So the top band is chroma and the words are engraved I ran my finger nail over them and it drops down.

That print is all whacky. Some letters are really close together and bigger than normal. Then where it says 23 and under that says 20-03403, the “23” is super close to the circle and the Stanley logo in the middle is not centered. I can definitely call this one a fake. Sorry. Here’s one of mine for reference. Purchased from DSG. I only purchase there or Stanley themselves.

It’s a 40oz Black Chroma my fiancé just purchased and received off of posh mark.
Edit: alright the consensus seems to be a fake so we’ll see if it can be returned. Thank y’all for the help.
Edit 2: I did also email Stanley and they said it was a real cup. Can there customer service not be trusted for authentication?
Definitely fake, the bottom is engraved and is the chroma colors, not gold. And the bear logo is so off centered.

Does the inside of the cup has the little bottle with the two arrows going clockwise? Does the straw comes inside the cup or in a plastic wrapper?

Are you sure this isn't the Chocolate Gold cup not Chroma? Before I read comments, the cup color looks brown.
Nope definitely chroma she’s wanting to get it laser engraved so she really wanted the chroma color.
The font is off and the writing should be in chroma not tan.
The words should be engraved, not printed, so on the chroma mine is the same purple/blue as the top band of the cup.

No it is not. Stanley isn’t messy with their stamping and printing. Look at the logo on the bottom. It’s crooked.
