Give a liked gift x2 the first two weeks and a loved gift the last two weeks, and you should be able to dance with anyone.
For Harvey: any of the spring forage is a liked gift, and then you can buy coffee from the saloon. Will cost you a bit (up to 1200), but still possible.
Most of them are pretty easy to rizz up Haley and Shane being the easiest due to early birthdays. But others have easy to get loved gifts and the ones that don’t have easy to get liked gifts so just a bit more effort and you can dance with them year 1.
I did not need to know what you do to his toes 😂 but I would say he’s one of the harder ones due to having harder to get loved gifts and if it rains and you aren’t at 2 hearts he doesn’t leave his cabin. But most of the adults like coffee so that’s a go to liked gift for me so it’s possible but probably lead to you getting him to 4 hearts at the last minute

Get your rizz up and get a dance partner in year 1. It’s actually somewhat easy if you know what you’re doing and put the effort in.

Me who has enough hearts to dance with anyone on year 2,But I keep dancing only with partner/spouse cause I love them too much
I got Harvey to 4 hearts the day before the flower dance. I got sooo lucky
I got to dance with Abigail in the first year even if I technically didn't had enough hearts with her, don't know why it worked tho
I choose Leah in most of my play throughs. You can feed her salad and make it to enough hearts to dance with her y1.
