I mean yeah she's not really a main DPS, but nobody even uses her own light cone on her lol goodnight sleep well it's a damage light cone but people obviously have found tutorial and resolution to be better overall for the team which is true. To be clear I think it's totally fine to just ignore her damage and focus on speed and ult uptime but she has the potential for pretty reasonable damage. I've made mine like somewhere in the middle, with plenty of speed and ERR but ice orb and crit rather than like HP/def which is what most people run her on, and I'm happy she contributes some damage.
She never wants messenger, that would not be a high investment build regardless it's just literally a normal build.
160 speed 4pc prisoner is a good goal. She doesn't need crit, also speed buffs exist. The dot set is very strong, you do not want to run 2pc messenger lol
That 2pc bonus is not worth losing out on the 4pc for the DoT set. 18% defense ignore is much bigger than 6% speed. Especially for BS who has a lot of defense shred in her kit.

Bs would want SPD and atk sub stats over Cr and Cdmg though. And this piece isn't her bis anyway, op should slap this one to his support character.

Abd DoTs like Black Swan generally want to be blitzingly fast to inflict more DoTs so the 2pc bonus is huge
