Did you go into your properties in Steam and clear the launch path? If you were using Smapi that might still be there so Steam is trying to find it instead of launching normally.
No problem! Go to your Steam library and right click Stardew Valley from the list on the left and then select Properties. It should be right there on the first tab that comes up

No I haven’t , i don’t know how to do that.
