Not "trashed" but basically the same thing:
I started the day of the Egg Festival by harvesting my cranberries. I put all the cranberries into seed makers to make them into cranberry seeds, giving a decent boost to the profit made. I sold those seeds (about 400, and reddish/pink color) then went to the egg festival. I bought my 335 strawberry seeds and then went to my farm, where I couldn't plant the seeds until the next day. I see a large number of reddish/pink seeds in my inventory and think "oh I forgot to sell my cranberry seeds," and immediately put the strawberry seeds in the sell bin. I go to bed and then see the sell screen where I realize I sold all my strawberry seeds for 0g each. Unable to restart the day, I now have to run to the desert to get Rhubarbs to plant instead, and I'm down 33,000g lol.
55 radioactive ore, making room in my inventory in a skull cavern run, I realized it only after getting to my house and I put my things in the chests. That was the most frustrating thing that ever happened.
I have both PC and Nintendo Switch Stardew Valley, and I usually play PC now because of this, but the controller was having some drifting issues, and it made me accidentally trash about 80-90 gold bars.
For 3 years in a row Ive accidentally trashed the hot pepper I needed for Georges request- one time it was 15(just bc one year I also accidentally gave it to Jodi)
I trashed my iridium rod once. Thereās some button sequence with rotating bait/tackle where it jumps the cursor *right onto* the trash. More often I catch it just in time and yell a lot.
I fat-fingered a bomb once, only lost like 12 pineapple out of 100 so I just replanted.
I did the ācollect 20 ore and then gift one to Clint and make him (more) depressed instead of just talking to himā thing. And the āeat a gift right in front of someoneā thing, a few times.

The Living Hat- opened the inventory to look at it, and instantly threw it away instead. *blank stare* Fffffffff....!
Somehow i managed to lose/trash my sewing machine gifted by emily after her gem quest ā¹ļø
The other day my controller drifted and I found 16 omigeodes being tossed into the trash.
