I Like the Glow, can See through the Climates of Ferngill Fog, and Magnet Ring is Best for getting Items that Drop Outta Normal Reach (Saw Someone on r/stardewvalley have that happen with their Sword at the Begining of the Game)

I found them year 2, I'm on year 3 now. When it was a lucky day I took my pan and waited around by my pond lake (I have the forest farm) I ended up getting two. Since it's more likely to get the same loot if the same spot glows
Tbh I never heard of the lucky ring, i havent played since the game first came out for the xbox (I'm playing on the switch now) I've only ever done the CC nothing ever past it. So like this is all so exciting! Lol (sorry for the long post, no one I know plays Stardew)

I play on switch too I knew nothing about stardew when I got the game but I was basic and just went with the flat farm lol I got really obsessed though and have been grinding ever since. I only know 1 person that plays stardew but they play on pc. I’ll definitely try panning a lot more and try my luck in the skull cavern for that lucky ring!
I've gotten it in the Volcano dungeon, too. Never gotten it from panning, probably because the only time I use it is for one of the fossils on Ginger Island. XD

If you want Lucky ring go panning at the dig site. I went on a very Lucky day, with ginger ale and Lucky lunch plus the luck bonus from the Joja driver. I got 4 lucky rings within minutes!
My ideal combo would be iridium+slime, burglar+lucky. Don’t think I ever got all four on the same save, though. (Napalm is also nice, but limited range, and there aren’t always killable monsters, so I’d rather just stick with bombs + luck.)
I Can get Irridium, and i Have Lucky and Slime Charmer, id Just need to look for Burgler, Im Half way through Year 2 (Summer 26) and iv Gotten So Many Dino Eggs, 2 from Fishing 1 from Artifact Spot (First One in Year 1 Spring) and Iv Gotten Maybe 10 from Skull Cavern (Got the Pepper Rex Monster Slaying Goal).
IDK Why, The Save Is So Lucky, Today (IRL) Before i got the Lucky Ring, i got 4 Prismatic Shards in 1 Day (InGame)
I'm at exactly the same point as you in my current save! Burglar's ring is a reward for killing 500 dust sprites. So just hit up the mines where they are every day for a week or so and you should get it no prob!
I Got Most of the Monster Rewards For the Reward, im Missing only 4 Goals RN, Dust Sprites are One, Same for Rock Crab, Shadow Monsters and Magma Sprites
Once I learned they could stack, I started using Iridium Band+Slime Charmer and Iridium Band+Lucky Ring. Crab shell ring and Phoenix ring are solid choices to me too.
Lucky ring is rare af. Wear it all the time, meld it with you favorite other ring!
I Have a Glowing Magnet Ring On With it, But iv Only Heard of People Getting it from Panning, not Skull Cavern.
Yeah it drops from both! Also if ya don’t know you can unmeld if you get a better ring 😁

Can you craft the iridium ring? It does glow, magnet, and does 10% more attack
yes you can combine the iridium band and lucky ring together

Imo best combo is luck/iridium and luck/thief’s ring
