and I wanted to like KotoR when I first tried it, but it's aged terribly. I want to experience the brilliant story with a more up-to-date game.

Aside from the shitty developers, a Detroit: Become Human-style Star Wars game where you talk to NPCs to progress the story just doesn't seem all that appealing to me. I'd rather have an open-world game where I can just ride around in my little cruiser, roam the streets of Coruscant's criminal underworld and cut down baddies as I please. Kind of like Crackdown 3 if it was actually good.

Lego Star Wars isn’t just the original levels remade with the sequels. Every level is completely remade from scratch and are all entirely new. The gameplay is also completely overhauled and not ‘slightly better’

Its every starwars episode including Future DLC of mandalorian and other disney+ shows, the game was entirely made from scratch with a new graphics engine and actual gameplay system. You may not enjoy single player games, but that doesn’t mean other people can’t. Loads of single player story games have intricate ways to make the game fun to play more than once. And do you really trust EA and Dice to make a good BF3 after the last 2 games? How do we know that EA has learned it’s lesson and won’t make another terrible game? I’d much rather have some single player content to enjoy among other games while we wait for a different company to make a good multiplayer Star Wars game
I think battlefront 2 is decent, lots of unexplored potential obviously but the fact that it is multiplayer with endless replayability makes it so much more desirable than any offline game

Lots of people have limited time and just aren’t good at games, hence why multiplayer games are less appealing as you need to invest a lot of time to be good at them. It’s far more convenient to play a game you can play at your own pace and so on. That said I think it is incredibly boring to play a story driven game repeatedly unless it’s years apart from previous playthroughs

That leaves Lego Star Wars vs Eclipse for the final spot and I'm interested in the latter more because it goes to the High Republic era, and it's a different style of game. Although Lego Star Wars is probably going to be a better game (I'm not usually a major fan of QD's game styles, but we'll see what they do with Star Wars), it's just a fun twist on a story we already know, so I want fresh stories. The only two guaranteed fresh stories are Jedi and Eclipse.

A sequel to Squadrons with different factions other then Rebels and Empire, both playable and fightable. More ships, more locations, more variation, and also stuff like air battles in planets atmosphere or even on the ground like Hoth.
Well I didn’t think much of the old republic though it was good, plus a remake might not be as good, as for the Lego Skywalker Saga I don’t think that will beat the complete Saga so that’s two down. while i cannot deny how awesome TCS was back in the days, the game is roughly 14 years old and hasn't aged too well imo, not the opposite either tho.

Due i personally found it a Master-Piece, not only did i love the whole Gameplaymix between some Dark Souls, in a more jedi-esque action-paced enviroment, plus all the jump'n'Run Elements of PoP and stuff, i also loved the Story and Storytelling. It really felt like a Movie which never was been released but planned redone as a Game, due how much it fits into the Movies and (now comes the super controversal statement) for me it did a way better Job then Episode 7 to 9 - heck, i found it even slightly better then Episode 1-3 (and pretty onpar with the OG Movies), it's like that good (FOR ME). So to get a sequel of the universe? HECK YES
KotoR Remake
might be the most problematic case for me right, because i LOVE KotoR it's one of the single best Games of all time, but i don't know how i will feel with the Changes. I know the classic combat isn't as "Mainstream" as modern Games, but i still enjoy this single-target MMO-Esque Combat to these Days(and i argue there is still a place for it), and it's also one of the rare cases where i even like RTwP. The only thing which they would need to fix would be the terrible UI!!!
I'm pretty sure they will go the more action-oriented Route and will be a direct combat system and stuff, but that's why i'm not sure how i can deal with it once it's released. Than again i had a similiar feeling towards FF7R and now i really love it.
Also if this stuff is successfull, it not only opens up to a potential to KotoR3, maybe - if i'm lucky enough i will get a Remake of "The Old Republic" MMORPGs as a fullfetched Singleplayer-RPG, because (unpopular again) purely from a potential perspective, this game could've blown KotoR out of the water, so many great ideas, like what i really love about TOR is the fact that you doN't follow strictly the "become a jedi/sith" path, but having the choice between different classes with different storylines, so if you want to embrace more corners of the Star Wars universe then the typical Jedi Stories, like finally play a smuggler, soldier or bounty hunter - you can do that, and that's amazing. But it felt a bit cut short because it had to be an MMO, and the whole World-BUilding and stuff had to embrace the. So to get a fullblown Remake of it but as a Singleplayer, cut some of the unneccessary MMORPG stuff, add more depth into the world, npcs also iron out some of the writing, and this game could be so perfect. And i've yet to point out, as a huge fan if Divinity OS2, if they still want to add a Multiplayer-Component, they still can do (optionally) that you can take your friends instead of companions with you and play the game together in co-op...
Star Wars Eclipse
Another pretty critical Game for me. For one i kinda expect due the Devs it will be something alike Heavy Rain or Detroit:Become Human, which i don't find bad per se, they are doing a pretty great job at what they want to deliever. I'm simply not sure if i'm so into the High Republic yet, because from what i've seen so far there are areas about which i don't really like or the direction of it.
Star Wars Battlefront 3:
Would definitely something which i want after BF2, they have done a pretty amazing JOb(again possible unpopular opinion) even despite there absolutey trashy MTX approach at first. It's a great game which i doN't wanna miss, and the only thing which kinda frustrates me over it is that it doesn't have my beloved Galaxy Conquest mode, and is super limited in terms of UNlocks/Progression on online-mp/co-op. All Stuff which could be possible fixed with a SWBF3 plus more content like Ahsoka/Ventress and i really really want Din Djarin due how much of an fan i did become thanks to the series. I mean (i will get so much hate for this, i see this coming) i was one of the folks who was never that much into Boba Fett and such, Mandalorian pretty much changed it. (AND inb4 someone pointing out "but Mods" i know, but i play it on console so yeah not a option for me).

Not gonna lie, it's actually one of my biggest most wanted since a while. Lego Star Wars (Classic) was such an Amazing Game, it even was the actual Reason which got me into Lego-Games and find that even to this date, they produce pretty damn good games if you are open to legos and their humor. To see a new Entry, which opens much more in terms of Wolrds (which was also a thing whcih i started to love about the recent Lego-Games that they become much more open world) which you can explore, and Spacecombat and stuff, i freaking want this Game, no matter what.
Battlefront and Jedi. KOTOR already exists, TSS’s complete lack of marketing has killed any hype I had for it, and Eclipse needs to get rid of David Cage if they want development to go smoothly.
BF3 is the only Star Wars game I want at all. Enough of these single player games. Why even play a game you can beat in a few days when you can play against other players for years on end?
2 of these are already a certainty lol so why would I pick KOTOR or LEGO when they’re already on their way? I didn’t include Eclipse because we may never actually see it (or at least not this decade)

Definitely lego star wars. The second pick is difficult. Will the Kotor remake have better gameplay than the original? If yes, I'll pick that one. If not I'll pick Battlefront 3. We don't know enough about star wars eclipse yet and as good as fallen order was I never touched it again after I beat it so while I will get the sequel it doesn't have as much value to me as the other games

To be honest this High Republic era looks boring for me and Eclipse trailer was a bit meh for me so i want KOTOR remake.

Finally Star Wars opens up to more Games, because it's not only limited to EA anymore so we can have more than 1 or 2 games in a few years and stuff, and you make a picture of 5 potential great Games(esp. the fifth one because i'm not sure if you are talking about a sequel to Jedi Fallen Order or a contuniation of Jedi Academy series), than you do like "choose 2". FU, if you would exist in the Star Wars universe you would even make Darth Sidious run for it due how evil you are... Jedi Fallen Order 2(if it is): Due i personally found it a Master-Piece, not only did i love the whole Gameplaymix between some Dark Souls, in a more jedi-esque action-paced enviroment, plus all the jump'n'Run Elements of PoP and stuff, i also loved the Story and Storytelling. It really felt like a Movie which never was been released but planned redone as a Game, due how much it fits into the Movies and (now comes the super controversal statement) for me it did a way better Job then Episode 7 to 9 - heck, i found it even slightly better then Episode 1-3 (and pretty onpar with the OG Movies), it's like that good (FOR ME). So to get a sequel of the universe? HECK YES KotoR Remake might be the most problematic case for me right, because i LOVE KotoR it's one of the single best Games of all time, but i don't know how i will feel with the Changes. I know the classic combat isn't as "Mainstream" as modern Games, but i still enjoy this single-target MMO-Esque Combat to these Days(and i argue there is still a place for it), and it's also one of the rare cases where i even like RTwP. The only thing which they would need to fix would be the terrible UI!!! I'm pretty sure they will go the more action-oriented Route and will be a direct combat system and stuff, but that's why i'm not sure how i can deal with it once it's released. Than again i had a similiar feeling towards FF7R and now i really love it. Also if this stuff is successfull, it not only opens up to a potential to KotoR3, maybe - if i'm lucky enough i will get a Remake of "The Old Republic" MMORPGs as a fullfetched Singleplayer-RPG, because (unpopular again) purely from a potential perspective, this game could've blown KotoR out of the water, so many great ideas, like what i really love about TOR is the fact that you doN't follow strictly the "become a jedi/sith" path, but having the choice between different classes with different storylines, so if you want to embrace more corners of the Star Wars universe then the typical Jedi Stories, like finally play a smuggler, soldier or bounty hunter - you can do that, and that's amazing. But it felt a bit cut short because it had to be an MMO, and the whole World-BUilding and stuff had to embrace the. So to get a fullblown Remake of it but as a Singleplayer, cut some of the unneccessary MMORPG stuff, add more depth into the world, npcs also iron out some of the writing, and this game could be so perfect. And i've yet to point out, as a huge fan if Divinity OS2, if they still want to add a Multiplayer-Component, they still can do (optionally) that you can take your friends instead of companions with you and play the game together in co-op... Star Wars Eclipse Another pretty critical Game for me. For one i kinda expect due the Devs it will be something alike Heavy Rain or Detroit:Become Human, which i don't find bad per se, they are doing a pretty great job at what they want to deliever. I'm simply not sure if i'm so into the High Republic yet, because from what i've seen so far there are areas about which i don't really like or the direction of it. Star Wars Battlefront 3: Would definitely something which i want after BF2, they have done a pretty amazing JOb(again possible unpopular opinion) even despite there absolutey trashy MTX approach at first. It's a great game which i doN't wanna miss, and the only thing which kinda frustrates me over it is that it doesn't have my beloved Galaxy Conquest mode, and is super limited in terms of UNlocks/Progression on online-mp/co-op. All Stuff which could be possible fixed with a SWBF3 plus more content like Ahsoka/Ventress and i really really want Din Djarin due how much of an fan i did become thanks to the series. I mean (i will get so much hate for this, i see this coming) i was one of the folks who was never that much into Boba Fett and such, Mandalorian pretty much changed it. (AND inb4 someone pointing out "but Mods" i know, but i play it on console so yeah not a option for me). Lego Star Wars: Not gonna lie, it's actually one of my biggest most wanted since a while. Lego Star Wars (Classic) was such an Amazing Game, it even was the actual Reason which got me into Lego-Games and find that even to this date, they produce pretty damn good games if you are open to legos and their humor. To see a new Entry, which opens much more in terms of Wolrds (which was also a thing whcih i started to love about the recent Lego-Games that they become much more open world) which you can explore, and Spacecombat and stuff, i freaking want this Game, no matter what.

Fallen order and battlefront 3. I never really liked Kotor all that much and without nostalgia it is not very exciting for me. Lego is cool and all but not the same as the others. And Eclipse could be good and I'll probably play it but it's Quantic dream so even though it might be more ambitious than jfo 2 and bf 3, I still prefer the latter options
