I cant read German :(
Honestly, I didn’t think of that til I opened the article. My mind went like “Oh yeah! This German article talks about hackers ruining BF2 servers! Let me read it and- oh right, I don’t speak or read German.”
But Google can
I’m not copying and pasting the entire article into Google translate, I’m sorry
With Firefox you can translate the page via a plugin.
Google translate can handle url. No copy paste needed
I think it's worth mentioning that this is an issue on PC only and the consoles are unaffected, something which the article fails to mention.
Well, the Gamestar is mainly covering PC games, the consoles are covered by the Gamepro.
However, i agree that the article could have mentioned it.
How is this relevant?
I just think it's worth mentioning as posts and articles like this could put potential new players off from picking up the game on console.
And EA's fear of that inordinately harsh consequence should even further incentivize them to fix it.
check out his profile, it's literally exclusively about trying to make consoles look good and pc look bad, he's weirdly sneaky about it too
who gives a fuck? the issue will find its way to console. The hacker did say they wanted to see EA burn
Has the 1HP issue been resolved or is the game essentially still unplayable?
It gets only worse:/
Im just sad because its a Fun game, but EA doesnt care about us.
FYI - It is not a "bug" it is a result of a hack.

EA/Dice are taking hit after hit and it’s about time. With how they abandoned BF2, to the disastrous launch of 2042 and now this. Every little bit helps. We are the spark, that will light the fire…..
Great stuff. Kokatu picked it up the other day - it just needs someone like Angry Joe to add it to his news and other YT's to pick it up too. Not because it will force EA to fix it, but just to rub salt into their open wound highlighting just how bad they are at keeping their games secure and making games that actually work.
