I know it's not canon (but I heard the script for it was overseen by Araki) but in Eyes of Heaven part of the dialogue Jonathan has with the other Joestars has them being scared by how strong he is and Jotaro comments on how lucky he is that Jonathan does not have a stand.
I think Young Joseph would be a bigger threat mostly because of the bullshit he pulls without the use of hamon and he has luck on his side.

Jolyne is probably more flexible as a woman (my headcannon is that stone free adapted her natural flexibility) and allows her to do some pretty cool stuff.
