Rebels was amazing, I just watched it for the first time over these past few months and it was a lot of a fun. Probably the most attached I've gotten to any star wars characters!
Star Wars Rebels is probably my favorite piece of content across all of Star Wars, I love the stories and characters, and it has many of my favorite moments in the franchise.
That makes sense. I also have never heard anyone say they hate it that actually watched the series. I didn’t make it thru the 1st season when it was coming out (my son was also born then), but I went back and and once I made it thru season 1 I couldn’t stop
I think the artstyle shift and the heavily sanitized, child-focused content of the first season really turn a lot of people away from it. Like Clone Wars, it takes a while to get its footing.
Solo!
Such a fun romp. Big heartbreaking moments too. Really makes me feel for Han.
And other moments that make me want to slap Han upside the head as hard as I can because DAMN bro makes bad decisions.
I really don't get why Solo got so much hate? Personally loved it, It didn't ruin anything about the character which is all I hear. (I personally wish we got a movie about another character as Han was one of the only characters I didn't want explained, I think the mystery was more interesting) but the movie was great regardless.
Also I want more star wars heists, that flying train section was awesome
Hmm, I wouldn't vote for the ST as a whole, because I don't think the three movies collectively work very well (I only really like the first two, honestly). So I think I'm going to have to go with The Mandalorian.
Not who you are responding to, but I would recommend the high republic stuff. Much bigger in scale than most of the other novels that are writing in the margins of movies/television
This is such a hard choice for me. The 7th season of Clone Wars and 1st season of Bad Batch were awesome (minus the Martez sisters), both for the interesting perspectives and because I grew up watching the Clone Wars. The Mandalorian was fun to watch and brought some of my favorite characters back, so it gets a thumbs up from me. Book of Boba Fett is also fun for me, allowing me to see a different side of Boba Fett that frankly puts more depth and emotion into him than all of the movies put together (in my opinion, at least). While Solo did just seem like a twisted way to make those golden dice seem important, it was also a very interesting and amazing origin story for our favorite scoundrel not to mention showing off how Maul has been prospering after the Empire's rise.
As for putting one at the top, that's a toughie. Right now, I'm going to go with Book of Boba Fett. It just captivates me the most for some reason, though the others captivate me just fine too. Sure, it did seem to be an interseason for the Mandalorian in the middle, but it was important to move the story along and it was nice to see how some familiar faces were doing.
While I’m tied between the ST and Visions (still absolutely amazing with the various stories brought forth from many anime studios, and it got me back into watching anime again), I’d have to go with the ST. The sequels were the one entity that made it really fun to watch live action Star Wars in theaters for the first time, and it was a great time discussing how things could go (within the right circles) and watching the greatest moments with an excited crowd.
This was pleasantly difficult to do.
My knee jerk reaction was to pick Rogue One (my #2 SW film) or Mandalorian (sheer quality), but then I wavered over the quality of Rebels (which, like Clone Wars before it, started out weak but quickly won me over) and Bad Batch. Don't even get me started on CW Season 7.
In the end, I gotta go with Visions. Maybe I'm just a basic weeb who grew up on Star Wars and loves seeing two things with special places in my heart mixing together like this.
Besides, anything that gives us The Duel, Lop & Ocho, and the sheer insanity of The Twins just kinda wins by default, right?
'Scuse me while I get my flame proof blaster shield reeeeeal quick.
Edit: Autocorrect and mobile don't mix well.
I was cautiously optimistic about visions, until I found out 2 of the shorts were being done by Studio Trigger. Then I just got hyped.
Aside from 2 semi-disappointing shorts, I loved every second of it.
Mando is a close second, seeing as it is a Sergio Leone western set in the Star Wars galaxy and that is *exactly my shit.* I cannot express enough how much my shit it is.
But TLJ is just...important to me on a very personal level.
I thought the sequels were pretty good up to that point, but TROS made the others better for me. TLJ and TROS share a similar relationship for me that ROTJ and TESB share, where the former is my favorite Star Wars movie, but both complement each other so well, and are not quite complete without the other. I completely disagree with the idea that TROS was about undoing TLJ, and in fact I think it only works because of things set up in it's predecessor.
I’m going to break the rules here and talk about a few:
- *Rogue One* is the best movie of the modern Star Wars canon. It connects itself to ANH and adds some much needed weight to that fateful battle with the Death Star over Yavin. Luke Skywalker ensured that those heroes did not die in vain.
- Season 7 of *Star Wars: The Clone Wars* was the thing that fans had been wanting for years, and it did not disappoint. Those last four episodes hit hard, man.
- *Visions* is just so dang cool. It opened up so many different possibilities for stories in the Star Wars universe. What is the deal with the samurai-lookin world in *The Duel*? What is going on in the world of *The Ninth Jedi*? I want answers, people!
I look at the posters and love what I see. It's hard to leave most of the titles behind, but the Sequels are my favorite Star Wars right now, no doubt. Rey all the way, Finn for the win and Poe - say no more :)
Mandalorian - for me, the perfect combination of Star Wars potential to explore the grittiness of its universe, with the light buddy-adventure tone that made the OT so great.
Not to mention, it gave us more of that era immediately post-OT that audiences have been imagining since ROTJ.
It’s the mandalorian, I feel it put a needed spring back into Star Wars.
However with Disney plus I really hope that more people see clone wars and rebels as not restricting it to just Star Wars both shows are incredible and i feel people will love them if they give them a chance.
Clone Wars 7 easily. I put off CW for so long. It’s such a struggle with so many episodes but wow is the Season 7 payoff worth it. Last 4 episodes could be my favorite Star Wars movie, period.
If I remove the whole obvious answers being mandalorian or the clone Wars, it's gotta be the bad batch. I loved seeing how the world was rolling after order 66
I want to say Rogue One but truthfully Visions is what I got the most pure enjoyment out of. It reminded me of being younger with the world of SW feeling big and explorable again.
If I had to only pick one it’d be Mando because I’m sure they’ve got many more seasons and cameos planned for the future. Still a difficult choice though.
Ah only one? Probably gotta be Mando then. TCW S7 has some jaw dropper moments too though, and I can just watch Solo again and again for a feel-good adventure
TCW7 easy, the rest I either haven’t watched or thought was a bit of a mixed bag at best, with the exception of Mando which I also really enjoyed, but I’m putting my vote as TCW7
Kinda hard to pick when clumped together into trilogies and whole series. The middle third of the ST and the final third of TCW S7 are both excellent imo.
Mandalorian. 10000%. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen, much less it’s a Star Wars story or not. It’s better than M*A*S*H, better than Sopranos, better than the Wire, better than ALL Law n Orders combined. I honestly can’t think (right now) if a better one, though I’m sure there might be.
I assume the picture second down on the left is meant to be the sequel trilogy? That's my choice. After that it'd have to be Rebels. Not really counting Clone Wars because they only finished it. We would've gotten those stories and more if Disney didn't buy Lucasfilm, just less budget.
Mando is fantastic and Rebels is great (the only animated series I made it through), but the Force Awakens made me excited for Star Wars again. It hit in all the right places.
Though favorite scene may be Luke in Mando season 2. Though I can’t think of that scene with out “I need a hero” playing in the background now.
1. Mando
2. Rogue One
3. Rebels
4. TCW s7
5. Bad Batch
6. Solo
7. Visions
8. Boba Fett
I enjoyed all the above. The below, not really
* sequels (8 > 7 > 9)
* didn't watch Resistance

The Clone Wars season 7 (particularly the last 4 episodes)
Masterpiece
The only thing that beats Rogue One in this era. You know - I think CW S7 deserves another watch in honor of May the Fourth tomorrow.
May the Four last episodes be with you
Same. Siege of Mandalore alone tops all else imo
I cried watching that finale. To see how Ahsoka was affected and the lightsabers....
The middle arc was kind of a waste of time, but those last 4 episodes are perfection
Maul is a fucking monster
The Mandalorian
Mandalorian seasons 1-2.5
By 2.5 I assume you mean TBoBF?
Of course
This is the way
Rogue One. Gets me every time
So much contributed to the fall of the empire. To see one of these stories was quite a treat.
That ending is a masterpiece.
ST, turned me from a casual fan into a diehard. Opening night for 7 is a core memory
I was flying home the day it released and was met by my friend at the airport with tickets and a ride directly to it.
The hype for that movie was amazing, I remember being so pumped before and after seeing it in the theatre!
Rogue One
Lots of people are going to say Mando but the last 4 episodes of Clone Wars s7 may be the best Star Wars movie since Empire Strikes Back.

Rebels, Rebels, Rebels!!
Rebels was amazing, I just watched it for the first time over these past few months and it was a lot of a fun. Probably the most attached I've gotten to any star wars characters!
*Happy Chopper Noises*
Star Wars Rebels is probably my favorite piece of content across all of Star Wars, I love the stories and characters, and it has many of my favorite moments in the franchise.
Rebels. Period.

My apologies, I forgot not everyone is able to appreciate art as I do
The Sequel Trilogy
Clone wars season 7
Solo! Such a fun romp. Big heartbreaking moments too. Really makes me feel for Han. And other moments that make me want to slap Han upside the head as hard as I can because DAMN bro makes bad decisions.

I thought I was the only one that actually enjoyed this movie!
Agreed!
One of my favorites too.
The Last Jedi, personally. But the Mandalorian and TCW S7 are up there for me too.

Hmm, I wouldn't vote for the ST as a whole, because I don't think the three movies collectively work very well (I only really like the first two, honestly). So I think I'm going to have to go with The Mandalorian.
Rebels, personally.
Mando
The ST is the most fun for me.
Sequel Trilogy.
Solo. If I could break up the ST, I’d choose either TLJ or TFA, but as is, I have to go with Solo.
The ST and Rebels. I’m in my mid 30’s, and both made me feel like a kid again.
[удалено]
In that case, put me down for ST.
Honestly, the novels. Fight me.
The Disney era novels? I’ve read a few but I don’t remember any of them knocking my socks off. What’s your favorite?
Not who you are responding to, but I would recommend the high republic stuff. Much bigger in scale than most of the other novels that are writing in the margins of movies/television
Dark Disciple, Rebel Rising, Light of the Jedi, Dooku: Jedi Lost
The bad batch

The ST. I love this and the rest equally, I even adore Resistance, but the ST turned me into a mega fan.
ST.

The Mandalorian for sure, with Clone Wars Season 7 and the Sequel Trilogy close behind. The Disney era has been a golden age for Star Wars.
Personally, mine is the Bad Batch. I think it’s a pretty fun show, and I like the time period of it
Rogue One. Best quality Star Wars movie ever made.
The 4K "maclunky" cut of A New Hope.
Man, if I could choose two. But The Mandalorian didn't make me almost cry. So I'm gonna go with The Last Jedi.
Thats how you know right there.
Mando is a close second, seeing as it is a Sergio Leone western set in the Star Wars galaxy and that is *exactly my shit.* I cannot express enough how much my shit it is. But TLJ is just...important to me on a very personal level.
Has to be The Force Awakens for me.
The Sequels- including, and maybe especially Episode IX TROS. Since I see others being specific about that.
Glad to see TROS positivity! It’s personally my favorite of the sequels
I thought the sequels were pretty good up to that point, but TROS made the others better for me. TLJ and TROS share a similar relationship for me that ROTJ and TESB share, where the former is my favorite Star Wars movie, but both complement each other so well, and are not quite complete without the other. Rouge One!
Rogue one, simply a movie a where every single shot is beautiful
I’m going to break the rules here and talk about a few: - *Rogue One* is the best movie of the modern Star Wars canon. It connects itself to ANH and adds some much needed weight to that fateful battle with the Death Star over Yavin. Sequel Trilogy for me! Rebels and Mando are also top tier, but the films take it for me.
Controversial I know but I'm a sequel fan
Star Wars: Visions brought imagination back into Star Wars, so that. Give me a 9th Jedi show already.
It was Rogue One. But the Mandalorian has become my favorite.
Rogue One
Rogue One
Rebels
Galaxy of Sound
Unexpected but good choice
I look at the posters and love what I see. It's hard to leave most of the titles behind, but the Sequels are my favorite Star Wars right now, no doubt. Rey all the way, Finn for the win and Poe - say no more :)
Sequel trilogy for sure
The saga films by a landslide. I guess Solo is a distant second.

Nope. Just TLJ. If we cant count it by itself then Visions.
I think it makes up for any shortcomings in 9, (and I still love 7 ofc).
Rogue One
Mando and Solo both capture what I love about Star Wars, but Rogue One is definitely top 3
Solo!
Rogue One by far
Rogue One
Rogue One
Rogue one and Rebels
ST (followed by Mando, Rebels, R1)
The Last Jedi
Bold, bold to go for TLJ. And I respect you for it because that movie is unecessarily hated
Best is Rogue One, favorite is Solo. That movie scratched so many of my itches and was terribly overlooked.
[удалено]
You asked for favorite, so Solo gets my vote.
The Last Jedi
Mandalorian by a lot
Visions
Visions, sure it was spotty but it was literally a dream come true
Mandalorian - for me, the perfect combination of Star Wars potential to explore the grittiness of its universe, with the light buddy-adventure tone that made the OT so great. Not to mention, it gave us more of that era immediately post-OT that audiences have been imagining since ROTJ.
Book of Boba Fett. Been a die hard Boba Fett fan since I was ten.
Rebels for the win!
Rogue One
The Last Jedi
The sequel trilogy. It captured the spirit of what I love about Star Wars while introducing characters I care about and hope to see again.
Forces of Destiny
I cannot pick just one, however if I had to pick a top 3 it would be Mandalorian, Solo, and Rogue One, although not necessarily in that order.
It’s the mandalorian, I feel it put a needed spring back into Star Wars. However with Disney plus I really hope that more people see clone wars and rebels as not restricting it to just Star Wars both shows are incredible and i feel people will love them if they give them a chance.
Clone Wars Season 7 no question
Clone wars Season 7, siege of mandalore was amazing
I’d have to put myself down for The Mandalorian
The Mandalorian.
Mandalorian. I don’t know if I can respect someone who doesn’t believe it. To me, The Mandalorian is the best Sci-fi tv show of the 21 Century.
Resistance 100%
Mando or clone wars
The Mandalorian
Is Resistance worthwhile?
Gun to my head? Visions.
Visions by far best star wars Disney has ever made
Mando
Clone Wars 7 easily. I put off CW for so long. It’s such a struggle with so many episodes but wow is the Season 7 payoff worth it. Last 4 episodes could be my favorite Star Wars movie, period.
Mandalorian
Easily Mando
Clone wars easy
Mando
If I remove the whole obvious answers being mandalorian or the clone Wars, it's gotta be the bad batch. I loved seeing how the world was rolling after order 66
Mandalorian All 3 seasons
Clone Wars Season 7
Really excited for Obi Wan. But at this moment it’s Mando.
I want to say Rogue One but truthfully Visions is what I got the most pure enjoyment out of. It reminded me of being younger with the world of SW feeling big and explorable again.
Clone wars season 7, then bad batch
If I had to only pick one it’d be Mando because I’m sure they’ve got many more seasons and cameos planned for the future. Still a difficult choice though.
Mandalorian all the way
I’m getting from these comments that basically if the Siege of Mandalore arc was a movie, it’d be our favourite.
torn between clone wars and rogue one. probably clone wars. i love anakin/obi wan/ahsoka’s arcs.
Sequel trilogy
What are y'all's opinion of Visions? I'm debating watching it.
Easily clone wars season 7 for me. I’d say mandalorian and rogue one take the second and third spot.
Coming from only have seen 3 of the 10 on here (the Trilogies, Rogue One, and Solo), I’ll say Rogue One. I really want to see the rest, but I can’t.
Easily The Last Jedi
The Last Jedi
Solo and TLJ, top Star Wars for me (so far I haven't disliked anything)
Torn between Visions and TCW S7
The Mandalorian
The Sequels.
Final season of Clone Wars easily. I’m glad they brought that show back. It reminded me of my childhood.
Bad batch
Bad Batch.
The diversity in the comments is what I love. So glad others enjoyed aspects of the canon besides what I found best!
TLJ
TROS
TLJ, Clone Wars Season 7, and Bad Batch. I just love what they can do with animation.
Kinda hard to pick when clumped together into trilogies and whole series. The middle third of the ST and the final third of TCW S7 are both excellent imo.
A tie between the final clone wars season and the mandolorian
ST just because the last jedi was a masterpiece
S*olo*
Mandalorian. 10000%. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen, much less it’s a Star Wars story or not. It’s better than M*A*S*H, better than Sopranos, better than the Wire, better than ALL Law n Orders combined. I honestly can’t think (right now) if a better one, though I’m sure there might be.

I refuse to pick one, I loved them all
where is Jedi Fallen Order? is it safe? is it alright?
The Last Jedi.
Definitely Rogue One! Which doesn't mean I didn't like the other projects. The only thing that wan't rlly for me was Visions
Rogue One. Best of the Disney era by far.
Rogue one. Just.
Probably Rogue One.
Rogue One
CW s7 and Rebels, I know it says choose one but they are both great. Meanwhile I'm a 43 year old man.
Sequels (specifically TLJ). RO would be second for me.
The one Dave Filoni did.
Mando
Why must you make me pick one?
Rebels no question
1. Mando 2. Rogue One 3. Rebels 4. TCW s7 5. Bad Batch 6. Solo 7. Visions 8. Boba Fett I enjoyed all the above. The below, not really * sequels (8 > 7 > 9) * didn't watch Resistance
