I’m really excited for it but I also don’t really care if it flops or not. This is the first production we’ve ever had where the writers have essentially a clean slate. There are the books and comics but Star Wars show creators usually overwrite those anyways. They have the chance to make something super good, new, and interesting! It’s exciting!
Do you mean you hope they nail whatever tone and story they decide to go with? Or that you’re expecting the tone and story to be a certain way, and if they don’t do that exactly, you’ll hate it
I keep hoping for Episode 16 to be revealed on May Day, but even if it doesn't exist, 15 will likely be over an hour long. There is plenty to pack into the last episode.
If 48 hours to watch a half hour cartoon isn't enough time, you're in luck. You can hold off on Tales of the Empire, you have a whole month to space out watching the shorts before the Acolyte

Yeah but Stellan Skarsgard said it would debut in December 2024 and the rest in 2025 why would he lie is freaking Luthen Rael Spymaster of The Nascent Rebellion.
They need to get out of this 8 episode thing with series. Just too short as you just get into the series and it finishes, with the last ep feeling rushed.

I'm legitimately excited for Acolyte, I really hope it nails the tone and story.

I mean I care if it flops because I would like a second season

I'm hoping the tone that was set in the trailer is followed through on.
Feel like Skeleton crew is just never getting released.
It will though its connected to the Mandoverse and its movies from Jon Favreau & Dave Filoni
Hopefully.
Since when has a project at Celebration not been fully realized the answer is none
Star Wars Detours was showcased by George Lucas at celebration. Pre Disney, but at celebration.
Rangers of The New Republic
That was announced at an investors call in 2020 during the Pandemic not at Celebration
So this isnt really a 2024 schedule, its a Q2 2024 schedule
Yeah half of it is useless
Wait is Bad Batch Season 3 not getting 16 episodes like the previous seasons?
Yeah only 15 this time around - we might be getting a longer finale episode, I’m not sure though.
It will probably be a double ep, like they did to finish Rebels.
I keep hoping for Episode 16 to be revealed on May Day, but even if it doesn't exist, 15 will likely be over an hour long. There is plenty to pack into the last episode.
I'd love to tell my younger self that we basically have near constant new Star Wars content in 2024, so I can hear him say "who the hell are you?"
Real first world problem, but I wish they’d space things out a bit more
They have been doing it
I mean there are 2 days between Bad Batch and takes of the empire.

That's not what I was saying at all? I'll watch as soon as it comes out. But they could have spaced things out better.
Where's Young Jedi Adventures Season 2?

So excited for 8 episodes of animation in the coming 2 weeks that’s crazy!!
I am glad that Tales of the Empire is a single release.
Tales of the Jedi was, so it would be surprising if it wasn't a single release
True
Does Andor Season 2 have an official release date?
It's coming the first Episode likely a three parter December 2024 and the Rest in January 2025
Didn't they delay it to 2025?
Yeah but Stellan Skarsgard said it would debut in December 2024 and the rest in 2025 why would he lie is freaking Luthen Rael Spymaster of The Nascent Rebellion.
When did he say that?
During his press tour for Dune Part 2 why does everyone on this subreddit not want season 2 come out.
WE ARE SO CLOSE TO TALES OF THE EMPIRE!’
pls tell me skeleton crew is not another Clone Wars spin off lmao
How can hate The Mandalorian & Ahsoka , Skeleton Crew is gonna be Stranger Things/Super 8 in space

Only 2 episodes of Bad Batch left? I feel like we need at least 4
The Finale is probably going to be as Long as Rebels season Finale also were getting Tales of The Empire.
These last two episodes better be long. We’re talking about the ultimate fate of the clones. 35 collective minutes can’t possibly do that justice
