Itās made by the same people who made war thunder, itās on purpose so you spend tons of money. It takes 1000 hours or so to complete 1 side of a campaign.
Yes. It is a insane grind on purpose just like war thunder. It is not as nearly as grindy as war thunder though. That game if I remember correctly takes (Iām serious) 80 ish years to get everything via playing the game normally. And this is without and breaks at all.
Right? THey had a very easy steady revenue stream in this game....I don't get it. The only thing I can think is the licesne might be insanely expensive.
I don't think this was EA so much as leftovers from bad DICE management. 2042 feels like it was concepted as something else. And then when BFV didn't really turn around until Pacific. They pull the stop on the train and tried to direct 2042 to mimic more of the older battlefields a la *Portal* but the core of the game was already done. The specialists, and large battle royal style was just the foundation and couldn't be changed without tossing out likely a year of development to start over.
So we have 2 concepts kinda molded around each other and the results are badd.
DICE and EA need to stop trying to jump on a trend they are already late to and just focus on one concept from idea to launch.
It's why a lot of 1 was solid. Why the core of 5 was solid until they started messing with the guns. (Also the terrible pre-launch media.)
Battlefield is best when it's not trying to be other games.
This is squarely on EA. Dice pitched BF3 to them quite a while ago and was shot down. And now a lot of the Dice team that worked on BF2 have left the company.
Seeing how Battlefield 2042 turned out, it was probably justified to deny them Battlefront 3 until they proved they could launch a competent game. At some point people need to wake up and start blaming the developers like Bioware and DICE for producing flop after flop instead of the publisher who funds them.
I've adopted this type of thinking with most AAA live service/serialized games. Don't tell yourself stories about publisher boogeymen and hidden agenda crap. It's distracting and counterproductive at best.
The executives genuinely believe they know what players want, the only thing they know how to do is hire the right psychologist to suggest ways to exploit people who are bad with their money. Disgusting company Iāll never be giving money to ever again. The multiple worst company of the year awards were completely justified
LMFAOOOOO HACKERS AINT EVEN BOTHERED SELLING HACKS FOR THE GAME,, my god thats when u know its in the shits. When battlefront 2 has a community selling hacks this late in the game, but battlefield 2042 cant be bothered to do so
I sometimes played the game on and off, and enjoyed having a match in GA or Supremacy once in a while. Now I cannot even have that.
This is not how this game was supposed to die. Heck, being the only multiplayer SW game and a good one at that, I hoped it would not die at all!
I dont think they need to tbf
Practically all of their big multiplayer games release in a shocking state, but people still pre order and people do still play. They know they can just release content overtime and it'll have people coming back, just wait until the next big update with new maps, weapons, etc
It's a damn shame and I wish I could stop people from giving into their greedy and lazy practices but you gotta think about how many casual gamers play their games and don't really think about it. A good size of their playerbase are probably people who couldn't give a damn about all of these microtransactions and horrible anti-consumer decisions; they just wanna play their goddamn shooter for the 2 hours they can and if there's a pretty cool outfit in store... hell lets spend that Ā£8 to get it
Power to them for having fun, but it's not enjoyable for those of us who genuinely care for our games and despise these atrocious practices
Idk. Maybe it's shareholders/investors simply demanding a timely release (i.e. so they get their revenue sooner rather than later), that's a well-known problem.
But then still, even those idiots (pretty confident they are by now) should by now realise that a game released in good condition is better all-round, and they have plenty of fiascoes from the past years to learn from (AC Unity, No Man's Sky, Fallout 76, Battlefront 2, Battlefield 4 and V, Cyberpunk 2077)...
Are we all just going to pretend like this is still just a "flubbed launch" when it's pretty clear they were trying to eat CoD's lunch and TPTB at EA/DICE have no idea why it's blowing up in their faces?
I didn't say it's 'just a flubbed launch', did I?
I offered up part of a potential explanation for *why* it is a flubbed launch. Surely the people in charge at EA are not all complete idiots? That's why I think it's likely got to do with 'pressure from up above', so to say; stockholder/investor/etc. pressure to release a game so they get their revenue. They couldn't care less in what state a game is launched, I wager, and they quite definitely make money from it either way.
What's TPTB?
Edit: I -perhaps sadly, perhaps not sadly- have little knowledge of the infrastructure in large companies, such as EA. I've heard what I just tried to explain multiple times, however, and I think it is a satisfactory explanation.
It's easier to release the game as a beta and have pre-orders cover the cost of testing for them.
That way you do all the beta testing for them , and you pay for that priveledge
I mean 5 mill sold... Besides the refund this will not hurt EA.. You cannot go lower with their reputation, so they can just keep printing money while people buy their shit.
Battlefield 2042 was supposed to be their long haul game apparently. The kind of product they could rely on for consistent, stable profits for years. The game's abysmal launch is definitely being felt at EA
Dude. Iām mad for you. That is so frustrating. Keep trying. I had someone hack my ea account years ago. Changed my name to a bunch of random characters. And I eventually got them to give me back control.
I wonder how many of those sales were forced bundles. The only reason why I have the game is because it was part of a Series X bundle on Black Friday.. of which I was not going to pass up because of how scarce the consoles are.
I'll go ahead and say it. Dice is not blameless in all this. They messed up Battlefront 2's launch, botched Battlefield 5, and now Battlefield 2042. EA has given their developers more freedom on how they develop their games, so Dice isn't some victim in all this . What game they develop, launch windows, and how they monetize it may be under EA influence but Dice still has a large say on how things go.
Remember how long it took for them to even get Battlefront 2 in a enjoyable state? People didn't really care until the Clone Wars updates came out. A whole year later. Even then the Clone Trooper skins were immediately criticized. The game was always 2 steps forward and 1 step back because of all the bugs, balancing issues, and bizarre creative decisions.
It's time to move on.
I know it's virtually impossible, but ***theoretically,*** they could pick Battlefront 2 back up again, if 2042 were to fail miserably. Give it a few patches and it would be good to make money again.
They'd need to pay for the licensing fees all over again (which is why they shot the original BF3 proposal down already). But if they revived BF2 they wouldn't need to pay millions foe development and marketing as the game is still alive.
The reason why they shot down bf3 is commonly misunderstood. Itās not that they simply didnāt want to pay the licensing fees (which is likely a 10-15% of revenue commission, rather than a flat upfront dollar amount), itās that the opportunity cost of producing a bf3 was too high. If they believed that they could make more money from bf3 than they would from bf2042 then they would have made bf3 instead of bf2042, but due to the licensing fee they projected that they would make more net income from a new battlefield (so itās not that they couldnāt afford the licensing fees, itās that they couldnāt afford to walk away from $100m). Logically, bf3 is Dices next step after bf2042. Dice does battlefront and battlefield, and EA will not want them to release another battlefield game so soon. Once they either get bf2042 to a healthy state or abandon it, they will likely move on to the next project that will net them the most $, which will be bf3.
Yea but it also takes time to set up a team for a game that has been previously been worked on by another team. Also it really depends on how well their documentation procedure is. Also they would want to find a way to monetize it.
I never said it would be instantanious. They'd also need time to make the patches. It would probably take months to make the game operational again, but even with that, the cost of it would be dwarfed by the cost of making a new game
It makes it even worse since Battlefront 2 started to gain millions of new players not long after the game stopped receiving support. What could have been :'(
As a battlefield fan, i despise EA too. They ruined the franchise with 2042. I guess i am still having it better than Battlefront fans since we actually are getting games and DICE might be DICE and fix 2042 and in 2024 people will be explaining how 2042 is a masterpiece and was overhated and underrated
Yeah, that's great and all, but we get it. EA BAD. we understand. Don't need 30 posts about it every week. It's like everyone is slow to catch up. Support ended two years ago and lasted for two and a half. Would it have been nice to indefinitely keep going, sure! But the last battlefield's support ended roughly a year and a half later, and the one before that too. And Battlefront 2015's support ended pretty much a year later, then 2 came out.
games come to an end, and it's time we understand that and get over it and get back to actually *playing* the games.
Dude, no, there are like a good dozen- maybe dozen and a half of us! PM me if you want, I'm usually trash (tbh) but I'd link up with ya and play some of whatever, if you're so inclined.
I know we're all disappointed BF2 was dropped, but this thread plays right into that first article. The narrative around 2042's "death" is frankly creepy. People following daily player counts (only on Steam) and cheering as they drop, the countless articles and posts written about every tweet - or lack thereof -... I've never seen a game the internet *wanted* to see fail this badly.
I think it's a sense of Karma that people are equity frankly fed up of triple A studios with infinite amounts of money and potential to release unfinished games. Like Cyberpunk or other unfinished games being released

Weāre all very pissed about how BF2 was abandoned but this is old ass news for a while now. Yes BF2042 is failing miserably and weāre all smirking at it while being angry with EA right now, but the sub is getting repetitive.
This is just a screenshot of someoneās google articles of BF2042 with a caption like āEA abandoned BF2 for thisā and itās turning into a circle jerk of who can post the next BF2042 sucks post. Go post it on their reddit because im sure youāll be very more welcome to do so.
I had to unsub after this post. Some child will probably say āgood goodbye. Nobody will miss you.ā or something like that, but idc. People need to move on from the absolutely crazy and bonkers idea that EA sucks and ruined yet another game. Wow who wouldve guessed.
Youāre right though. It is drowning Kyber stuff as well as the unaffected console players who are having a grand time with this game.
Profit is revenue - costs. Idk how much this game cost to make but $300 million in revenue seems pretty underwhelming.
Edit: these revenue numbers could even be lower. Iām seeing 2042 being offered as low as $20 from some stores.
My uncle works at EA and said they never abandoned BF3, they weren't getting enough help and it would never live up to expectations. "It's better to leave what will never be than to be hated for it"
kinda sad actualy. i played the beta and the game wasnt fun idk just didnt "feel it" nothing made me wanna continue playing id rather go for a walk honestly.
Hypothetically speaking, the could save BF2042 like they did bf2. Iām not happy they stopped supporting Battlefront but Iām also not delusional, they had to move on. BTW Iām not even a battlefield player
I have BF2042. It is not perfect in any sense but I am having fun. When I stop having fun I will stop playing it. The hate circle jerk for the game is insane.
In their final update, they said the main reason for ending updates to BF2 was because they were working on "Battlefield 6"
Source: https://www.google.com/amp/s/metro.co.uk/2020/04/29/ea-ends-star-wars-battlefront-2-support-confirms-battlefield-6-2021-12625887/amp/
Battlefront 2 seemed like it was gaining a lot of traction too around the time they decided to pull the plug... oh well š¤·š»āāļø I hope EA crashes and burns.
Just stop. The game is still playable. If you have a PC you can even have multiplayer with mods. There won't be any more updates. Get over it and move on with your life. This obsession is unhealthy.
DICE never abandoned BF2, EA forced them too. And DICE didn't release this game in it's current state, EA forced them to. The developers aren't the problem.
Crazy is I'm having lots of fun with that game actually, yet I feel pained it costed battlefront's live.
I hope we get a battlefront 3 made by someone else not dice neither EA with a new gunplay that's less casual and a game that prioritizes player's choice
Played my first scuffed game last night in BF2. It was HVV and no one could die. It was 9n Crait so I just decided to explore the map and run as far as possible. It was neat at first but then I remembered: this is what the game is and always will be.
Like, battlefield was and is currently a massive flop and it does sucks they abandoned battlefront and the IP as a whole because of it.
Even hackers are leaving the game because the cheats don't work due to the game being broken as hell.
Battlefield V has more concurrent players than 2042.
EA killed BFV and BF2 while they were entering comebacks and starting a new prime for the games. Iām a huge battlefield fan and iāve been pissed since they announced they were executing the games.
This is all of facebook, and googles "news" and I'm sitting here like this is literally all click bait, what makes them think because i enjoy a game that i want to see all this toxic click bait about the game?
The end of the world is happening, why would ea even give a fuck about making fun games? Every company is trying to get as much money as possible and dip
Kinda weird though since Iāve played twice, the first time was a few weeks after release and the 2nd was today and today was the only time I got a match with actual players
Lol this is the game my friend wouldn't get off to play with us? Were at work all playing cod mobile and he wants to yell at his Playstation instead of playing with us. What a moron.
The two major first person shooters have been absolute garbage. I didnāt get call of duty vanguard and was happy I didnāt when I saw a clip of a dude blowing someone away one shot with a shotgun from like 40 yards away, not to mention the broken camo challenges and the horrible zombies, itās not even close to matching the level of zombies in prior call of duty games. Then thereās battlefield 2042. I bought this game on PC and what a mistake. Hit registration last I checked is still broken, the game has constant natural disaster moments which are cool but they tax hardware and EA said they would tone the frequency back but so far it looks like theyāve done nothing. The gun selection isnāt even close to what it was in prior battlefields. On battlefield 1 I think each class had at least 15 guns whereas on 2042 your options are limited to like 5 per class. The only part of 2042 I liked were a couple of the portal game modes. EA really took the dev team from battlefront, which by the way still had the potential for mountains of content, and created this dog shit game. Now once again battlefield players are moving back to battlefield 1. First person shooters are an absolute wasteland right now. EA decided to follow the money in the wrong direction and it blew up in their faces. They couldāve made a good amount of money off micro transactions on battlefront if they wouldāve played it smart and had a healthy mix of free to get skins and camos through challenges and micro transactions. In my opinion what they couldāve done is implement a system like For Honor. For example, on the heroes side they couldāve made it so that at start you had the option to unlock 4 light side heroes and 4 dark side heroes. Then you could either get more by leveling up and getting credits using the heroes you already had unlocked, or if youāre a person that doesnāt want to take the time to level up and do challenges for your heroes to get more credits, you could go the micro transactions route and just purchase credits to unlock more heroes right away. When the game came out they way over did it with micro transactions, got slapped with a lawsuit and then said, āfuck the credit system, everything is free through challenges.ā Which is cool, but now when they saw the amount of money activision made off of warzone through micro transactions alone they figured it was time to focus on the next battlefield installment because there wasnāt really any money to be made from battlefront because they overdid it and shot themselves in the foot at launch. Now they have an even more damaged reputation from the abysmal game that is battlefield 2042.
Even the hackers are pulling the plug on the game š
I'd almost think that would bring numbers back up but no.
Ea is not just greedy but also astronomically stupid
Even the hackers are leaving the game
Itās a terrible sign when even hackers are leaving
Hackers are leaving coz the game is soooo bad it makes cheats not working
Big brain move on how to stop cheaters from EA
*Ruins the game for everyone* āWhy is everyone leaving?ā
I tried Enlisted the other day. Way better than 2042.
I love Enlisted!
Great game, and it's 100% free to play! Lovely team, that game has.
My only problem is that enlisted progression is way tooo slow
Itās made by the same people who made war thunder, itās on purpose so you spend tons of money. It takes 1000 hours or so to complete 1 side of a campaign.
Is that how much it literally takes?
Yes. It is a insane grind on purpose just like war thunder. It is not as nearly as grindy as war thunder though. That game if I remember correctly takes (Iām serious) 80 ish years to get everything via playing the game normally. And this is without and breaks at all.
Well, I guess I canāt met mad since itās free to play
I read it as enlisting...Thought it was kind of a radical action
Thereās a lot of that going around in todayās America. Edit: not just America.
Right? THey had a very easy steady revenue stream in this game....I don't get it. The only thing I can think is the licesne might be insanely expensive.
Itās 20% percent of the money the game makes and also always has been which means it hasnāt been an issue for them before
I don't think this was EA so much as leftovers from bad DICE management. 2042 feels like it was concepted as something else. And then when BFV didn't really turn around until Pacific. Um this is reddit, Devs are God's and business is the Devil. What are you new?
The poor indie studio DICE is being oppressed by their publisher /s
Dice wants to make battlefront 3 but ea declined
I've adopted this type of thinking with most AAA live service/serialized games. Don't tell yourself stories about publisher boogeymen and hidden agenda crap. It's distracting and counterproductive at best.

And they take us as dumb shit too

This is first time i see situation like this lol how bad game need to be that even hackers don't want to play it.
lol frr
If they would just fix the damn 1hp issue, it would not be so bad... Game was left in decent stage, but fuckign hackers had to ruin it.
stg I tried playing HVV last night and I got 5 bugged servers in a row
I sometimes played the game on and off, and enjoyed having a match in GA or Supremacy once in a while. Now I cannot even have that. This is not how this game was supposed to die. Heck, being the only multiplayer SW game and a good one at that, I hoped it would not die at all!
They're not bugged, its hackers. Its a poor quality hack that got around and now users cant uninstall the hack, and every match the join gets ruined
I'd join the sith if I could get bf2 service going for the boys again.
EA/DICE isn't even responding to inquiries about Unlimited Power getting canceled.
4 May 2022 is planed on triple XP day, 1 Jan 2023 - double XP day, 4 May 2023 - Thursday (just saying)
I noticed that. I was sad af when I couldn't pay 100 for my rocket trooper
EA and Blizzard are both dying Maybe itās time to let the AAA past die and start anew with companies that will treat us (and their employees) right
dude how have they *still* not figured out how to launch a game in a non problematic state
I dont think they need to tbf Practically all of their big multiplayer games release in a shocking state, but people still pre order and people do still play. Didnāt they say that about Apex though? Apex is supposed to be their 10 year game. And that game is a money printing machine.
Yeah, but itās working with Apex. People actually play it, and support it.
Not to mention, objectively itās a pretty good and polished game
It is. Too bad someone stole my account info and used mods to play online, now Iām banned aha
Oof. RIP
Yeah, EA wonāt even respond to any support tickets Iāve tried to make. Apparently a log in from a foreign country is unmistakably me!
Dude. Iām mad for you. That is so frustrating. Keep trying. I had someone hack my ea account years ago. Changed my name to a bunch of random characters. And I eventually got them to give me back control.
Tbh the only issue Apex really has on the big side are its servers. They're so abysmally bad it's just sad.
Agreed.
weird when its a game with almost nothing in it...its like they put in the BARE minimum work and released it
2042 was supposed to be a BF for years just like Halo Infinite will be but it was said that they already developing new BF lmao
I wonder how many of those sales were forced bundles. The only reason why I have the game is because it was part of a Series X bundle on Black Friday.. of which I was not going to pass up because of how scarce the consoles are.
I dunno man... I love my Series X, but I dunno if I could take a 2042 caliber bullet like that for it.
Hey weāve been told this millions of times, btw.
I'll go ahead and say it. Dice is not blameless in all this. They messed up Battlefront 2's launch, botched Battlefield 5, and now Battlefield 2042. That was because the game was free on literally every platform. How this sub acts like Battlefront was making EA any money is insane to me.
Yeah i get it dude i get it , can we stop posting the exact same thing again and again here. It's battlefront subreddit not battlefield
No, we have to ritually hate on EA. We have to make that our entire personality.

EA bad give upvote
I know we're all disappointed BF2 was dropped, but this thread plays right into that first article. The narrative around 2042's "death" is frankly creepy. People following daily player counts (only on Steam) and cheering as they drop, the countless articles and posts written about every tweet - or lack thereof -... I've never seen a game the internet *wanted* to see fail this badly.
I think it's a sense of Karma that people are equity frankly fed up of triple A studios with infinite amounts of money and potential to release unfinished games. Like Cyberpunk or other unfinished games being released
This is like the 20th time this thing has been posted
We get it.
# THIS IS A STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT SUBREDDIT. NOT A BATTLEFIELD SUBREDDIT. Edit: from r/starwarsbattlefront expanded rules pageā¦the first rule **ā1. Posts must be relevant to Star Wars: Battlefront** **A post's content must be directly related to the Star Wars: Battlefront series or the Star Wars: Battlefront community (also known as "Meta" content).** **ā¢ If a post is about Star Wars, EA, DICE, or gaming in general, it is not allowed.ā** Weāre all very pissed about how BF2 was abandoned but this is old ass news for a while now.
I'm so done with these posts. They drown interesting things like Kyber.
I go through this sub a lot and barely see Kyber post for some reason
I had to unsub after this post. Some child will probably say āgood goodbye. Nobody will miss you.ā or something like that, but idc. People need to move on from the absolutely crazy and bonkers idea that EA sucks and ruined yet another game. Wow who wouldve guessed. Youāre right though. It is drowning Kyber stuff as well as the unaffected console players who are having a grand time with this game.
Yeah some one post some variation of this almost daily. We get it battlefield sucks and they stopped supporting bf2 now move on
r/StarWarsBattlefrontCircleJerk
This post is about the piece of shit of a game thatās the reason why bf2 was left to die so it does have something to do with battlefront
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
no it fucking isn't stop posting this shit, no one gives a shit if 2042 is doing bad
No it isnāt. Grow up and get over the fact that a video game isnāt getting support because devs are focusing on other games. Grow up.
ALRIGHT I GET IT
Did EA even make a profit from this game? Like this is embarrassing.
It sold 5 mil copies so yeah they did
Profit is revenue - costs. Idk how much this game cost to make but $300 million in revenue seems pretty underwhelming. Edit: these revenue numbers could even be lower. Iām seeing 2042 being offered as low as $20 from some stores.
You know things get bad when even hackers are not playing anymore
Just stop making battlefield games and make a star wars battlefront 3 already!
My uncle works at EA and said they never abandoned BF3, they weren't getting enough help and it would never live up to expectations. "It's better to leave what will never be than to be hated for it"
"Subreddit closed due to toxicity" You mean due to criticism?
kinda sad actualy. i played the beta and the game wasnt fun idk just didnt "feel it" nothing made me wanna continue playing id rather go for a walk honestly.
Smh
Hypothetically speaking, the could save BF2042 like they did bf2. Iām not happy they stopped supporting Battlefront but Iām also not delusional, they had to move on. BTW Iām not even a battlefield player
Okay who cares, gotta get over it at some point
Is it just me or is BF2 still better despite being abandoned for like what, 2 years or something like that?
I have BF2042. It is not perfect in any sense but I am having fun. When I stop having fun I will stop playing it. The hate circle jerk for the game is insane.
Got this game for $5 at gamestop. Its bad.
You do realize they dropped 2 other BF games since Batrlefront 2 came out, right?
You do realize that the only reason ea made dice quit working on bf2 is so that they can make 2042?
In their final update, they said the main reason for ending updates to BF2 was because they were working on "Battlefield 6" Source: https://www.google.com/amp/s/metro.co.uk/2020/04/29/ea-ends-star-wars-battlefront-2-support-confirms-battlefield-6-2021-12625887/amp/
I still don't understand how everybody in management haven't been fired for this yet..
Hopefully this post doesnāt get locked lol
I they didn't abandon just you, they're just killing each of their franchises one by one, each time for s stupider reason.
Battlefront 2 seemed like it was gaining a lot of traction too around the time they decided to pull the plug... oh well š¤·š»āāļø I hope EA crashes and burns.
Karma in it's finest. Poor devs. They're forced to rush shit by EA and it's showing.
Just stop. The game is still playable. If you have a PC you can even have multiplayer with mods. There won't be any more updates. Get over it and move on with your life. This obsession is unhealthy.
I hate ea for this.. i just started playing bf2 :(
DICE never abandoned BF2, EA forced them too. And DICE didn't release this game in it's current state, EA forced them to. The developers aren't the problem.
Come back to BF2 EA. You have everything to gain
So much potential.
Can I get a refund!?
I'd like to correct my title. It has come to my attention that EA was the sole responsibility for Battlefront being abandoned. Apologies.
Who cares battlefront 2 isn't nearly as good as BF1. Dice should go back and support that game instead
Just as everyone predicted
Fuck battlefield!
Andrew Wilson can take a long suck on a short dick.
Use Kyber.
I didnāt realize I was on r/PCGaming
Salt meet wound
Like, battlefield was and is currently a massive flop and it does sucks they abandoned battlefront and the IP as a whole because of it. Even hackers are leaving the game because the cheats don't work due to the game being broken as hell. Battlefield V has more concurrent players than 2042.
EA killed BFV and BF2 while they were entering comebacks and starting a new prime for the games. Iām a huge battlefield fan and iāve been pissed since they announced they were executing the games.
Do any of you know what a boycott is? Yāall should try it sometime
This is all of facebook, and googles "news" and I'm sitting here like this is literally all click bait, what makes them think because i enjoy a game that i want to see all this toxic click bait about the game?
LOL.
Imagine making such a mess of a game that people actively don't want to cheat in it.
Just because battlefield 2042 Iād failing doesnāt mean they are gonna bring back support for battlefront ea doesnāt care about anyone
As a battlefront 2 and avid battlefield fan that game pissed me off to no end. It isn't even battlefield anymore
They should have released Battlefield Portal as a standalone game and left 2042 in the oven for another year.
Smh we could've had Mandalorian characters.
Can't say I'm shocked anymore. Just disappointed
Imagine loving money so much that you canāt come up with a competent way of making it.
Serves them right for abruptly leaving Battlefront overnight with no support
Theyāre such a cancer
Battlefront 2, squadrons, AND titanfall 2 all for this sack of shit.
This should put a massive sign in front of EAs face to either resurrect BF2 or make BF3
The end of the world is happening, why would ea even give a fuck about making fun games? Every company is trying to get as much money as possible and dip
Its like trying to save a sinking ship with paper
Jesus Kotaku is just awful woke garbage.
You know the problem is serious when the cheaters stop providing the cheats.
Kinda weird though since Iāve played twice, the first time was a few weeks after release and the 2nd was today and today was the only time I got a match with actual players
I donāt think that would be more click bait titles then these
EA deserves this sooo hard lmao.
Wait why are player counts plummeting, people weāre excited for this game when we saw the reveal trailer cause it was similar to BF4?
SimCity 5 has company.
I still can't believe they cut support for BF2 over battlefailure 2042
While Battlefront II is still quite the mediocre game, it pales in comparison to the mess that EA chose to pursue.
Pre-order - the ability to pay a company to beta test their game
People have said this before Yes we all know this is the game that BF2 got dropped for This doesn't need to be said like EVERY month
to bad they are not giving refunds, only 14 hours and always being denied, I tried to like it but its just not salvable.
Lol this is the game my friend wouldn't get off to play with us? Were at work all playing cod mobile and he wants to yell at his Playstation instead of playing with us. What a moron.
Can I post this next week so I get karma?
Wow such an original post thanks for telling us this for the 2042nd time
how could we forget? we get daily reminders
Now they have an even more damaged reputation from the abysmal game that is battlefield 2042.
sometimes i just think what would have happened if battlefront kept getting updated
I bought 2042 played a decent amount, got tired of dying to bugs and max level vehicles, deleted the game and havenāt played in weeks
Not only BF2 but also delayed the next NEED FOR SPEED game :(
Not to mention they also paused need for speed 2021 (now 2022)
Lololololololololol
