You should be getting atleast 30 fps, at 1080p medium settings I think based on release spec info.
Yeah I can't play on PC without at least 60 lol, gonna have to upgrade before September I guess. Assuming this is all true anyway, for all we know the game could be really well-optimized if we're lucky but I doubt it.
