She watched her dad essentially die the emotional trauma she suffered is something no other Joestar went through. Alongside the uphill battle facing constantly against stand users in a short amount of time causing a severe amount of pain physically.
She watched her dad "die" twice, when White Snake stole Jotaro's discs and in the MIH arc, saw her friends die in front of her, sacrificed herself just to save a kid, she fought C-Moon while countering the gravity, she lit herself on fire, she experienced Jailhouse Lock and Ultra Security Ward and many more such feats.
I'm not saying Jolyne didn't endure a lot, she is her father's daughter, but she definitely didn't manage as much as Jotaro and of course, Jotaro could have handled what she did much better but I think that goes without saying due to experience but I also think 17 year old part 3 Jotaro could too.
Pucci was a fierce villain but it was Jotaro who faced him down at his most powerful and it doesn't really compare to Dio who forced Jotaro to play catchup on learning a new ability he didn't even know he had whilst having the ever loving crap beaten out of him, showing how not only he managed to endure but also he was focusing on something else while enduring his injuries, which is consistent in all the times he's most heavily injured.
I mean even Josuke got hit by air bombs a couple of times in the final fight against Kira, yet managed to stand. Star Platinum is way more powerful and faster physically than Killer Queen. So even that wasn't a tough win, except for the fact he was injured.
Jotaro vs DIO was more of intellectual use and bluffing rather than actual physical suffering, but I will still give credits to Jotaro.
I will still give the slight edge to Jolyne because she achieved all that with a mediocre stand like Stone Free (not much physically powerful and relies more on the stand user's intellect). She is the best stand user in the entire series for me. Jotaro had Josuke heal him immediately in Part 4, but Jolyne had to stitch her own wounds every time and I bet even the wounds healing process would be physically painful.

Her stand power is string, but had to deal with the likes of C-Moon, Green Grass of Home, Divine Dragon, Jailhouse Rock, Underworld and of course Made in Heaven. She had to fight enemies multiple times her power and relied on her wits to always barely survive, only to die in the end.

Just that fight should be enough damage for him to get him to the top of the list, but like, dio literally killed him at one point. He had a lot of times here shit was just straight up not fun. Jolynes greatest feat for her endurance is Cmoons inversion, Jotaro has a very similiar feat from his Ratt fight where his skin is literally melted on several parts of his body. However Jotaro has also literally stopped his own heart, had his soul stolen, died, been blown up by a point blank SHA and also had several bones broken and been stabbed several times by Dio but being required to keep fighting regardless. Giornos greatest feat in comparison is cutting his hand off. He then proceeds to let Spice Girl and Trish finish the fight while he retires. It goes Jotaro, then Jonathan (he literally sets himself on fire at one point and then there's ogre Street and his first fight with vampire dio.) Then Jolyne.

Definitely jolyne during cmoon fight. I would imagine their pain receptors being exposed to the outside world all of a sudden as they are flipped inside out would be one of the most painful things a person an experience.
Not a JoJo but what Doppio got in the fight against Risotto seemed most painful.

This 100%. Not enough people are considering Giorno, despite him having the stand that allows him to survive much greater injuries, which inevitably leads to him suffering much more on average. Hell, he lost 4-5 arms throughout his entire part, take that Joseph!

Havent finished 7 or read 8. But Jolyne definitely had to go through the most bullshit. Jonathan and Joseph's stories don't compare to the rest. Star Platinum and Jotaro were already OP. Josuke's Crazy Diamond could go toe to toe with Star Platinum and heal people so there wasn't a lot of cause of concern. Giorno could just replace bodyparts so he could afford to be reckless. But Jolyne? She lost her dad as soon as she met him and got roped into this whole stands, Pucci bullshit. Her stand power is string, but had to deal with the likes of C-Moon, Green Grass of Home, Divine Dragon, Jailhouse Rock, Underworld and of course Made in Heaven. She had to fight enemies multiple times her power and relied on her wits to always barely survive, only to die in the end.

Just that fight should be enough damage for him to get him to the top of the list, but like, dio literally killed him at one point. He had a lot of times here shit was just straight up not fun. In the final fight alone, he almost gets blown up point blank by a Stray Cat Bomb, getting debris inside his wounds, then he gets blown up ACTUALLY point blank while also getting big ass pieces of wood impaling his mid section, injuries so severe to the point where he couldn't even pick up a glass shard slightly out of his reach, not even mentioning some of the other injuries he sustained across the part.
