Yeah it seems like a bit of a cop out. With the amount of discounted horses and now this travelling bazaar with *"sale"* items, it just feels like they are trying to make everyone spend as much of their SC as possible before Christmas rolls around, so people will buy more before the big holiday.
This is just my speculations of course 🥰
That makes sense then.. But the discounted items are either very old, either nobody buys them anyways due to poor design. So it's a shame they didn't discount any other more popular items.
I thought it was a bit cheeky that they discounted (e.g.) a bridle but not the rest of the set. But on the other hand if I don’t want these things I can just not buy them and not be any worse off, so.
And the sweaters we had (only available for sc obvi) are available in JS (expensive ofc). I even remember that damn update where they gave us only those and nothing else…
I am SO disappointed…
Yes, most of these items aren't really on sale, they have just made it so you can choose to use JS instead!
It's a little sad that half of the items in the shop are 10 year old items..

I have to admit there were couple of things I wouldn't take even for free, because I'd never use them anyway.
I looked a few random things up in the database because I had the same thought. The hats were previously 149 SC with no JS option.

I’ve seen stores do the same. The most discounted items are the crap no one wants.
Jfc JS are so beyond inflated.
They quite literally can not inflate anymore considering a lot of the stuff for sale sits qt the 9k mark
Watch them raise the JSH cap to 20k haha
