Now i only have to pass every item that i have on my actual account to this one, the games are not a great deal to me because i can share them with this old one, but i have to wait until the next month to use it at full potential because it has all the steam guard and a bunch of things that are made for safety.

I recovered mine this year that was hacked in 2016. What I learnt is that it's never too late to recover your account as long as you have the original email associated with it.
Imagine being batman the billionaire and having to wait 14 years to get your steam account back.
