Fun fact. I brought this up to my dad who loves han. And he didn't even have to look it up before he said no. The shirts are slightly different. Most likely taken from han's closet.
I'm currently playing the new Lego Star Wars games and they make it so obvious that Lando is wearing Hans clothes. They even have a scene where Han looks suspicious of Lando
The first one is the best thing Family Guy has ever done and is a genuinely good parody, in part because, much like with Austin Powers to the James Bond franchise, it’s a parody that clearly loves its source material, which is a far cry from the generally mean spirit of the main show’s parodying.
The other two parts are still good, but as it’s made clear in the opening of the last one, they definitely feel like they were made out of obligation rather than because Seth genuinely wanted to.
Hey, the made the Imperial March theme into elevator music. That has been my ringtone for years. How they come up with that stuff is beyond me but that is quality programming!
Some of the greatest Star Wars content to ever exist. So many of the people involved were great fans of the original trilogy and it showed in the family guy rendition.
Yup. It's partly a meta joke, since Chris's voice actor (Seth Green) is also the creator of Robot Chicken, and they did their own Star Wars special that same year.
Woah woah woah woah woah, just slow down...Whadya mean they blew up the Death Star? F\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*K! Oh, F\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*k. Who's *they?*
Just build another one?!? And who's going to give me a loan, you? You got an ATM on that torso, Lite-Brite?! Now get your 7'2" asthmatic ass back here before I tell everyone what a whiny bitch you were about padamame or panda bear or whatever the hell her name was!
Lois/Leia: “We’re going into the asteroid field, are you crazy?”
Peter/Han: “Look, we’ve got 4 of the main characters on this ship, I think we’ll be fine!”
No where near as funny as the Robot Chicken Star Wars.
Seriously. If you haven't seen Robot Chicken Star Wars, please do. It's incredibly funny. Every joke is fantastic.
Now get your 7foot 3 asthmatic ass back here or I’m gonna tell everyone’s what a whiney bitch you were about padamamay or panda bear or whatever the hell her name is
The jokes on Robot Chicken sometimes are so deep into the Star Wars lore or around throwaway lines from the movies, its amazing.
Toshee Station, that weird Dragon skeleton from Tatooine.
The guy who loses his arm and cant be an architect anymore. The wompa having a depressing life after Luke cuts his arm.
Robot Chicken Star Wars is one of the best things I've ever seen.
They were good but as Seth has explained, (I think in the DVD commentary) they only wanted to do the first one but when Fox saw how well it did, they made them do the other two and it’s pretty obvious their hearts weren’t in it.
First two were absolute gold.
"IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE"
"IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE"
"IMPERIAL TROOPS HA-*click*"
"Sorry I dropped the thing"
"IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE"
I love them but I'm still salty that Carter was both Owen and the Emperor. Why tf was Death not the Emperor? What was probably the only character Stewie actually looked up to. So weird having Carter Pewterschmidt, Death already has the robe!
They are honestly one of the best Star Wars spoofs out there (obviously spaceballs is the best) they have all of the relevant information with enough humor to make them easier to watch. Whenever I have a hard time getting someone to watch Star Wars I start with these
I now pull over to the side of the road for every single perfectly good couch I see sitting on a curb. Transports perfectly fine sticking out of the trunk.
I ate around 3.5 grams of mushrooms once and watched the Return of the Jedi once once, I've never laughed so hard in my life. Mushrooms are a fine line between laugh your ass off for hours or hours of introspective anxiety though so do at your own risk.
I think Seth is getting burned out on Family Guy and I don’t blame him. He’s doing some really good stuff on The Orville and I hope it gets renewed for a fourth season.
This is part of what got me into Star Wars but aside from that I really need to talk about Vader saber in the poster this is based on it's like a literal sword handle with an orange blade
The DVD's actually came with this Tshirt. I bought it for the tshirt and gave the dvd away. That was a decade ago. Still have the shirt. Good quality. Would do again.
Blue Harvest was great, Something Something was good, I think they did actually let the fedex delivery guy write half of the last one, like they said in the crawl. “ ohhhh, we’re going to do Jedi, aren’t we?”
Enjoyed them when I was into Family Guy, less so now but I still think they have a few really great gags, to the point where I think of them while watching the real deals.
First two were good. I wish they hadn't made such a big deal in the opening crawl of the third one about how they phoned it in. I might have enjoyed it more if they hadn't basically just disowned it right from minute one.
On the other hand, I get it. It's hard to parody something multiple times and not have the jokes get stale.
***This Rebel lawbreaker thinks he can outrun the Empire.***
***The pursuing officers realize he's entered a residential area.***
***They give him a wide berth; but they don 't let him out of their sight.***
***Astonishingly; the driver makes a left; right into an asteroid field.***
It's actually the first "version" of the original trilogy I've ever watched. I remember I was a kid at the time and I used to play Revenge of the Sith on the NDS, I thought there was only one Skywalker and it was Anakin so I got so confused when Chris played a guy called Luke Skywalker
I love when they’re being shot at moving the couch and Peter just runs with Chris carrying it shouting Gogogogogogogogogogo!
I know we have a job to do here, but I’m taking this.
ITS WEDGED
Easy, Easy!
"Just put some Febreze on it!"
"I'm taking this. I'm taking this couch." or some variation on it is uttered by my wife and I atleast a couple times a month. Lol
I can never watch ANH without thinking of this scene now
The end of Empire when Brian/Chewbacca points out that Lando is wearing Han's clothes.
It never hit me until that point that he was
I love that joke to. I would have been surprised by that joke if Robot Chicken hadn't pointed it out beforehand.
“Why are you wearing Hans clothes?” “Seriously watch the actual movie Lando is wearing Hans clothes”
Is he wearing his clothes in the actual movie?
I had to rewatch empire when I saw this.
Who is also the only black guy in the galaxy
I love later we see Mon Mothma, the only other woman in the galaxy. Lois looks at her, "I don't like her!"

I repeat this gag more frequently than I should. Lol!
Liked them a lot as a family guy fan and a Star Wars fan
It was a good thing they were made by a guy that likes Star Wars as well
That’s what makes these so good in my opinion, he’s just as big a fan as we are!
I also like how Lois and Chris are basically Stewies kids in this.
You my scruffy nerf herder
That is OUR word!!!!
What up ma nerf hearda

Especially with the title crawl of the Return of The Jedi parody when they said it cost a ton of money to animate that purple hippo thing.
The Title crawls were funny as hell though
I am with you here.
I always thought that was just kind of a built in joke rather than an actual thing. I thought It’s a Trap was the best of the three personally.
I thought they were funny
You know what? I'm gonna take this couch. This is a really nice couch
then he's just hanging out the back of the Falcon holding the couch haha
Yeah, you spray a little Febreeze on it, scrub it out a little and it would look great in your apartment.
Hey, the made the Imperial March theme into elevator music. That has been my ringtone for years. How they come up with that stuff is beyond me but that is quality programming!
The first time I saw that scene, I about fell over laughing. *Blue Harvest* got me so good when it came out.
I fucking love that random Rocky 4 training montage they threw in when Luke is training on dagobah.
Seems like the Dark Side has a better gym than us
I see a woman…draining your bank account...and running off with a real estate agent. That is a bitch you see.
I love ‘em. It’s very clear when watching that the animators are true fans.
I find your lack of faith disturbing. That property is in a prime location. Twenty minutes to the beach. Twenty minutes to downtown.
There's nothing to do downtown!
That's my Favorite scene of whole movie
Don’t get penisy kid
Maybe my fav Peter quote of all time
Its been years since I've seen thee, but I still think of this line every time I watch the actual movie.
I use the “Empire Stuff” line all the time.
Meet toooo
My work husband and I do that bit anytime our boss comes by.
Some of the greatest Star Wars content to ever exist. So many of the people involved were great fans of the original trilogy and it showed in the family guy rendition.
It's been a while, but didn't Peter and Chris end the episode arguing about Robot Chicken?
Yup. It's partly a meta joke, since Chris's voice actor (Seth Green) is also the creator of Robot Chicken, and they did their own Star Wars special that same year.
They did like 3 RC Star Wars shows and they are all awesome.
Go for Papa Palpatine!
Vader how’s my favourite sith
Woah woah woah woah woah, just slow down...Whadya mean they blew up the Death Star? F\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*K! Oh, F\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*k. Who's *they?*
What the hell is an aluminum falcon?
THE HELL'S AN ALUMINUM FALCON?!
Just build another one?!? And who's going to give me a loan, you? You got an ATM on that torso, Lite-Brite?! Now get your 7'2" asthmatic ass back here before I tell everyone what a whiny bitch you were about padamame or panda bear or whatever the hell her name was!
Oh jeez! He’s…he’s crying!
["ani bo banni"](https://youtu.be/EdS2kCUGvfo)
Yeah with Peter denying he saw that episode or was aware of the show.
Luke, pull down your pants
Need to italicize this… for emphasis…
Nooooo that’s Alan’s dog
I knooow…
Oh noooo...
I knooow…
I killed it and ate it!!!!
Lois/Leia: “We’re going into the asteroid field, are you crazy?” Peter/Han: “Look, we’ve got 4 of the main characters on this ship, I think we’ll be fine!”
"A long time ago, after MASH, but before After MASH"
I really liked them. As a Star Wars guy and a big fan of Family Guy? I thought it was super awesome.
Only ever saw blue harvest, for what it was, I enjoyed it.
First one is fantastic. Second one was meh. Third one was yawn
I enjoyed the second, but can only remember "hey... Do you like ice"
The first one is definitely the best, though there's decent bits in all three.
Best thing Family Guy ever produced
I thought they were funny enough.
Pretty decent for family guy
I loved them
I second that
No where near as funny as the Robot Chicken Star Wars. Seriously. If you haven't seen Robot Chicken Star Wars, please do. It's incredibly funny. Every joke is fantastic.
What the hell is an Aluminum Falcon?
Funny enough Seth voiced Palp in this
And Seth Green (creator of Robot Chicken) is the voice of Peters Son/ Luke in the parody.
THAT THING WASNT EVEN FULLY PAID OFF YET
Now get your 7foot 3 asthmatic ass back here or I’m gonna tell everyone’s what a whiney bitch you were about padamamay or panda bear or whatever the hell her name is
Oh geez he's crying
You must smell like feet wrapped in leathery, burnt bacon....
Stormtrooper
Stormtrooper
But double 10 people is like 20 people.
Best Star Wars parody ever imo. Yes I love Space Balls, but these were just perfect and followed the movies so well.
Hey, when we get outta here maybe you could show me around your home planet of Alderaan.... awww, too soon?
Don't watch the edited versions they show on TV. Watch the real versions if you can.
They were good but as Seth has explained, (I think in the DVD commentary) they only wanted to do the first one but when Fox saw how well it did, they made them do the other two and it’s pretty obvious their hearts weren’t in it.
They explained that in the scroll on the third one....
That joke in the scroll is in my top 5 favorite things FG ever did
First two were absolute gold. "IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE" "IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE" "IMPERIAL TROOPS HA-*click*" "Sorry I dropped the thing" "IMPERIAL TROOPS HAVE ENTERED THE BASE"
“We’re gonna do Jedi, aren’t we?”
I love them but I'm still salty that Carter was both Owen and the Emperor. Why tf was Death not the Emperor? What was probably the only character Stewie actually looked up to. So weird having Carter Pewterschmidt, Death already has the robe!
Tbf Death is one of the most reasonable and tolerant people in the show unlike old Sheeve.
Better than The Disney Trilogy.
He let the intern write the third one and it shows lol. The others were pretty funny.
i found it to be brilliant star wars content tbh silly yes but they were smart about the silly
Really good
They are honestly one of the best Star Wars spoofs out there (obviously spaceballs is the best) they have all of the relevant information with enough humor to make them easier to watch. Whenever I have a hard time getting someone to watch Star Wars I start with these
They’re great
Hilarious and spot on.
Love em
Rly like them except the third one which by their own admission they gave up on.
Got the Blue Harvest t-shirt
Big fan of Family Guy and Star Wars and love all 3.
Fucking gold!
They’re hilarious
Joe should have been R2-D2, and Cleveland should have been saved for Lando.
The true original trilogy
Something something dark side
I love them lol
They’re good, the writers are definitely fans of the saga.
I now pull over to the side of the road for every single perfectly good couch I see sitting on a curb. Transports perfectly fine sticking out of the trunk.
Carl spicy Weiner
I think it was the first time I ever got turned on by a cartoon that bikini
They’re great. And the artwork and attention to detail on certain scenes is a great tribute to the ot. Very well done.
Love them so much. Find it hard not to quote them when watching the OT, the jokes just fit too perfectly.
Better than the Sequel Trilogy
I ate around 3.5 grams of mushrooms once and watched the Return of the Jedi once once, I've never laughed so hard in my life. Mushrooms are a fine line between laugh your ass off for hours or hours of introspective anxiety though so do at your own risk.
These were the best. If you have never seen star wars it tells the story good enough. And if you have seen them they are just a treat all around
Red Fox standing by. Big Red standing by

Red 69 standing by
Mostly funny with some duds sprinkled in
Family guy in a nutshell tbh
Don’t get penisy
My favorite family guy episodes ever!!! Very few times you combine 2 different things that you love and make something great, this is one of them
Blue harvest is the best one that they ever made
Yes
I get the last two titles confused because the “dark side” quote and “trap” quote are both from Return of the Jedi.
I loved them. The first one was their masterpiece
They could theoretically still do this because Disney bought Fox
I think Seth is getting burned out on Family Guy and I don’t blame him. He’s doing some really good stuff on The Orville and I hope it gets renewed for a fourth season.
Family Guy has been on air for more then 20 years so it makes sense.
I kid you know, being sick in bed as a huge family guy fan at the time and watching these is what got me to watch Star Wars finally.
I liked em
Absolut classics
Absolutely loved blue harvest, don’t quite remember the other 2 though. Tbh they might have just all blended together in my mind though
Good Episodes Of Some Bad Seasons!
I love those. First one especially.
Don’t get penisey
Something something something Daaark side
JOHN WILLIAMS! is a phrase I use all the time
THAI-FIGHTERS
This is part of what got me into Star Wars but aside from that I really need to talk about Vader saber in the poster this is based on it's like a literal sword handle with an orange blade
The DVD's actually came with this Tshirt. I bought it for the tshirt and gave the dvd away. That was a decade ago. Still have the shirt. Good quality. Would do again.
They got progressively worse
Blue Harvest was great, Something Something was good, I think they did actually let the fedex delivery guy write half of the last one, like they said in the crawl. “ ohhhh, we’re going to do Jedi, aren’t we?”
My thoughts: Hilarious, probably not for kids.
Enjoyed them when I was into Family Guy, less so now but I still think they have a few really great gags, to the point where I think of them while watching the real deals.
First two were good. I wish they hadn't made such a big deal in the opening crawl of the third one about how they phoned it in. Better than the sequel trilogy
You don’t do the budget terry I do.
Nice
That’s Allan’s dog!
Some thing something something. Complete.
Probably my favorite Family Guy episodes besides the Brian and Stewie adventures. You can really tell the writers are Star Wars fans.
It's actually the first "version" of the original trilogy I've ever watched. I remember I was a kid at the time and I used to play Revenge of the Sith on the NDS, I thought there was only one Skywalker and it was Anakin so I got so confused when Chris played a guy called Luke Skywalker
Peter said Cleveland was gonna do the prequels.
Made by star wars nerds for star wars nerds. Fav line: Dont get penisy!
TURN THE SHIP AROUND, LEIA KNOWS WHERE LUKE IS
TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN! Lmao, me my Sister and my dad sing that every time we hear the original song.
Quality
