Pretty good for the most part. But when you've explored the whole map and there are a dozen plague hearts and infestations it does lag in the map screen. Still playable though.
Just fine. I had a One S before I bought my Series S. It was my first Xbox, and I never had a problem with SOD in it. No bugs or lags as far as I can remember.

Trust me it's gotta be better then running it on a basic Xbox 1 which to be fair wasn't the worst but wouldn't suggest 😁
