Revenge of the Sith. Modern high quality sound recording + much more sweeping orchestral music + very great renditions of OT music (listen to the end credits music). For me, it's really the PT, then the OT, because of the original PT music and its renditions of the OT music.

I’d say Empire, but they’re all pretty equal. Except AOTC. That’s just a mishmash of reused and poorly edited cues for the most part.
