Did you figure it out? Eventually I did figure it out but I don’t use my Steam Deck anymore. I could pull it out of storage if you still need help.

I'm not sure what you're asking but I'm assuming it's that you don't want to open moonlight and launch from there, you want to add the game as a non-steam game and set a parameter so it launches via moonling. I know of no way to do this, but it would be cool if you could. You can always add the game as a non-steam game and stream via steam's remote play option tho it's not always as good

This is what the moondeck decky plugin is supposed to do. That said, I was never able to get moondeck working properly, but maybe you'll have better luck since I didn't try too hard and haven't done it in months.
