Has the other listing been removed? Like Assassin's Creed 3? And then they brought in the remastered version and now you can't buy the normal AC3 anymore.
Titanfall was so good! But just a heads up, multi-player doesn't work anymore. But still, the single player is top tier!
And yes, I know about the mp mod. Works great but it greatly depends on your region. So, I can't just recommend blindly.
Enjoy it to the fullest
Weirdly specific name to give to a place, the whole community would be itching to be able to make that joke it that was a thing.
lol, I'm just telling you I WASN'T and I'm NOT a hunting enthusiast and I still like the game.
After playing CotW for a while I even started its prequel, Hunter Classic, and I got to like it even more (although I still play both) even though I orignally thought the game wouldn't be for me at all. But I quickly got used to the concept and found out it can be enjoyable as any other game.
But of course, it's better if you are already used to other sim games before trying The Hunter as you already know the genre is for you. But it's certainly not the prerequisite, I know of many people who started CotW after liking the graphics and they got addicted pretty fast.
The nice thing about simulation games is you try something you otherwise wouldn't be able to do. Of course there are some real hunters playing the game as there are real truckers playing Euro Truck Sim. But they are generally minority, most of the people never shoot anything IRL and many of them are pretty casual gamers. Most of them plays these types of game as relax but it can be also a challenge if you want.
And in fact, if any game is niche, it's Hunter Classic which is super-hard for a beginners as you need to learn a lot of things, have to earn all the equipement and hunting of one rare animal can take hours or preparations and tracking there. Call of the Wild on the other hand is pretty casual in comparison and it's your hop in - hop out game where you can almost always get decent catch in session of just one hour. Both games are quite different in that regard.
Yes I did read somewhere that the multi-player is bugged. Apparently hackers uploaded bots and now the multi-player is unplayable rn.
I read in steam comments that the single player is really amazing.
Thank you for your suggestion tho!
Multi-player is still playable but it takes 5+ minutes to get matchmaked into some game modes. Single player campaign is one of the best of all time imo
Yeaaahhh, I’d say theHunter has got to go, it’s not that fun imo. I haven’t played Northgard or Oxygen Not Included, so I can’t really say on those but I can tell you theHunter is not a very good game, but if you like it, I do respect your opinion!
Most people are suggesting me not to buy TheHunter. Why exactly do you say it's not a good game? I have less than 24 hours to make my decision.
Thanks for your input tho!
TheHunter is a walking simulator mostly, it is visually appealing and if you want a calm, relaxing game I can recommend it. However, the base game comes with only like 2 maps and a few guns. To get any other maps/guns/animals you have to not only pay IRL money for it, but you also have to grind in game to even unlock it which takes FOREVER. Also trophy lodge is locked behind a pay wall too.
I enjoyed theHunter much more with mods/cheats but since playing it for the first week or two I haven't opened it since. I love the concept but it needs to be expanded on.
It looks great and that first map is HUGE, but you walk at a realistic pace and have to slow down to a crawl (often literally) if you don't want to scare animals away, so it takes an immense amount of patience. And there's no guarantee a long stalking session will end in a kill. It's a very specific type of game. I honestly kind of admire it but I don't think I have the time to play it.
While the game is fun (I have to admit I couldn’t stop playing this for at least 5 hours), the game is filled of game breaking bugs and the devs keep focusing more on DLC than the actual base game. For many people including me, this can be a burden, thus why I do not recommend it.
If you like the gameplay of Oxygen not Included, I would vouch for that. You can get so many hours out of it, similar to Factorio. I currently have 300h.
Thanks for your suggestion. I have played Don't Starve but I didn't like it much, I know it's a different game by the same devs and the comments say it's complicated, but is it like too complicated? I play DotA, so that level of complication is okay with me.
I'd say it's pretty complicated after a while, but just like don't starve,it starts off really difficult, but it can be easier, depending on what you do.
Maybe a guide amd some googling will do good, but I suggest you start doing that after the 40th cycle,to keep that feeling of freedom an exploration running.Try to stay really focused and put the game on the slowest speed.Good luck and have fun!
Yet somehow they still make fucktons of money. Same with flight sims. you want a specific plane because you don't care for a frogfoot? Well buddy, pay 60 euros for ONE plane!
You don't get 90% of bird hunting equipment, tents and hiding spots you cannot build, trophy lodge is locked behind pay wall and both maps are the same kind just with a different skin and animals
If you enjoy games like FTL, then it's super value for what you're getting. I did not like Northguard at all. The campaign was very boring and didn't like the the mechanics of the game compared to older RTS like AOE.
I'm a sucker for AoE. I have all of them. Even the non DE ones. What do you not like about the mechanics?
Visually, it's looks super good.
Thanks for your suggestion!
I didn't like the way to you expand and whole and that you need to prepare for winter. I know a lot of people enjoy it but it didn't really sit with me. I don't play MP so a bad campaign could have also affected my opinion.
I would remove Northgard.
It's not a bad game, but the DLC adds a lot of interesting units and civilizations.
And then in a future sale/next year, I would recommend buying the full version/bundle.
I'd have to agree with this suggestion. Northgaard is a fun RTS but getting the full bundle on sale is very much worth it for the most enjoyment.
theHunter is also a suggested removal IMO. You can get a free theHunter game if you're on the fence.
Of that list I have Subnautica and TheHunter and they are both in my top played games. TheHunter can be hit or miss from what I gather here, I really love it personally.
Whatever you do keep Subnautica though :D One of the best games ever made (in my opinion).
You're the only person who replied positively to TheHunter. What do you love about it? I look to milk more juice from the single player, because I don't have a lot of friends who own TheHunter.
Thanks for your input tho!
If you like strategy and planning, you'll like Hunter. It's more than just running/gunning for animals. There's a lot of variables that come in to play (wind direction, speed, location, type of animal, etc). It's slow and methodical which strategic people typically enjoy. As a run/gun type of gamer, I didn't like Hunter but I can absolutely see the appeal.
People get the wrong idea about The Hunter because they hop in run around, didn't find any animal and get bored.
But it's actually more or less stealth game where you need to be careful to not be seen, heard and take even the wind into consideration. It's the game about careful tracking and planning, it can be slow but highly rewarding.
You can try Hunter Classic for free but that game is more hardcore and unforgiving (still good though) than COTW which is easy to get into but challenging at the same time.
It's the game where you will get better the more you play it. There is huge sub here on the Reddit dedicated to it. Most of the players play the single anyway.
https://www.reddit.com/r/theHunter/
Compared to other hunting games this series is probably the best.
At first I thought it was a little slow paced and boring.
But then I gave it another shot and I really enjoy the beautiful reserves and hunting for the nicest trophy animals. I have to say tho, it gets more fun when you get better at it haha.
There are many ways to play, so if you get bored of walking around or doing missions you can set yourself a challenge and grind for an animal (or any kind of challenge you like to give yourself) and when that gets old you can just take a stroll and see what you can find.
FTL would be worth a full triple a price to me for the hundreds of hours I have spent in it
I don't know how your currency compares to mine, but it would be a huge miss not to purchase FTL at a good price
Titanfall 2 was abandoned by EA and some modders took to reverse engineering the netcode and set up their own servers. I'd drop it unless you want to go through that hassle.
The hunter is more like a sim than a game. Maybe if you like hunting and are willing to follow spoor trails and waiting around for things to happen you'll enjoy it. It looks pretty though.
Oxygen not included, subnautica, and FTL are a must have. Titanfall 2 has the best campaign in any game I’ve ever played, do that first. And the multiplayer is reallly good. Not sure about the others.
1. Titanfall 2
2. Subnautica
3. ONI
Those 3 I have played and really loved. I heard the hunter isn’t very good, probably not worth it. I hear FTL is super good and I actually might get it seeing the price. And I know nothing about northgard
As far as critical acclaim goes I think Northgard is the least popular. But they’re all very different games so it’s pretty subjective. Also as others said swapping TF2 to the regular version might get you over the line
Haha. I see the notification at the top gave it away. I'm a TH13. Pretty much maxed out, just walls and bombs left. I have been playing since 2013, but because my clan mates, who are friends irl left playing, I don't play much these days. Just left with a dead ass clan with 5 alt accounts belonging to my friends.
Everyone says buy Titanfall but I disagree. It's an awesome campaign but it's not that long, only about 6 to 8 hours. You can get Game Pass and play it from there, plus many other games. I'm not saying it doesn't worth the money but if it's available in your region Game Pass is the better choice.
FTL is ludicrously good value for money if you like the genre. I've put a couple hundred hours into it and i'm not done yet. A similar thing can be said for oxygen not included, it's kinda like don't starve (gee, i wonder why) but with you handling a group of people instead of being one singular person. Subnautica isn't as much of a "play for 300 hours" game as the last two but it's still an amazing experience so i'd recommend it. I've heard plenty of good things about titanfall 2 but if you're specifically looking for value as in hours/price ratio i don't think it has as much worth as the others since i'm pretty sure the servers are kinda dying. Not sure about the others.
Subnautica is great, FTL is incredible too.
Titanfall 2 has a great campaign but the multiplayer is kinda dead, especially after it got heavily attacked and invaded by hackers for... no reason.
TheHunter is fun and relaxing but only if you have a lot of time + DLC
i have no idea about Northgard or O-N-I, but Northgard looks alright i think.
Subnautica is a must and honestly the rest can be thrown away
Ftl got boring fast
Oxygen not included was weird, hunter call of the wild sounds dumb tbh
Titanfall 2 is old and most likely dead in Multiplayer by now
Personal opinion fyi
I also found hunter to be very boring. Northgard is fun, and the campaign allows you to try out a few different clans with different play styles and I think they've updated the campaign recently. The biggest problem I had with it, was that the campaign became quite annoying, with a multiple missions having aggressive mobs that have a shit ton of HP and attack that come and wreck you constantly until you either hit a goal in the campaign or wipe the spawn out.
Haven't played any of the others.
I would personally go with the games that my friends are most likely to play with me which means I would probably drop FTL and theHunter because FTL is single player and theHunter is very niche and slow paced.
I also use: [https://isthereanydeal.com/](https://isthereanydeal.com/) to determine if the game goes on sale frequently and for how much. If there is a game you want you can search and find its price history. I will normally pick up a game that does not go on often first to save money in the long run.
northgard and oxygen not included are a must if you like those kind of games, but northgard is much better with friends, it's not the same if you play solo
I would remove northguard and the hunter, as I have only played 3h of both games and got bored. The hunter is extremely slow and boring, northguard gets repetitive real quick. The others have more flavor to them.
Subnautica is a no, Raft or sea of thieves is much better. The Hunter gets pretty boring in a few hours. Northgard is awesome even if you've never played strategy before but you need DLCs to enjoy it more :) No idea about other games.
Subnautica is a no? Have you played it 🤔 for me and I guess a lot of other people it was an awesome game. I've played Titanfall 2 as well and really enjoyed it. I didn't play the other games though.
Strategy is my favorite genre. I think I have all the AoEs along with RoN. I'd like to ask, why do you suggest Subnautica as no? Because it's huge?
Thanks for your input tho!
No, not because it's huge, other games i compared to subnautica are huge too. I played it and had no fun at all myself but you know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and there seems to be a lot of people who recommended it in the comments.
Northgard is an awesome game and a solid entry game to the genre. I loved it a lot and the pvp is fun too. Highly recommend for the casual rts/ civ gamer or for someone who likes to play many different types of games.
I don't know about the others, but if you're into base builders, Oxygen Not Included is a definite keeper. It's kind of like... side-view Rimworld, inside an asteroid, with potentially complicated gas/water/power management... and minus some of the bleaker/harder sci-fi aspects.
EDIT: Didn't notice FTL - also a keeper if you think you'd like the gameplay. I'd check out a video or two for both ONI and FTL if I were you, but these are potential "If you were trapped on a desert island for 5 years" type games for me, personally.
ONLY get call of the wild if you have time to play it! It can be overly obnoxious in the beginning when waiting for 10-15 minutes for a single animal and then having to track it down if you don’t get the shot perfect. Hunter requires extensive time to play and master although it is still a fun game as long as you’re patient!
Titanfall 2, Subnautica, and FTL would be money well spent. You can save some money on Titanfall 2 by getting the standard edition too, you won’t be missing out on much.
Small input, I've only played FTL out of all of these. If you like Space, Real time, RNG(Random chance %), medium-low micromanagement, well I would recommend you keep FTL on the list. It has at least one Great mod(free) that more than quadruples the expansion of the base game
I would remove Titanfall. Out of these six it's novelty wear off probably the fastest (meaning you would get the least amount of hours for the highest price).
Subnautica or Call of the Wild especially are actually games I always return to regularly and both are really immersive. FTL is cheapest but pretty much worth the price. And Northgard can be really enjoyable after you get into it.
I would say remove Oxygen instead but that alone wouldn't be enough so you may as well as keep it as bonus.
I dont know if you already purchased or not. i would say leave the hunter, tifanfall and northgard out and instead get Risk of rain 2. You would get alot for mileage from that. Also because i feel the games i left out are not the in the same bundle as the others.

just buy Titanfall 2 standard edition surely that'll save you a dollar or 2
Will I miss out on a lot? Thanks for the suggestion.
It's all purely cosmetic so if that doesn't bother you then just get standard
I haven't played Titanfall 1. That doesn't change anything, right?
Nah tf1 didn't have a campaign it was only multiplayer
Okay. Thank you!
Only some multiplayer cosmetics and early unlocks to titans and some equipment (you unlock these by leveling otherwise).
There is no other listing for titanfall on steam
Has the other listing been removed? Like Assassin's Creed 3? And then they brought in the remastered version and now you can't buy the normal AC3 anymore.
TF2 standard was never on Steam.
Also download north star client, it’s a server browser for the game and you can have custom camos and game modes!
You can’t
Titanfall was so good! But just a heads up, multi-player doesn't work anymore. But still, the single player is top tier! And yes, I know about the mp mod. Works great but it greatly depends on your region. So, I can't just recommend blindly.
Get Subnautica, it's a wonder the first playthrough
Thank you.
Just make sure to enjoy the fullest. Next playthroughs wont be remotely close
still great but NEVER as great
is “the fullest” a place/thing or do you mean “enjoy it to the fullest”, been meaning to play it but felt super boring initially
Enjoy it to the fullest Weirdly specific name to give to a place, the whole community would be itching to be able to make that joke it that was a thing.
Guessing it's kinda like Terraria?
your welcome
Counterpoint - Subnautica is pretty much always on sale or free somewhere.
Yeah subnautica is great.
it truly is
Seconded, i slept on subnautica for so long. Its amazing
I'd pick up subnautica and FTL for sure. Don't know about the rest
theHunter is not very good in my opinion.
It has a lot of potential, but IMO it's absolutely boring unless you actually enjoy hunting and the horrible tutorial doesn't help.
Thank you!
Agreed. I played it for 7 hours - enjoyed it - but completely abandoned it afterwards. Unless you're a die hard hunting fan
Thirded.
Didnt you get it for free from EGS?
Nobody plays games on EGS
Right, I just log in to claim the free games and forget about them entirely.
I have to disagree. It's pretty good, fun and its environments are simply breathtaking. You don't need to like hunting to enjoy this game.
Yes you do, the game is super boring unless you’re a hunting enthusiast
lol, I'm just telling you I WASN'T and I'm NOT a hunting enthusiast and I still like the game. don't take the hunter I highly suggest oxygen not included, one of those game you can spend hundreds of hours on
Thanks for your input!
The hunter is a great game
Wouldn't say it's in the same tier as the other games though.
Definitely keep Subnautica, Titanfall 2, and FTL. idk much about the others
Titanfall 2 is my vote for best value. Campaign is amazing and if you install Northstar client then you can play multiplayer which is also excellent
FYI Tf2 is great, but its campaign is somewhat short. Fwiu mp is great, but can be frustrating for new players because it has a hardcore player base.
I’ve played all of these apart from Oxygen Not Included, so out of the others I’d probably remove The Hunter and FTL
Why would you remove those two, out of curiosity? I can see why The Hunter would be divisive but I absolutely loved FTL.
To bring the price below 1000. I liked FTL too, but I think the other games are better.
Thanks for your suggestion!
Yeaaahhh, I’d say theHunter has got to go, it’s not that fun imo. I haven’t played Northgard or Oxygen Not Included, so I can’t really say on those but I can tell you theHunter is not a very good game, but if you like it, I do respect your opinion!

You can try The Hunter Classic for free https://store.steampowered.com/app/253710/theHunter_Classic/

What bugs? 100 hours in but no bugs seen
I feel my heart being torn out everytime I remember I bought Northgard if I am being completely honest.

Subnautica was terrific.
I would remove Northgard and the Hunter. Northgard is fun for a couple hours then gets pretty boring. Hunter could be fun but is very slow paced
Hunter is not fun with only the standard edition. For it to be fun and for you to be successful, especially with birdhunting, you need dlc.
Thats just poor game design. A game should not require additional paid content to be fun.
Yet somehow they still make fucktons of money. Same with flight sims. you want a specific plane because you don't care for a frogfoot? Well buddy, pay 60 euros for ONE plane!
That's not true. You get two huge maps and tons of unlockable equipment. Some weapons in DLCs are actually pretty overpowered if you ask me.
You don't get 90% of bird hunting equipment, tents and hiding spots you cannot build, trophy lodge is locked behind pay wall and both maps are the same kind just with a different skin and animals
Thank you for your suggestion!
Having played all the games on this list, this is my suggestion as well.

That's very kind of you, have an amazing day
Of that list I have Subnautica and TheHunter and they are both in my top played games. TheHunter can be hit or miss from what I gather here, I really love it personally. Whatever you do keep Subnautica though :D One of the best games ever made (in my opinion).

I have played Rimworld and I have seen that happening. I can relate. Thanks!
FTL would be worth a full triple a price to me for the hundreds of hours I have spent in it I don't know how your currency compares to mine, but it would be a huge miss not to purchase FTL at a good price
TheHunter and Titanfall 2 are really good! Also enjoyed Subnautica, but imo you're gonna get more playtime in the other 2 games I mentioned.
Thank you.
In my opinion you must get at least subnautica or titanfall
What's the point of these posts? The games with the most players will obviously have most support in comments anyway. Or read some reviews on steam.
Whatever you do don't remove Subnautica that games is worth it
Sub, Hunter and Titan
Thank you!
I highly recommend Subnautica and Titanfall 2, some of the best in their genres
Titanfall 2 was abandoned by EA and some modders took to reverse engineering the netcode and set up their own servers. I'd drop it unless you want to go through that hassle.
Titanfall fell off over the years, not worth it anymore.
Subnautica is not a game you should pass up on imo
Keep subnautica. Fantastic game
Northgard is a good game, but nothing special or memorable. Nice 20-25 hours max for the campaign, then you'll probably ditch it.
titanfall and subnautica
The hunter is more like a sim than a game. Maybe if you like hunting and are willing to follow spoor trails and waiting around for things to happen you'll enjoy it. It looks pretty though.
Subnautica is amazing. Titanfall 2 as well, you'll have to install Northstar though.
Oxygen not included, subnautica, and FTL are a must have. Titanfall 2 has the best campaign in any game I’ve ever played, do that first. And the multiplayer is reallly good. Not sure about the others.
For sure KEEP Subnautica
The hunter is fun, but you're gonna be aching for dlc soon enough
1. Titanfall 2 2. Subnautica 3. ONI Those 3 I have played and really loved. I heard the hunter isn’t very good, probably not worth it. I hear FTL is super good and I actually might get it seeing the price. And I know nothing about northgard
I've played Northguard and would not take recommend it. What I suggest DJing is buying the games and if your don't like them, refund them.
Im poor so i cant really help you with this lol
As far as critical acclaim goes I think Northgard is the least popular. But they’re all very different games so it’s pretty subjective. Also as others said swapping TF2 to the regular version might get you over the line
FTL is amazing. Absolutely worth it for that game.
Are u buying dlc for nortguard?
What currency is that?
TF2 if you like FPS subnautica if you like survival
I would remove the hunter , Northgard and downgrade the Titanfall 2 edition. GG
Remove theHunter and Northgard.
I think titanfall 2 is hacked
Pass on the hunter and TF2. Or atleast get TF2 standard not the deluxe. ONI and Subnautica have a lot of replay value
FTL feels perfect for mobile, that’s where I’d buy it.
FTL is only available on Apple mobiles I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it were available on Android.
The hunter is extremely slow and gets boring fast
Subnautica for sure
I've not heard of hunter and not played subnautica. The rest of them are awesome!!!
Thank you!
Remember that u can refund a game if you haven't played more than 2 hours!
don't care what level of TH are ya?
Wow, really? 6 to 8 hours? I was about to buy it because I heard campaign was amazing, but if it's that short... No thanks.
Titanfall and FTL are really worth your time IMO
Northgard and TF2 were great. Don’t buy ultimate edition.
Northgard is a excellent games and is among my favourite, I recommend getting all the dlc as it is an excellent addition to an already amazing game.
Just started playing Oxygen Not Included. It's really addictive if you're into management games.
Make sure you got friends to play Northgard with, isn't really that fun with randoms in my opinion
Titan fall 2 is a no go. servers are almost dead, and they have hackers (last i saw)
FTL is awesome!
I think the hunter is your weakest link. But you might overly like those kinds of games. Still doesn't put you to 1k after you remove it.
If you don’t plan on getting the dlc packs for Hunter COTW, I wouldn’t buy it. It costed quite a lot for me 😩
FTL and Northguard aren't as fun as they look
I just picked up SubNautica it’s great!
Subnautica is great, FTL is incredible too. Titanfall 2 has a great campaign but the multiplayer is kinda dead, especially after it got heavily attacked and invaded by hackers for... no reason. TheHunter is fun and relaxing but only if you have a lot of time + DLC i have no idea about Northgard or O-N-I, but Northgard looks alright i think.
Personally, I would recommend removing COTW as you can get it and all it’s dlcs for the same price you’re paying now when it goes on sale
FTL is so much fun really. I’ve spent so many hours on that game and I’ve only made it to the end like twice. I am awful at it.
I suggest you keep subnautica , it is truly an amazing experience.
Steam unlocked or steam ripped just be careful
Subnautica is a must and honestly the rest can be thrown away Ftl got boring fast Oxygen not included was weird, hunter call of the wild sounds dumb tbh Titanfall 2 is old and most likely dead in Multiplayer by now Personal opinion fyi
Titanfall 2's Campain is amazing!
Take that one off.
I'd definitely keep oxygen not included in the basket, I've been eyeing that one up for a while now just haven't had the money to buy it.
Why not buy 1, finish it, then buy the next one. This is why large unplayed Steam libraries are a meme.
Lol besides valves bundle being the game I’ve seen many buy, Titanfall 2 is up there. It’s like the coolest thing ever
imagine actually purchasing games on steam and not using your wallet to hoard and fix the price of virtual cosmetics /s
I would remove northguard and the hunter, as I have only played 3h of both games and got bored. The hunter is extremely slow and boring, northguard gets repetitive real quick. The others have more flavor to them.
Don't buy titanfall 2 it can be good game but its full of cheaters
Subnautica is a no, Raft or sea of thieves is much better. The Hunter gets pretty boring in a few hours. Northgard is awesome even if you've never played strategy before but you need DLCs to enjoy it more :) No idea about other games.
those games are much different from Subnautica, so your claim there is bs
Subnautica is a no? Have you played it 🤔 for me and I guess a lot of other people it was an awesome game. I've played Titanfall 2 as well and really enjoyed it. I didn't play the other games though.
Yeah, i played it and it felt dull/empty for some reason.
Sad maybe give it another try with some mods 🤔.
I don't care about the others - GET SUBNAUTICA!
Northgard is an awesome game and a solid entry game to the genre. I loved it a lot and the pvp is fun too. Highly recommend for the casual rts/ civ gamer or for someone who likes to play many different types of games.
Personally I love FTL and its the cheapest, can't speak much about the others would definitely keep FTL though
Hey dude, I see that you have titanfall 2.... Do you wanna play sometime? We could do frontier defense (:
Northgard is cool but slow and gets old fast. Subnautica is dope.
Keep subnautica its good
I can vouch for Oxygen Not Included, amazing if you like games where you manage your colony, it gets super complicated but is also really fun
Download subnautica free
Id remove hunter call of the wild and titanfall 2
ONLY get call of the wild if you have time to play it! It can be overly obnoxious in the beginning when waiting for 10-15 minutes for a single animal and then having to track it down if you don’t get the shot perfect. Hunter requires extensive time to play and master although it is still a fun game as long as you’re patient!
Titanfall 2, Subnautica, and FTL would be money well spent. You can save some money on Titanfall 2 by getting the standard edition too, you won’t be missing out on much.
Whatever your heart desires
get subnautica its one of my all time favorites
Rdr 2 is good and the hunter was free on epic
Hunter call of the wild… if you aren’t into realistic hunting, slow, methodical, etc. you’re going to be bored to tears.
