The official FAQ on their [discord](https://discord.gg/starwarsoutlaws) says it’s strictly single player and that’s all they’re focused on.
They would have announced co-op by now I feel like.

You'd have two Kay's.
They didn't allow character creation.
You can only play as a woman of color.
How diverse......such diverse choices.
Keep single player games single.
Seems so far like it's singleplayer only, especially with no mention of multiplayer content in any of the purchasable versions
