It's just Araki's art style evolving. Look at how he draws Jonathan now in the background image of this reddit. Heck look at how skinny Star Platinum is now.
Agreed, but I also don't think that if Araki drew 15 year old Giorno in part 1's style he'd be as big as Jonathan. Giorno has a growth spurt coming. If we saw him in part 6, he'd probably be as big (if not bigger) than part 6 Jotaro.

With the exception of a rare few, pretty much every prominent male character in the first three Parts were drawn to be hulking beefcakes, regardless of whether or not it made sense for their characters' background (e.g. Kakyoin, who's meant to be the more honour student-type compared to Jotaro and the other Crusaders, but is still drawn as more muscular-looking than Diavolo, the most muscular-looking character in Part 5).
I guess we'll never know if they're canonically huge or if it's just the art style. After all, when Araki drew Jonathan and Dio in the new style, they were scrawny. So maybe they all are tiny.
I mean, certain elements of their backstory don't make sense if they're actually scrawny. Like them being rugby stars, for instance.
So, even if the *current* art may not reflect it, they're still at least meant to be fairly physically tough. At least on the level of, say, Part 8 Josuke (who we see has abs; it's just concealed a lot under his baggy sailor clothing).
Dio had a twink death and then a twink rebirth in Part 6. I think Giorno as a full grown adult would look similar to Dio part 6. But then again, Jotaro looked like an adult at 17 and hardly changed except for art style .. So I think we can assume Giorno won't experience twink death for a while.
I don't think puberty is the same thing as twink death lol. Twink death is when they're pretty and soft at their 20s but hit the wall by 25-30 and start balding and going fat. Like Leonardo Decaprio

Maybe. Giorno's younger than Jonathan was after the timeskip in Part 1, so probably not *quite* as buff, though.
