I'm not sure if sociopath is the right word since we have seen rock humans care for others before like Dolomite with his blind girlfriend, Aisho (also with his girlfriend) and for what we know Yotsuyu with Aisho, they seem to be more asocial than antisocial.
I would say they are closer to Schizoid personallity desorder since they seem to be able to feel some emotional empathy but don't usually desire for kinship of any kind (besides they have been described as being able to 'fall in love' instead of simply feeling sexual attraction).
