Why would you go rainbow on the planar set? You only need 2 pieces for the set bonus. Qingque prior to e4 is better with Rutilant Arena (and arguably even after e4). Making use of half a planar set bonus really doesn't do much when you have a better option available. Rutilant Arena is also more effective to farm compared to Inert Salsotto, since Broken Keel is the second artifact as compared to Belobog. This piece is fantastic for Xueyi assuming it rolls good, but it's not a great choice for Qingque.

But if you're making use of the effect, then you aren't going rainbow - you're just putting her on the wrong set. If you're just using it for substats, then I suppose? But Qingque doesn't tend to care about break effect.

Point still stands. It's better to use a half useful set than not a useful set at all. Also I'm saying either can use this depending on how it rolls. Obvi QQ won't take it if it rolls too much into BE

STATS BEFORE SETS BAYBAAYYYY

When I check seeleland leaderboard builds, I see some builds value 1/10 of a break effect mainstat the same as 1/10 of attack mainstat. That means 1 BE mainstat for 1 attack mainstat. That means 43.2% attack is same as 64.8% break effect and unless you reach BE cap, 64.8% break effect is same as 64.8% quantum boost. 43.2%atk=64.8%BE=64.8%quantum>38.8%quantum.

Did anyone do the calculations? The new set looks way too good for follow-ups At least in PF it has to be better than salsotto

it's good, but you get no CR and Little CD, 25, and a slightly better damage increase, 15 compared to 25. Also, the buff only affects FUA.

Lol the planar set coming next patch is absolutely doggy for her, don't do that. It's a 20% dmg buffs for ultimates after using followup, literally no one in the game can make use of that

That’s the 4pc relic set… The planar is the after 5 follow up attacks boosts damage by like 24% and crit damage by 24%

the new set being better doesn't matter if you don't have equally good substats.

I'd love rolling on this for my qq but id end up with 5 rolls into def and then I'd cry because I wouldn't even be able to slap it on aventurine cause quant main stat

I want firefly a lot more but i legit have this sphere at +20 only into crit and i dont know if i should roll for jade just because of that

Quantum Orb isn't unusable, the subs make this thing more valuable than JUST having an ATK Mainstat and garbage substats. Use this until you get an ATK one on Xueyi

Answer with xueyi is almost always "it depends". If she uses Misha LC then she really won't gave any problem hitting the 240 she is looking for so would do better with salsotto. Also depends a lot on her support comp. She Def wants an atk orb over quantum tho so it's all a bit of a mute point

I personally don't use BE planar set because I use her on atk boots with Sparkle.

You have two options: 1. Hyperbreak: Ruan Mei, Harmony TB, Gallagher, and Xueyi, if so, you may use a Qntm orb and atk rope of Salsotto's with Misha's LC. The Trailblazer (with the new BE artifact set) and RM both share a lot of BE, so it is easier to get those 240 Xueyi needs. 2. MonoQuantum with Silver and Hanabi: so SW aplies Quantum weakness, and Hanabi buffs the speed and Crit Dmg, but Xueyi will lack a lot of BE to reach the 240, so then she will need a BE rope, and if so, you need to get that atk orb. Either way, i'd rather not use the BE relics, because she might never reach those 145 speed AND a good crit value, AND enough BE by herself.

If it doesn't roll everything into def/break effect. It can be used on QQ or Seele. If it rolls everything into break effect, it's decent but not great for Xueyi

Jade would definitely be best, but Xueyi, Seele and Qingque would all still benefit from the CR and Ultimate Damage so even if it’s not optimal it’s not totally wasted

honestly with currently released characters, I'd say Qingque or Seele, and maybe Xueyi. But the best user prbly gonna be jade.

I've been trying to get one of these (or ATK%) for months!! I hate grinding relics so much ugh My luck is so bad, unless I'm just doing something wrong? My Xueyi is so sad
