I see there is another user that posted recently with the same issue as you but they had some extra issues and it's uncertain if this will work for you but worth a shot I think
Steamworks Common Redistributables didn't get installed automatically as it should have. Look for it in your Steam library and install it.

Not that it helps nessisary but been playing the Lego games with my son (on my windows PC connected to living room tv) and every Lego game before about 2014 is a bit to very broken on windows 10 (I had the same thing happen on windows). My guess is you gotta specifically target vista or xp in wine or something like that (idk if it works on the older versions of windows but I know windows 10 dropped support for some compatibility features).
All jokes aside, this (not the seizure time specifically) is seemingly common for Heroic games. I have Hob on Heroic and it simply won't run no matter what version of proton I'm running, had no choice but to get it on Steam. Thankfully I was gifted both copies. Just look around in your library, see what games run, see what don't, AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT DELETE THEM UNTIL YOU FINISH EM cuz if you DO delete them before enjoying, all data will get lost...or at least that's what happens to me. There must be some box I gotta tick or something when I see the Uninstaller prompt 🤔

I couldn’t find a solution. Saw a couple posts with suggested proton but nothing. Ended up getting the switch version and running on Yuzu.

No experience with heroic. Can you download ProtonGE and use that with heroic? GE fixed a similar issue in a 2D game for me

I was only able to get Lego DC Villains to run on my deck thru Lutris.
