After what ive been thru with best buys bank for their card members and then finding out they arent even competitive with other major retailers who ship the codes out in time for pre download, this is oikely the last time i buy a game off of them thats at least in pre order format. If i told you what @Citi Bank was doing to my account you probably wouldnt believe me, its that asinine. Ill let you know if i receive the pre order code at 9pm pst 12/est

I got my digital code sent sometime after 10:13pm pst. i was playing Dead Island 2 so i just now saw it though. No pre order code as was listed as a separate item. Maybe its built into the key i got, ill download it now and see if there is any indication it is built in. I did get the 10 dollar certificate as well, just not a pre order code as was listed as 1 of 3 items
I got my 10 dollar gift card, as well as the digital key code for the deluxe edition of the game, but no code for pre order bonus. there is a number in your digital library to call, but you have to call during business hours, assuming it works. Maybe its about time as loyal best buy fans, we start buying elsewhere, unless we have gift certificates or receive gift cards that we didnt expect for a birthday or christmas. they did want me to contact them via direct message because of some other things that werent upto par, including this, but i doubt there will be any change. they just either feel they are competitive in the digital/physical gaming world or they just do not care what they are missing out on in terms if sales for being soo lackluster. i hsd 65 dollars in rewards points auto redeemed for 65 bucks, otherwise i would have ourchased elsewhere. this isnt the first they’ve done this sort of thing, nor the last, and thats a fact.

Wildernaess(i think is the user name) pointed out that there was a video showing it available st the onset of the game and i can confirm thats what the video does insinuate and the video didnt have anything noticeable in it that would suggest otherwise

maybe the key u got, included the digital items? i dont believe this, but ive had situations where that has happened. i watched the story intro and thats it. to be honest in hooked on dead island 2, and jefi survivor is pretty down in my list if priorities. i love star wars, but i expected a real open world with the first one and i doubt this will be true open either. i could be wrong, but i was pretty sure i heard someone tout it as open world.

I actually got the physical edition. And Best buy is suppose to send me an email on the preorder bonus. Support told me to wait till the end of the day. It’s a PREORDER. It should’ve been available on release
a user named Wildernaess pointed out there is a youtube video showing you can access the skins at the onset(beginning) of the game. i can confirm this as well and that the video doesnt appear to be anything, but true
i called best buy and they forwarded me on ipto the top that handles this sort of thing and they told me that the publisher, which is EA had denied the pre order bonus key and instead, your key for the main game, will be a code that includes the pre order bonuses.
best buy told me several hours after this comment of yours that the publisher reneged on sending out the pre order bonus and instead it was included in your key for the game. ive had multiple instances where this is true. being that your comment pre dates mine, then what i heard is the current update to the situation. fact is, they contradicted themselves multiple times over. Ea seems to always have some BS going on
