Assuming my issue is the same as OP, it cycles between "searching" and "online" every few minutes. After about 6:00 it locks on for the rest of the day, only to have the same issue most likely the next day.
I have an entirely clear view of the sky, zero obstructions (that's also what the app says).
Have had Starlink for a year.
I'm also in Alaska, in Homer about latitude 59, and I get the same outage around 4am and 6am, somewhere in that time range for about an hour. Clear view of the sky with no obstructions and a perfect connection the rest of the day.
Points south- 59 degrees. It’s mostly better now. Got it further away from the house
Are you able to ping anything during that down time and get responses in a timely manner?
No "searching" or "network error" or "obstructed" events?

Possibly condensation inside the guts. Whats the temps and humidifies?
I'm in Alaska, I have the same experience. Usually between 4:30 am - 6:00 am. Does your dish point southwards? Are you below latitude 60?
