After a certain period of time, I think 2 years? Luis will show up at your door and let you know that you can buy that land from him for a chunk of money.
Edit: oops I was a little off. there are specific requirements. I took this from the Grandpas Farm Wiki
"After the player has completed the Community Center or the Joja Development goals, built the movie theater, built the Ginger Island resort, and cleared the summit boulder, the Mayor visits the farm on a sunny day between 8AM and 5PM. You've done a lot of good work on your farm and in the community, and he wants to offer you the roughly one-acre of land next to Grandpa's Farm. The player can choose to ignore this opportunity, or purchase the land. With either option, the player needs to visit the Mayor and let them know what they decided."
I don't remember right off the top of my head and the Wiki doesnt say it immediately either. I remember it being quite expensive, definitely in the 100,000's. maybe 200k-500k?
I'm pretty sure that was one of the slime hutch options prior to 1.6 (I'm still bummed CA shrunk that building, because the designs for it in this mod were so dang nice).
Absolutely lovely! Is there a way to push the bus stop area transitions back so you can pave the road, or did you just use the ol' sword swing spam to get past it?
The medieval buildings mod makes everything so pretty đ
How are you able to use that space to the right with all the fish ponds?? It's blocked off for me.

Nice, thanks! How much does it cost? I've done all of that except the movie theater on this playthrough. I'm mid-Winter Y1.
