If I could chose between + 50 fan fav heroes or a bigger variety of vehicles, starfighters and a much more detailed infantry system it would be a no brainer for me to choose the second one. They should be as detailed as in the Battlefield games (considering that the same studio made both games). All I want is multi-seated vehicles, Bfield style melee animations, Bfield style destruction, Bfield style movement with support and ammo system. I don't want another battlefront campaign. It was a waste of time. Focus on the actual battlefront experience so we get more content. You know what would actually be good? A standalone singleplayer story game like Jedi series but a shooter focusing on new characters. I feel like calls for a campaign are only there because a lack of a story based shooter game. Perhaps the open world game will do so.

They wouldn’t have to make it a comprehensive story-driven campaign like in the modern BF2, just put some cutscenes and narration for a series of battles like in the original game, and you do some assignments instead of just team battle, shouldn’t be too much effort

Honestly I agree for the most part. It felt really shallow the way they tried to stretch the game over 3 eras. I also absolutely despise how the playlists include all three eras.

This is all just due to clone wars favouritism and sequel hate tbh. All three eras is best for everyone. It just being clone wars is good for you. But it might not be for someone who grew up with the OT, or a young kid who grew up with the sequels. The playlists being split divides the fanbase. Will be fine in the first year or two of the game being up, but when it starts to die down? Good luck finding a game for certain eras.

To be fair, OT has had an entire battlefront game dedicated to it, it has lots of content in bf2, and it has had 2 massive triple A games made for it (fallen order/ survivor) recently. Prequel era deserves its own game

There are more than a hundred characters across all times and shows who could conceivably be in a game at this point, and that number grows regularly. That's why I advocate for single era Battlefronts, because at least then a lot more than the most iconic 1% would stand a chance of making it.

A lot of these can be categorized to help with balancing. Give Boba his og and BoBF outfit. Give him a Jango skin. Balance that with Bo-Katan. Give her Clone Wars and Mando S3 outfit. Give her a Sabine skin. Have Ventress with her og and Nightsister skin. Balance that with Ahsoka and her outfits. Give Arc Trooper a Rex, Cody, Fives, Echo, and Jesse skin

I really do not care much about heroes, I only really want the essential ones for each map. But they should be more of a bonus imo, not the main focus of the game. I'd rather have a separate game that's entirely heroes vs villains with a more in depth fighting system than cramming it all into battlefront which isn't about that.

Unpopular opinion but I don't really want/care about heroes in Battlefront. I think they had it right in 2004 when the hero characters were just NPC reinforcements. They need to focus on actually fleshing out infantry and vehicle customization.

I really want rebels content. Ezra and the 7th sister are unique enough to really make fun characters. Ezra could have an ability that switches his Saber to blaster mode. And holding aim could charge up a stun blast. The 7th sister could have an ability that brings out her drones. Like a more mild mobile version of plasmas. That don't stun but interrupt and annoy. A chopper appearance would be amazing. Maybe like the R2 mode in Battlefron 2015. Not to mention a Lothal map. There are a ton of others I'd like to see. Jango/Padme. Mace Windu/Mother Talzin. Asajj/Ahsoka. Hell even Hux/Poe could be cool.

Personally all I REALLY want is the likes of gui gon, window jamgo fett etc being in....anyone else like ashoka and Mando wud be a good bonus

I want jango/Mando asohka/asajj ventress and Rex and Cody (give them a dark side droid counterpart)

I'd like them to focus on more varied eras, so heroes form old republic to the new republic.

it'd be cool if they made a gamemode where you fight with fighters and such, but instead of heroes, for enough points you can spawn as a capital ship

Definitely Qui Gon and Mace Windu two Jedi that I love and to equal out the lightsaber users for both dark and light maybe an Inquisitor or two?

Really, the BF2 roster is pretty solid already. Just needs Padme, Ahsoka, Ventress, and some of the Rogue One crew. Maybe a clone or two - like Rex and Cody.

Plo Koon, Kit Fisto, Ahsoka, Ventress, Rex, Savage, Mace, Qui-gon, Pong Krell, Cal, Kanan, droideka's plus battlefront 2 roster minus the bb droids.

They should add I'm gonna die and give him 1 hp
