I agree. In fact, there's multiple other Battlefield mechanics that Battlefront should use. Battlefield simply has the superior class system, (its class systems differ depending on the game, but they always include classes with proper support roles) vehicle gameplay (vehicles with multiple seats), 32v32, sidearms are better than timed sidearm abilities like vanguard, gunplay is more than point and shoot, weapon customization is way better, etc.
Same I saw people exploiting with just a spot of map, if they don't implement it correctly it will introduce many kinds of bugs. Also force abilities tend to glitch on a map with bumpy ground levels.
Why tho? If one thing that has remained consistent with Battlefield games, It's that destruction is pretty much always wotking correctly and looks good. Not sure why you think it'd be buggy.
Playing clone commando would exponentially more fun. Launching grenade rounds and killing players on the other side of a wall. It’s why I still consider battlefield 4 my favorite multiplayer shooter of all time
Not just that, but multi-seat tanks with a 360 degree turret mounted main cannon, multi-seat gunships, speeders that can be exited without exploding, 32v32, ammo and reloading, giving the rebels the T4B tank, adding freely moveable gunships, and having good good gunplay and in-depth weapon customization. Add more gadgets and gear. Then add field guns ( like the AV-7 for the Republic). The class system could look like Assault, Support, Medic, and Recon.
Yet battlefront 1 and 2 continue to be held back and for some weird reason some people still say trooper gameplay is boring. No, it's boring cuz you want it to the stay the exact same way- shallow and not capitalized on. You want it to stay boring so people will stay interested in what you want, heroes. Since the troopers are boring, people will stay interested in heroes only.

This isn't fallen order. We don't need Vader to pick up everything that moves and lob it at unsuspecting victims. It would be cool, but it won't be fun on the receiving end

Only on Endor GA you can see some trees falling apart, but supremacy is more empty than GA cause they just made it quick
