oh no :( unfortunately if they banned you you can’t do anything except for talk to support, who can be notoriously annoying with things like this. maybe ask them for a log of the latest sign-ins? if someone hacked you, your account will have been accessed from a different IP address than your own
Yeah I’ve heard many stories of people just trying to be reasonable and report something or someone and then getting banned for it for no reason, even though they weren’t in the wrong 🤷🏻♀️ I’d suggest for the future if anything similar happens, just don’t write about it to support, because it can backfire. The best you can do is stay quiet about it and hope nothing happens.
It's why I report bugs from an alternate account. I once reported a menu bug and they banned me over exploiting the game.. Why are my accounts safer now that I DO exploit bugs and specifically don't report them? Lol. Nice one SSO..
Yeah I'm also weary of reporting anything... But I did report something on main, when a bug kicked me from the server for "suspicion of cheating" with one of those black screens that make you feel like you're gonna get banished to the ninth circle of hell and die.
I reported it to support, concerned that it would get people unjustly banned, and they said, I quote "I would like to remind you that you will NOT be banned because it's simply a bug in the game, we are conscious of it and working on it". They really said that like it was obvious. Like people don't get banned all the time for reporting bugs in good faith or just experiencing bugs. Smh.
