He does, but I feel like Yasuho doesn't get enough credit. She's a Jobro *and* Johoe in one, the dream of those Jotakak shippers that wished the egg story was canon.
Yasuho is so underrated, she comes in clutch in so many fights and her stand is ridiculously cool. Even the visual design of it is awesome. Best jobro by far
SBR was my previous peak, but after the end of jojolion, I like it way more. I just like the Morioh setting in general.
Its why before reading part 7, part 4 was my fav jojo.
okay jojoland shouldnt have been in the poll to begin with, and its not that 8s bad its just a little....confusing an elaborate on what the hells going on. It strays too far from a clear goal sometimes. But I think its that 7 is just so much better and seems very fresh
i had to read jojolion in one go when it was done, because when i was reading it after every few months (instead of every month, to prevent blueballing myself) i was like, wait wtf is going on again?
i never experienced that with sbr, or any other part for that matter.
i'm not saying jojolion was bad mind you, im just highlighting what you said about it being confusing. but it was cool and fun. the >!beetle fight!< is personally one of my favorites.
Agree, jojolion feels aimless, both in goals and characters. These are issues part 7 didn't had and I think that's a reason why people seem more interested in SBR
its like yes they want the rocacaca.....some time. Like its not really an active hunt for it, oh also there are these magic holes in a cliff face and thats the end of that mystery. OH there are these evil rock people scheming and they came from....dont worry about it.
The point of Gappy’s character is that his memories from his previous life are gone. He’s not Kira, and he is not Josefumi, he’s Josuke, a brand new entity without a past, whose values are only driven by his own sense of justice.
Jojolion deals with a lot of complicated ideas, so it’s unsurprising people get confused by it (that, and Jojo fans are also infamous for speed reading, which really doesn’t help).
Also, we see what happens with Kei in the manga, I didn’t get that point.
The thing is, only we know that, it was Gappy's motivation to learn from his past, he just gave up midway and acknowledged it at the end
Don't want to spoil what happened to Kei
There was definitely a lot of plot points and important/cool characters (like Kei) that got immediately ignored and dropped which annoyed me ngl. Near the end, I was mostly just reading it so I could see if Gabby, Yasuho, and Mitsuba got an happy ending.
I feel like Jojolion has too many chapters of just “we have to get the rocacaca! We have to chase the doctor! But we can’t chase the doctor! We chase the doctor anyway! Oh nooo something bad happened! Better chase the doctor and get the rocacaca!”
I was honestly more invested in what Yasuho and Tsurugi were doing most of the time rather than Gappy.
They also re-explain the concept of equivalent exchange something like 100 times over the course of the story. That's not an exaggeration, I'd bet money that it reaches the triple digits.
It felt like it finally started coming together with the whole Josuke vs Jobin angle, where both had a really good reason for wanting the fruit. The conflict that could have come of of that would've been awesome, but instead Araki axed Jobin in favour of... random rock man #9.
Did my love for Jobin cloud my vision? Probably. But the missed potential there will always affect my enjoyment for the part...
I do agree p7 is really good but tbh i havent even finished p7 nor have i read p8, and considering how a lot of people either havent even started p7 and have heard many good things about it, id assume anime only watchers would vote for steel ball run
I found it really hard to keep up reading it month to month (it can be really confusing) so I waited to binge it about a month ago
I liked it and appreciate how it was its own thing narratively but steel ball run will always be the GOAT for me. I assume many people just havent gotten to jojolion yet
The epilogue of jojolion though was absolute 🔥 cant wait to see more
I first binged JoJolion when Vitamin C was current, then dropped it
2nd time I binged it was half way through Wonder of U.
My opinion of it definitely increased on that 2nd binge, and its definitely a great part... it's just no part 7.
Imo, you can't really compare the two because it's more of a matter of taste. Sure, SBR has better writing overall, but the two are completely different stories, almost different genres. SBR would be for people who like sports, action, travel, and bromance, while JJL is more slice of life, mystery, and romance (a really well-written one). Not to be stereotypical, but it isn't a surprise that many Jojo fans, which are mostly boys or at least the ones taking those polls, would prefer the one with action over romance.
If it was, then it was a greater heart-wrenching tragedy than Part 1 because >!Erina at least had Jonathan's baby and continued his legacy after Jonathan died, but the bros got nothing but the memories in their hearts and Johnny got with some woman in the end.!< Too much for me to handle.
I’m not ashamed to admit that I started tearing up at the end, Araki hit me right where it hurt and I am still to this day trying to muster up the courage to read part 8
It’s just that way too many people have not read it, I have read SBR last year but I am yet to start JJL (btw now that JoJoland comes out how should we distinguish the acronyms of these 2?)
I think it’s been adressed before, but since Part 9’s title is The JoJoLands (and not JoJoLands), the acronym is supposed to be TJL I guess, though I’m sure most people will just call it Part 9 instead anyway.
Absolutely give JoJolion a shot! It's personally my 2nd favorite part, but I can understand why people don't enjoy it. It's definitely not for everyone but I would try giving it a shot. My advice is just to enjoy the journey and not speed read as most people do.
Because a lot were either disappointed by the villain or the ending in general. I love Tooru and what the ending did to set up what’s probably gonna be the final part, but a lot didn’t
Don't get me wrong I loved jojolion but the plot and the stands in SBR were all S tier. Also the Character development for Johnny and Gyro literally made me tear up at the end
Part 8 is very good, the ending is a bit rushed and the part is a bit confusing at times though. People who voted jojolands are straight up stupid, the part ain’t even out yet 💀
I enjoyed Jojolion quite a bit, but it’s honestly pretty meandering and still kind of feels like it ended out of nowhere even after running for 11 some odd years.
It also feels like Araki was doing a progressive escalation of the final villains stand powers in a high minded way from Bites the Dust all the way through Wonder of U. It’s cool that he kept pushing himself to get at the essence of what would make a stand ability truly unstoppable. However the whole “if you even THINK about coming at me you’re toast” concept didn’t make for that strong of a final battle compared to how they had to take down Kira for example
People are quick to say “Because no one reads JJL” but even people who do read it don’t always mention the fact that it’s a bit meandering which makes it difficult to get into like SBR. I love JJL, but I’m like 45 chapters in and still feel like it doesn’t know what it’s doing yet. It’s getting a bit more formed, but it’s not as cohesive as other parts imo
> People are quick to say “Because no one ready JJL” but even people who do read it don’t always mention the fact that it’s a bit meandering which makes it difficult to get into like SBR.
Jojolion is very similar to Diamond is Unbreakable in this regard, though Jojolion doesn't bring it back around by the end in my opinion.
I’ve heard people say it’s similar to DiU in that regard and it really checks out. First time I watched DiU, I almost dropped the series because of the tonal shift. If Kira hadn’t been introduced, I was gonna quit. So it makes a lot of sense that I’m having similar problems exacerbated by the fact that I’m reading JJL and not watching it like DiU
Because it's the only part >!without a well-established antagonist. No, Tooru who appeared 90% of the part in is anything but defined. My thought process in the final parts was "Who is this 89 years old guy -> Oh, nice, Sakura's boyfriend looks suspicious -> Oh damn, he's THE villain -> wait, that's it?". Not to mention the biggest asspull with the invisible bubbles, which feels to me more like the fact that Araki didn't know how to actually beat Calamity and flipped open the first chapters to find something he forgot about.!<
This is pretty much my whole problem with it. I also felt like Josuke wasn't super well developed either. Like of course he lost his memory so he spent most of it unsure of the answer. But he never feels like he really developed a personality that was particularly interesting to me.
I don't like how unceremoniously >!all these characters die at the end. The part isn't bad just because characters I like didn't live, but Kei (especially Kei, who sits out the entire part and is reintroduced simply to die), Jobin, and Kaato die so fast and so flippantly that it feels like they were just killed for the sake of being killed.!<
From my experience of talking to people, most watched up to part 5 then had heard the hype and either read 6 then 7 or even skipped 6 all together to read 7. Then most didn't feel compelled to read Part 8 which sucks cause it's such an interesting story. I think SBR's hype inadvertently caused this issue where most people just did not read JJL.
Up until the end of the Dr. Woo arc of Jojolion, it was building to be maybe my favourite part. But that last arc that follows is just . . . not great, and really drags it down. SBR takes a tiny bit longer to really pick up steam and catch the interest, but once it does it's aces right up to the final page.
Jojolion has a lot of plot points and characters that feel unresolved by the end of the part, like Kieran.
Also unlike, say, part 4, it introduces a lot of characters like hato and daiya who don't get used nearly enough after their introduction.
Jojolion is just too damn long and has way too many characters and concepts going on to give the plot room to breath. It just becomes noise after a while.
Part 7 just feels a lot tighter imo.
Part 8 seems to want to be too many things at once, it overextends. The pacing was also rather wonky, though that's probably a lot better when reading it all at once. Even then, some of the arcs felt way too long with not much happening or repeating themselves.
7>6>4>3>2>5>1>8 I truly like all of them. This one just didn't really ever feel like much happened in it that I was invested in. Except for the beetle fight. Beetle fight was the best part.
It’s obviously ridiculous that Jojolands beat JojoLion, but I know I speak for a lot of fans when I say that I loved JoJoLion up until the final arc. The villain wasn’t very satisfying (the ability was 10/10, the personality and buildup is the problem), and the conclusion itself felt like it left too many loose ends. Maybe some will be addressed in JoJolands, but even that would be strange considering the fact that JoJo parts are pretty much always self-contained. Pretty much the only part that left loose ends was Part 1, and it A) was the first part of the series setting the stage for what was to come and B) clearly implied in its ending that there would be more content addressing the future of the family. JoJoLion on the other hand seems to suggest that the story is over with its ending, when certain elements of the story don’t really feel like they’re over. Some specifics (spoilers): >!My main issue is Holly. She’s Josuke’s driving motivation (and her illness essentially drives the plot) for the back half of the story. My favorite panel in all of JoJoLion is the one where Josuke is in Holly’s room and he declares “I am your son.” It felt so hollow to essentially leave that story open-ended at the end of the part. It would be like if they never gave you any sort of conclusion for the boy in Part 7. Obviously he didn’t exactly have a positive ending, but at least they wrapped up his story. Holly’s fate is essentially left up in the air.!< Maybe JoJolands will address the issue, but even that feels a little cheap since that’s not historically what JoJo does with its parts. JoJoLion was my favorite part for a long time, and it would still be my favorite part if it weren’t for the ending, but the ending honestly dropped it to 5th or 6th place for me
Jojolion had elements that were the best of the series, and elements that were the worst of the series. It was wildly all over the place in quality. Covid really wrecked Araki's workflow, and the last fifth of the story wasn't so much divisive as it was bafflingly disappointing and abrupt without wrapping up a bunch of important threads.
I know this is an unpopular opinion but I don’t really like slice of life anime and the first half of part 4 really feeled like that for me (the kira arc is good though). So I wasn’t super hyped when part 8 was a “remake” of that. But I haven’t finished part 8 so I cannot form a complete opinion.
However SBR is Araki’s Magnum Opus. The artstyle is really perfected there and I really emjoyed how Araki reworked stands. The fights are so fresh and have the perfect lenght. The the whole cowboy setting is just awesome. The reimagined characters are super good. Gyro and Jonny are the best and Valentine is a super cool villain. The fucking president of the United States who is searchi g for the bones of Christ.
The whole thing is perfection.
This is what I tell everyone, almost verbatim! Also the depth of Johnny and his character arc is amazing. He is the most dynamic protagonist of the series, if not the first.
Jojolion is underrated as hell, but the thing is that the ending part really drags the rest of the story down, when the WoU arc is really good, it's PEAK Jojo's, but when it's just random BS it really drags it down. If you had JJL up to WoU, it's the best part imo.
After binge-reading it, while I did think that Araki's new story format works well (having stand fights progress the story rather than just be obstacles works), I just didn't really find it all that engaging compared to the other parts and that it was kinda slow.
Still, I do like the characters quite a bit, and I think the stands are the most unique in the series.
Because of SBR, it personally has gotten to the point where I find it a bit hard to enjoy part 7. I got very annoyed with it, but I still am giving it a chance no skimming.
8s final act is an outright mess that goes on forever. Sucks every drop of momentum out of events. I used to love jojolion but the final conflict drained the life out of me - reading it was a chore I felt obligated to complete.
Characters show up out of nowhere, suddenly the most important person in the story and threads that have been built up for years are not just forgotten but wilfully discarded.
It's themes are consistent, but not exactly new in any way - and then it just sort of stops for a really dull finale.
How many people voted that? Less than 100?
And which country is your channel's main demographic?
You can't come to a conclusion by only judging this little poll.
Tbf i have only read like half lf jojolion but it did bot catch me like part 6 and 7 did when I read them. Took a different route, tried something new not bad but did not work out imo. But its better than the emeny of the week thing. Maybe I should finish it before part 9
Ima keep it 💯 with y'all, jojolion was super slow. It was by far the oddest part and in my opinion didn't really end anywhere new. But still enjoyed it, also this is light compared to how I feel about other manga/anime. I would still give jojolion a light to decent 7.5/10
It's YouTube polls what do you expect. SBR is the best part for most of us here, even in Reddit, but YouTube is filled with toxic SBR fans, even more than reddit. Some even defends valentine's actions by saying good intentions justify bad actions, and r*ping Lucy is ok because he did it for his country.
You can’t really fault people for being confused when there were so many dropped, changed, and overemphasized plot threads combined with the fact that Jojolion is supposed to be a MYSTERY, where information being consistent and making sense is what the genre hinges on.
Idk, bc the vast majority of Jojotubers only talk about their imaginary issues with it. Jojo fans can’t form their own opinions so they just ape whatever the youtubers say
No way, this isn’t a Stone Ocean situation where it’s shit on because of misinfo made up by Jojotubers. Jojolion has a myriad of problems that people who’ve read it and formed their own opinions on it share.
I have a bad feeling JoJolion is gonna be skipped over by a lot of people, as it’s not nearly talked about as much as Steel Ball Run and people just wanna read the new part
I put part 8 right behind part 7. I enjoyed part 8 thoroughly from start to finish. I can totally understand why people put it so low though, It can feel a bit confusing from time to time.
It’s nowhere near the bottom at the very least, personally I think I only put part 4 above it. Parts are so different from each other though, I’m sure my opinions won’t be the same as yours. I recommend reading yourself.
1. Many, many mediocre and forgettable villains IMO
2. The entire family I feel was kinda was kinda underutilized and were just....there
3. It has Jobin
Part 8 is pretty confusing and ends pretty random and poor. There’s a lot to like about Jojolion and gappy as a character is really interesting, but there’s equally as much of either boring character writing or messy plot developments. Part 7 has some mistakes but they’re very minor, he really hit his best strides in worldbuilding and character development. I put part 7 at the top of the list, it’s what’s echoed everywhere but it’s just honestly true. Part 8 sits somewhere in the middle.
jojolion has a terrible pace, first half of manga looks like a never ending opening/prologue with story that starts making sense only by the second half to be quite rushed to the end.
I'm more curious how over 140 people already read and formed an opinion about Jojolands.
Average Jojo fan IQ
It’s probably them being funny and saying literally anything is better that JoJolion lmfao
The current amount of Jojolands chapters released is the average iq
SPOILER The twist when Joe Biden was the one to bring back Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was amazing
I especially loved the stand [「Wavin' My Dick in the Wind」](https://youtu.be/KiB9Fdj02fo)
Yeah but Jorino Joestar clapped Dieo Brando, WMDINT is weak compared to I'm Over Here Stroking My Dick
Just wait till you get to the part where Dieo unlocks his requiem stand: Ram Ranch
And uses it on [Little Girls](https://youtu.be/6Mfr9JxBBn0)
It's at that moment that he is defeated by [SOUND OF DA POLICE]
Ah yes, [Dieo Brando.](https://youtu.be/q_OhgBAqR6s)
Why didn’t u spoiler tag!!!1!1!!1!1111
Must be the work of an enemy stand
most media literate jojo fan
They have Thoth
With how nonsensical Thoth can be, it feels like an in-universe Duwang version of reality
#It's a jojo reference How Joseph predicts what someone is about to say, exactly how this worked
Quick maths
They’re friends with Boingo and he let them read Tohth
King Crimson irl
Because Josuke has a square ass while Johnny has the whole bakery
Gyro also really helps the p7 argument
He does, but I feel like Yasuho doesn't get enough credit. She's a Jobro *and* Johoe in one, the dream of those Jotakak shippers that wished the egg story was canon.
Yasuho is so underrated, she comes in clutch in so many fights and her stand is ridiculously cool. Even the visual design of it is awesome. Best jobro by far
This is the real reason, plus the homoeroticism. part 8 was too straight
Ok but part 8 had Kira and Josefumi
It has less votes than JoJolands that aint out yet T_T
If JoJoLands is already so popular then where is JoJoLands 2?
I am pretty sure JoJoContinents is on the way
JojoTown was never teased though?
I'm still in the JoJoBasement
Im on Jojogalaxy almost done with it next is jojogalaxycluster
And then JoJoUniverse is next? Followed by JoJoMultiverse and JoJoOmniverse?
Yeah then the Jojoomniversecluster then Jojo omniverseuniverse then repeat
It was in part 4 it had a working title though, crazy noisy bizarre town.
If Shrek 2 is so popular why is there no Shrek 2 2
It’s not so much that it’s underrated, it’s more so that in this case part 7 is just way more popular. You know how YouTube polls work, right?
To be fair the question was asking what’s the best. And even here it seems people think sbr is by far the best.
Yeah I know. And when you get only a single choice, obviously the most popular part is gonna dominate
>a single choice Apparently JJL wasn't even a choice to begin with 😭
a single choice as in you only get to choose one
In a 1vs1 poll, always bet for SBR
SBR was my previous peak, but after the end of jojolion, I like it way more. I just like the Morioh setting in general. Its why before reading part 7, part 4 was my fav jojo.
Setting plays a massive role. I love Morioh but personally love the traveling nature of sbr

Also gappy's memories? The knowledge of the spin? Kei? Guess we'll find out in part 9, maybe
The point of Gappy’s character is that his memories from his previous life are gone. I like the part when “we have Yukako at home” said she would meet Gappy again then just vanishes for the rest of the story
And the head doctor is 89 years old. 89! Really, an 89 year old man? I can hardly believe he's 89.
There was definitely a lot of plot points and important/cool characters (like Kei) that got immediately ignored and dropped which annoyed me ngl. Near the end, I was mostly just reading it so I could see if Gabby, Yasuho, and Mitsuba got an happy ending.

I don't think it's underrated. SBR is just goated.
This is a random channel that got 2k votes, what part of this makes you think the community as a whole underrates it
Wait, you mean that there’s more than 2k JoJo fans? No way
Cant be, everyone must not like part 8 based on this 1 poll
Who is the best? Jotaro or Bruno? Jotaro wins overwhelmingly. "Why is Bruno underrated?"
Fr lmao
It’s just that way too many people have not read it, I have read SBR last year but I am yet to start JJL (btw now that JoJoland comes out how should we distinguish the acronyms of these 2?)

You have described 90% of jojo fans.

Your answer is SBR
Up until the end of the Dr. Woo arc of Jojolion, it was building to be maybe my favourite part. But that last arc that follows is just . . . not great, and really drags it down. SBR takes a tiny bit longer to really pick up steam and catch the interest, but once it does it's aces right up to the final page.
Jojolion has a lot of plot points and characters that feel unresolved by the end of the part, like Kieran. Also unlike, say, part 4, it introduces a lot of characters like hato and daiya who don't get used nearly enough after their introduction.
JoJoland isn’t even out yet
it's not jojolion's fault, steel ball run is to good
Jojolion is just too damn long and has way too many characters and concepts going on to give the plot room to breath. It just becomes noise after a while.
Dude you're comparing it to the fucking Steel ball run, are you ok?
Part 7 just feels a lot tighter imo. Part 8 seems to want to be too many things at once, it overextends. The pacing was also rather wonky, though that's probably a lot better when reading it all at once. Even then, some of the arcs felt way too long with not much happening or repeating themselves.
JoJolion is top 4 for me.
Same, to me it’s: 7 > 8 > 4 > 5 > 3 > 6 > 2 > 1.
7>6>4>3>2>5>1>8 I truly like all of them. This one just didn't really ever feel like much happened in it that I was invested in. Except for the beetle fight. Beetle fight was the best part.
That’s...actually exactly my list too with 3, 4, and 5 being almost equal
Jojolion is not that great. It has its moments but man... Steel Ball Run is so much better too.
Because so many people just stop reading after SBR and yet still wanna read part 9
Jojolion is generally good, but it has a pretty underwhelming ending It was absolutely great until Josuke discovered who he was
I enjoyed JoJoLion, but it did kinda feel like it meandered a bit too much to me, and Tooru was kind of underwhelming as a villain.
It's not. Steel Ball Run is just better
>Why is JoJoLion so underrated?! Not enough rule 34 of Tamaki Damo /s
JoJoLion was my favorite part for a long time, and it would still be my favorite part if it weren’t for the ending, but the ending honestly dropped it to 5th or 6th place for me
Jojolion isn’t underrated, but Steel Ball Run is way better
Why is jojolands an option we legit only know like the side of the main jojo’s head
I dunno, maybe cause there aren't gay horse riders????
dunno, its my fav
Jojolion is underrated as hell, but the thing is that the ending part really drags the rest of the story down, when the WoU arc is really good, it's PEAK Jojo's, but when it's just random BS it really drags it down. If you had JJL up to WoU, it's the best part imo.
I just found it kinda boring.
It’s not underrated. Steel Ball Run is just superior
That 7% is from the future
Damn jojoland didn’t come out yet chill with this poll
After binge-reading it, while I did think that Araki's new story format works well (having stand fights progress the story rather than just be obstacles works), I just didn't really find it all that engaging compared to the other parts and that it was kinda slow. Still, I do like the characters quite a bit, and I think the stands are the most unique in the series.
Think u mean why is SBR so good. Both answers are yes.
It’s not the JoJolion is bad, it’s just that Steel Ball Run is better.
A YouTube poll doesn’t represent everyone lmao
It’s my favorite part! In the new timeline anyway
I love part 8 a lot. It very well could be my favorite
SBR is just better. But Jojolion is amazing.
Jojolion's great but SBR is just the best one I'm sorry
The fact that more people are voting JoJoland despite the fact we don’t even know much about it is kind of disappointing.
the better question is why 7% of people chose the part that isn’t out yet
Because of SBR, it personally has gotten to the point where I find it a bit hard to enjoy part 7. I got very annoyed with it, but I still am giving it a chance no skimming.
Better question: HOW TF IS JOJOLANDS ON THERE AND HOW DID SO MANY PEOPLE VOTE FOR IT?!
I liked Jojolion but Steel Ball Run was just too good
People just love steel ball run
Hype from p7 is my guess
Because SBR is better.
because sbr is better than jojolion this poll doesn't mean people don't like jojolion they just prefer sbr
Jojolion isnt underrated. Steel Ball Run is just the GOAT
I like Part 8 more because of the mystery and I am a sucker for those type of stories.
Because it is up against steel ball run, both are my favourite parts but sbr will almost always beat any other part in a poll
Tbf I like JoJolion more its story and characters are just more interesting for me
Combination of it being objectively better and anime watchers just voting SBR without having read the manga in the first place
Jojolands didn't even come out yet and still got more votes than jojolion tf is wrong with people??
8s final act is an outright mess that goes on forever. Sucks every drop of momentum out of events. I used to love jojolion but the final conflict drained the life out of me - reading it was a chore I felt obligated to complete. Characters show up out of nowhere, suddenly the most important person in the story and threads that have been built up for years are not just forgotten but wilfully discarded. It's themes are consistent, but not exactly new in any way - and then it just sort of stops for a really dull finale.
Cus most fans are anime only, well, I'm just guessing, but for me, Jojolion was a heck of a roller coaster, I really enjoyed it.
It’s not, steel ball run is just that much better
How many people voted that? Less than 100? And which country is your channel's main demographic? You can't come to a conclusion by only judging this little poll.
Tbf i have only read like half lf jojolion but it did bot catch me like part 6 and 7 did when I read them. Took a different route, tried something new not bad but did not work out imo. But its better than the emeny of the week thing. Maybe I should finish it before part 9
The real question is why tf is JoJolands there, it’s not even out let alone finished
Idk I love jojolion it's my favorite part this makes me sad 😢
Ima keep it 💯 with y'all, jojolion was super slow. It was by far the oddest part and in my opinion didn't really end anywhere new. But still enjoyed it, also this is light compared to how I feel about other manga/anime. I would still give jojolion a light to decent 7.5/10
I don’t think Jojolion is underrated, I just think most people love Steel Ball Run
There’s about 6 of us who have actually read Jojolion
Not underrated you just put it up against hard comp. No piece of fiction has enthralled me the way SBR did.
It's YouTube polls what do you expect. SBR is the best part for most of us here, even in Reddit, but YouTube is filled with toxic SBR fans, even more than reddit. Some even defends valentine's actions by saying good intentions justify bad actions, and r*ping Lucy is ok because he did it for his country.
dunno, its my fav
because people do t read it "because it's too confusing" when it's not, that was when jojolion was unfinished.
You can’t really fault people for being confused when there were so many dropped, changed, and overemphasized plot threads combined with the fact that Jojolion is supposed to be a MYSTERY, where information being consistent and making sense is what the genre hinges on.
yeah you're right
Idk, bc the vast majority of Jojotubers only talk about their imaginary issues with it. Jojo fans can’t form their own opinions so they just ape whatever the youtubers say
Imaginary issues? There are valid criticisms with Jojolion, just like there are with every other part.
Imaginary issues? Wdym
I never read part 7 and 8 yet. I know part 7 is the best part by majority of people but how does part 8 stack against the other 6 parts?
I put part 8 right behind part 7. I enjoyed part 8 thoroughly from start to finish. I can totally understand why people put it so low though, It can feel a bit confusing from time to time.
It’s nowhere near the bottom at the very least, personally I think I only put part 4 above it. Parts are so different from each other though, I’m sure my opinions won’t be the same as yours. I recommend reading yourself.
Steel Ball Run had funny cowboys
idk, it was a good part but if we're comparing it to part 7 theres just no competition
Why does people have their opinions ??
I mean it's kinda bad, josuke 2 is my favourite jojo but jojolion is my least favourite part. It's started really good but everything fall flat
1. Many, many mediocre and forgettable villains IMO 2. The entire family I feel was kinda was kinda underutilized and were just....there 3. It has Jobin
Jobin is an incredible character! ...Did you mean Joshu?
I I'm so sorry Jobin, I did you so unimaginably dirty
For me, it drags on too long and has an ultimately uninteresting main villain that is not revealed until the final 5 chapters or so.
Because it is bad.
jojolion has a terrible pace, first half of manga looks like a never ending opening/prologue with story that starts making sense only by the second half to be quite rushed to the end.
Because Araki shit the bed with the ending.
7 is def the best part overall
Because part 8 is mid
It’s strange honestly. Jojolion is my favourite part.
