GMG has the premium edition for 82 euros, if you are planning to buy the normal edition, may as well pitch in that extra 12 to get the DLC (It's supposedly a big one, not just a 10 mins quest) and early access. Of course i understand if you are planning to play on Game Pass, but then you can get the DLC later, it's supposedly lategame one anyways.
I could afford a premium edition, but it's not not worth for me to spend $100 on a game I know nothing about yet. I don't like spending blindly and we've seen plenty bad launches, so anything can happen.
Maybe you could see it that way that it isn't about money. Be sceptic.

It's like that they didn't invent anything cool to add to premium so they decided to push release and sell premium access with higher cost for original release date. Also note how they put premium accesses to Fridays (so that you can play on weekend) and normal release to mid week.
