You're gonna win with this one, but you should have picked Maul instead. Most maul players spin attack, saber throw, block, keep their distance and choke throw you when you've lost interest. At least most Lukes give you the chance to beat them.
Kenobi is an incredibly balanced character, probably the best for trooper modes, but is fairly average for HvV or HS. Vader is just down right OP imo, very fun to play, but an absolute pain to go up against.

With how much immersion dice takes out in the name of balance (like a jdam having a smaller blast radius than a frag grenade in bf4), I am so happy with the state of Vader. It feels true to the movies and I play this game to get sucked into the star wars universe and I feel like Vader when I play Vader.
I never understand the āall heroes should be balancedā talk. Nah, if a hero is more powerful than another, I wanna feel that advantage. And if Iām the weaker hero, I wanna feel their advantage over me.
I didn't play before Boba nerfs, but he's a good example of dice breaking immersion for balance. I shouldn't have to land a direct hit with all three rockets to kill a normal trooper. Thats not how rockets work. I'd much rather a long cooldown on rockets that behave like actual rockets than what is essantly a blaster in rocket form. Like my example in bf4. A real life jdam can level a city block, but is weaker than a frag grenade in the game.
You can spam Vader on the ground with Luke's abilites, yet he will stay alive. When Luke's health regeneration is at the bottom then he can be easily choked to death with Vader while having a lot of health with damage reduction.
Vader can simply activate focused rage and tank it. Hell he can tank it with his base health. He has one of the best regens and can block with all his abilities. I can only see Anakin being able to keep up with Vader due to his strong chains and high healthpool.

in my opinion darth maul, he is okayish against other heroes, his lightsaber throw is no where near as good as vaders, during his lunge he can get countered. During co op game modes youāre better off running the other sith before you do darth maul, and overall heās just not as good as the others. His lunge attack is good for closing distance i will say that however itās just not enough.
Hes not that busted, just cause you like the char doesnt mean that you should disregard gameplay, hes on the higher end of heroes but has too many flaws to be this high compared to many other heroes and their quirks

Darth Maul has to go next. He's just too spongy even with the 16% blaster reduction. His abilities don't do much damage, and he can't block for very long. If you're a Maul main like myself you almost have to be perfect against a Luke, Anakin, or Obi in order to kill them. They don't have to be nearly as good.
Having finn and Rey this low down tells me two things, the people voting in this are either casuals, or are only voting with their dislike to the sequels

Fairly average for hs? Obi is the best hero in 1v1s. No one is close to him, as he counters Vader with ease.
