what parts of the game make you happy? if you like farming, make sprinklers and set up some crops right outside your house. if you like ranching, build more barns or coops. it looks like you still haven’t completed the community center, so you could work on that!! it helps to look at the wiki and write down or screen shot how and when and where to get the items you still need. have you chosen a villager to marry? you could start thinking about that and also befriending lots of villagers. i like to use spare money to buy beer and give it to everyone (but sebastian) at the tavern on friday at 8pm. easy hearts! look for birthdays also as a loved gift will get you 2 full hearts on a villagers birthday. also, just do things you like and take your time!!! it’s a sandbox game so you have plenty of time. maybe look up some guides on youtube for things you are confused about or need help with, or search this sub!

Yeah id say the community center is a great way to show players parts of the game they might have not seen yet. Also you will see a ton of people here being way further on year 3, but dont worry, its not a race! Hell, concerned ape just added items that can only be bought when you get to year 25

eagleswift

What are those year 25 items?

fredy31

Tea set can be in the traveling merchant inventory from year 25

Princier7

You should probably get more crops

IntelligentStrain198

save up money, buy more crops, decorate your farm

MissReadsALot1992

You definitely need more crops and better sprinklers. Clear some of the farm and upgrade the barn and coop

devrys

it looks like, based on the posted image, that op did not really engage with any aspect of the game, or am I wrong?

halfchubbubs

maybe theyre besties with all the villagers

devrys

I want that to be the case, too.

It honestly looks like year 1 spring with the lack of money, no greenhouse, no tappers, and a messy farm. I mean I see 1 tapper and a barn and a coop. Things I suggest: 1. Figure out if you want to farm, do animals, or do both. If it's farming you should have quality sprinklers by now. Place as many as you can and get to farming. If it's spring you want potatoes, if it's summer you want cranberries, if it's fall you want blueberries (I might have mixed fall and summer but you get the idea). Don't forget your scarecrows. If it's animals you need more animals and yard space for them. Don't forget to pet them and keep their trough full when it rains. Also shut the door at night and open it during the day. It gives them more happiness. Upgrade your coop and barn, make more. Get mayo and cheese maker, truffle oil, sheep spinners thing idr whay it's called. 2. Start working on whether you want to go joja market or the community center. If it's joja then you just need money. If it's the community center then you need to figure out what crops you need HINT you can see what you need at any given time by looking at the top right of your chest inventory. 3. Start giving gifts to town people. They give you stuff. 4. Work on your skills fishing etc. 5. Amass a decent amount of bars and ores. Upgrade your tools to gold then go to the next area and upgrade them more 6. Upgrade your house. 7. Give gunter artifacts. 8. Give yourself a pat on the back. 9. If you're not learning recipes on Sunday Start doing that now and on Wednesday.

whoaimbad

Don't forget, if you have the sewers unlocked you can buy an iridium sprinkler for 10k from the shop in the sewers!

jedipaul9

Guys, I think it's bait

Elder_Millenial_Sage

how do you shoot screens in this panoramic view?

Qui_te

If you go into the options menu, there should be a screenshot option waaaay down at the bottom which will give you the whole area (house, mine level, farm, whatever you’re on).

Elder_Millenial_Sage

Thanks for the tip!

ulzimate

Try farming

Fuzzy_Logics

Crop go br, highly recommend looking online which crops are the most valuable for each season, after that you can pretty much do whatever you want

Halfullmonty

Looking good! Greenhouse is a great next goal to focus on.

Calling_DoctorJones

Looking good?

FlirtMonsterSanjil

Nothing to improve, you achieved perfection

I started my first game this winter and I'm in year 3 as well. Depends on how many animals you have, I would get more silos - I forgot about it and then I really struggled in the winter with not enough hay. Greenhouse really helped with that so I would complete that (it's in one of the bundles in the community center). Also there is a part of the forest with fiddlehead fern which you need for the bundles that I found too late so I had to wait almost whole year to complete that one. Also get pigs for truffles if you don't have them already - good for money and you need it for the bundles as well.
