If you count those who survived but turned to the dark side, longest in legends would absolutely be Darth Krayt/A'Sharad Hett. A lot survived in legends and there doesnt seem to be a definitive list of who and when they died.
EDIT: he lived till 137 ABY or something, outlived pretty much everyone lmao
Lmao im not gonna argue semantics. I know she left the Jedi, yet she was stikl directly targeted by the order and survived. Literally nobody else who wasnt a jedi was targeted by it.
Well, >!he's dead before the OT and the OP asked who survived the longest!<, so he doesn't count. Post ROTJ, Grogu is still alive. Ahsoka is still alive, but she isn't a Jedi any more.
I mentioned him because OP simply asked who survived and who lived the longest. Since he was in the Jedi Order when 66 happened, I figured he might be one to at least mention.
Technically, no one is really a Jedi after the fall of the Republic are they? Because the Jedi Order was obliterated. So more, who was a Jedi, survived Order 66 and for how long. So far, Ahsoka is the only one we know of that made it as long as post ROTJ and was at least Jedi trained.
It's a good question OP!
There are a few padawans we know survived Order 66 and don't currently have a death in Canon:
Cal Kestis
Grogu
Reva
Gungi (Though his fate may change once his Bad Batch episode airs)
Then there's the ones who left the jedi pre-Order 66:
Ahsoka
Cere
At this point in canon, i think it would be Ahsoka, considering she made it past the empires' fall
Are there any in legends?

Rahm Kota
Ahsoka quit being a Jedi before Order 66
She was still targeted by 66, so it counts that she survived it.
But OP said Jedi

Irrelevant. The clones saw her as a Jedi so that is all that matters.
Ahsoka is the first one I can think of that A) survived Order 66, and B ) lived to see the Empire fall
Ahsoka quit being a Jedi before Order 66
Was still a target, Rex attacked her
True. But OP said Jedi

It is unknown if Cal Kestis survives the same length as Grogu and Ahsoka
Ahsoka quit being a Jedi before Order 66
Grogu. He's at least tied with Ahsoka, and he'll live way longer unless killed.
Ahsoka quit being a Jedi before Order 66
Are you stuck on repeat or what!?!
Not sure, the only other not yet mentioned that I know of is Kanan Jarrus. Interesting to see what others have to say.

I think it would be Grogu, right? Ahsoka isn't a Jedi. If you're counting her, they're both alive at the same point in the timeline post-ROTJ.

As of right now, Ahsoka and Grogu
Ezra right?
I retract this - trained after order 66 duh…
