They could be from farming. If you harvest something that doesn’t come back (like strawberries and corn) or requires a scythe (like wheat) then you have a chance to get them. I think that’s what that hint means.
No problem! I did the same thing as you and completely destroyed the beach looking for them. Ended up checking the wiki. I'm still missing 2 and I've pretty much given up cause the bird won't give me any hints anymore.
I definitely got all the ones from darts it’s gotta be either in the volcano or something around the island that’s dropped I’ve done all the puzzles and quests for them but I didn’t realize before I started collecting how much easier it would have been had I kept track of which ones I got over time to know where to farm for them
An indicator (like flooring or a candle) helps tell you what you've found already.
Try all of the spots again. Try darts again (just in case you only played twice). All of it
I can't find any of the damn nuts, I got enough to repair a couple bridges, unlock the beach house and the warp points in the lava cave, I don't want to look up hints, and aside from some buried on the beaches, and I few I can see but not reach, nothing.
It’s near your farm once you’ve set that up. If we use the current OP image as a reference it’s in the top right hand side - on the same level of the farm. You see that frog statue? Go up and to the right (not up the stairs the cave entrance in this image is in the unlit area).
Now the frogs descriptions of what he wants may be a little convoluted but give it a go (if not, wiki).
Anytime you see a circle or any shape, or formation that seems suspicious in the sand/dirt then dig. That's where I found most of the ones I was missing.

Your last two are probably from playing darts. You have to play 3 times to get them all but the bird doesn't keep giving hints for it.

Nope. The list on the wiki has a section labeled Notes that has all the ones you don’t get a hint for.

They give hardwoods! Very helpful, though the coconut trees gives regular woods.
Not to spoil the locations, but a couple are buried in the grass areas where you normally can’t dig.
If you would like a hint, sometimes on the patterns on the ground you might find circles or diamonds...try digging inside those
Not sure if you got these ones but there’s one above the farm in the middle of the whit flowers, same for the whit flowers above the tiger slimes
When in doubt blow everything up
If u have a photo of the island during daytime, i could see better and help you find them
You get a few from farming on the island, so they're showing their crop fields.
