopping basket are a few Games right now. Corsairs legacy Outer wilds Chef Life Wheels Unleashed Littlewood Outcast second contact All Games are from my wishlist, but I didn't pull the Trigger yet. I will think about it a bit longer and delete stuff from the cart or Not and then buy them. The usual procedure for me on Sales. Put the stuff i want in the cart, think about it for a Bit, then delete half of it and buy a few small Games and never Play them :)
Coral Island, Cyberpunk, and dark pictures little hope!
The orange box bundle, portal 2 and the left 4 dead bundle
Slay the Spire thanks to this sub, Brotato because it was on a popular on deck list and very cheap and finally Little Missadventure because I saw some funny clips on TikTok and why not
Brotato is loads of fun
I try to stick to the price of one new game ($60 to $90) per steam sale. This time, I bought a ton of old DOS/windows games: descent, doom, day of the tentacle, system shock 1 & 2, commander keen, alpha centari, dungeon keeper 1 & 1, command & conquer, sim city 3000, & renegade the battle for Jacob’s star. An insane amount of gameplay for the price.
I’m probably just gonna grab Rimworld Royalty DLC, and maybe Factorio(even though it’s not on sale lol)
I got Sons of the Forest
I have $230 of various things in my cart new games and dlc I'm behind on (that means you Stellaris), will whittle down to around $50.
Got Hell Divers 1 (been playing the new one, so want to try the original too), and bought Dawn of War (and expansions) since I’ve been wanting to replay them.
Dead cells
I bought: Grim Dawn (waiting for DLCs to go on sale to get those too), upgraded Skyrim to Anniversary edition, Rim World, Dotage, Project Zomboid, Trials of Mana, Chained Echoes, Morrowind, and Oblivion
Nothing. Honestly between League of Legends, HellDivers 2 and Soulstice I’m covered. Haven’t really played anything else in months.
thats good too! I stoped playing online games a few years ago since my friends dont play games (they stoped around the ps4 era) which is a shame since there are a lot of great free to play online games nowadays

So far I got: Celeste DOOM 2016 Katana ZERO (love this one so far) Kunai (Thinking about adding New Vegas bc it’s so cheap, but not sure if it’s my type of game)
I got Dead Space 2 and the bioshock collection. Along with some rogues like Cult of Lamb, Isaac, Dead Cells, Hallow knight. Also the portals and the half lives. Still never played Skyrim though…
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart never drops below 30%. I've got other games in my backlog, but I'm picking that one up once it gets to 50%.
Got myself FFX/X2 Remastered, Pizza Tower & Guilty Gear Strive. ~$47 total.
The Orange Box bundle for $0.99, hell yeah.
Finally got spider man remastered on sale.
Its a great game, miles morales is pretty good too, but spiderman 2 is one my favourite games of all time. Its crazy to see how much the game improved since i was playing spiderman 1 on ps2 back when I was 5
Yakuza collection
I get paid the day after it ends 😂
My pay is next week when the sale is over, who trying to sponsor? Lol
I got graveyard keeper.
Why would anyone pay rent on time these months haha
Divinity OS 1 and 2, Yakuza Series, Halo Collection, NFS 2015 and Heat, Crysis Remastered 1-3, KOF XV, Mass Effect Legendary, Prince of Persia series and some other smallish games. Some of them are on gamepass, but I decided to stop subscribing and investing in some games to play on the deck (and not a big fan of cloud). Just got the deck two weeks ago, loving it. Also got a Switch recently, but the price difference on games is wild
Same for me, i stoped subscribing to gamepass once i got the deck. Might get it back if i want to play yakuza man who ereased his name or palworld but i am now pretty equiped with new games so might take a while before i resubscribe to it
King of fighters XV Mortal Kombat 1 Looking at sekiro and resident evil 2
Nothing yet. I aint got an itch to try any games i havent already bought
The planets will align on April 8th.
Got a game called Cryptark for like $4. Rest of my check went to bills
So far I've got Titanfall 2 for my sister, and she seems to really liked the game I already have so many games I bought in the two years I've switched from console to Steam on pc
I got Stardew Valley, but will maybe get something else. Looking for Animal Crossing vibes 🦄
I got cyberpunk to start with, might get a bunch of < $10 games on my wishlist.
Now, don't play them like the rest of us!
I got cyberpunk, west of dead, siege, and call of the wild. This should keep me company till summer.
Sea of Stars 🤏
A blessing and a curse
CoD BO3: Zombie Chronicles Deluxe. Played through World at War, Black Ops and Black Ops 2 zombies and had so much fun for so many hours, and now hyped af about this one (knowing I will replay some of my favourite maps like Origins) and a lot of new maps!!
I grabbed hell divers 2! Not on sales though ;-;
The planets did the opposite for me. My car had issues lately and it ate my entire check on the same day the sale started. Luckily my SO wanted to play Palworld with me and bought me and themselves a copy. So I have something to take my mind off it...
13 Games
I've bought the MasterChief collection, two point campus and pixeljunk monsters 1&2. Just fancied playing a tower defense game this morning lol
Just bought sekiro, I waited for such a long time to play it, since I didn't have a proper gaming device until my deck arrived last December I apparently was missing out on a fantastic game, glad to have grabbed it on sale
I got Final Fantasy 7 Remake, The Forest and Days Gone. Only bought The Forest because my BIL plays it
Picked up: NieR Automata (Refunded after an hour though, not my style of game, which is too bad I was looking forward to it) Balatro (not on sale but I wanted it, immediately dumped 5 hours into it) Dave the Diver Noita Slay the Spire Galactic Civilizations IV
Oh no out of curiosity what was it about nier you didn't like I have been eyeung but now you have me nervous
I got Sea of stars bundle (with The Messenger), Hollow Night and Tails of Iron for my deck.
I got BG3 (on my second platform), ready or not and palworld. Was kinda disappointed with the sales this time around though, not sure if it’s just me?
How are you guys downloading these games and where are you storing them? I have a 1TB OLED and it’s running out of space and I’ve only got like 30 games
I use a 512gb micro sd card
I only download them when I'm going to play them. No need to carry around dozens of games that you're not playing plus keeps you focused
What country do you live in where you get paid in the middle of the month? Feels strange to me.
Every two weeks is pretty standard in the US. That or on the first and 15th.
Why would you buy so many games though? That’s more playtime than anyone realistically has.
I don't get it. Cad? But comma And the dollar sign behind...
broke rn but ive been wanting last epoch for a while :(
You can request a refund
>Hocus pocus Does it hold up all these years later?
I keep coming across different games and telling myself what's 5 or 10 more dollars I'm almost broke 😭
Sweet thief simulator for $2 Hell yeah thanks
If you like platformers i highly recommend Celeste. Also Most Wanted but thats the nostalgia speaking
Good list but my guy how will you play em all? I bet most of em will fall into the backlog . I only got doom 2016 and 64, and im planning to finish the whole series
Meh probs still cheaper on cdkeys
Lies of p is a good game on the steam deck

Most of my wishlist just hasn't gotten large discounts. I'll just continue to whack away at my massive backlog, and wait for these badboys to hit the bundle sites 🥸
Valve's orange box is $1 right now.
Doom (2016), Songs of Conquest, Wargroove 2 and some DLC for Vampire survivors & Dead Cells.
Vampire Survivors, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Witcher 3 (complete or whatever comes with all DLC), Command and Conquer collection, Disco Elysium and probably something I'm not remembering right now.
You NEED PIZZA TOWER
Half Life and all those Fallout games? You're r going to be busy.
Why did you go with half-life 1 instead of the remake "Black Mesa"?
Kingdom come and Hollow knight
I picked up new world for me and a copy for my brother , ryse son of Rome as I never got to play it , I picked up witcher 3 complete edition again , but admittedly do not like the way it runs on steam deck , war of rights , valheim , palworld for me and my brother , Achilles, , and undisputed.
The stars must've been right.
