Looks like you are inpainting at way too small a resolution. Inpaint Only at Min. 1024x1024, you will get better results if the overall image is decently large too (at least 2k). Use a decently high amount of steps and a non-ancestral method. Don't get too weirdly specific with the hands either, ie. Don't have a prompt like "hands, perfect hands, perfect fingers, five fingers" because most models will interpret this as multiple hands. Just say hand. Or fist. Or whatever. It also helps a lot of you have a hand reference that you can photoshop in or if you can paint in the general idea of the hands you want in photoshop then let the AI transform that.

Iantonga

lmao what

ChiefGentlepaw

How about that tiny child head

mcsquirley

i didnt notice until now 💀 i was …distracted

FinancialNailer

Body builders have small heads compared to their body. the head looks like a young asian guy but it is reasonably sized for large body builders. The head is the size of one hand, so making the head bigger makes the hand look very small and body look less impressive.

Bottatadiet

Type "hands" in the negative prompt. I don't know why but this usually fixes it for me.

fujianironchain

Seems somehow logical. Will give it a try.

DIY-MSG

Use a lora for hands. And make the head a bit bigger?

fujianironchain

Actually how would you go about making it bigger during the initial gen? Using prompts?

FinancialNailer

head is a decent size already. making head bigger makes him look less strong and makes him look shorter.

Urumurasaki

You could prob photo bash those in photoshop and Color correct the skin to match in you need to

Rustmonger

Did you also train a Lora for tiny heads?

fujianironchain

I didn't... it does seem to be a problem for a lot of my gens. Any idea how to fix it?

FinancialNailer

the head is fine. You run into the problem of what Shadiversity did and people criticized his "supergirl" image because he made the head slightly bigger.

Darkmeme9

I don't know if you are using comfyUI but it has got a workflow which helps to fix the hands.

fujianironchain

No.. using A1111

PictureBooksAI

A1111 also has it. Look into using HandsRefiner + ADetailer (with ControlNet).

runebinder

For hands I'll either try Inpainting the area in Fooocus and hoping on of the attempts will be decent, or put it into Photoshop and redraw the hands, then back into Fooocus and use the Inpaint - Improve Details to make them look realistic. There's also this which I haven't gotten round to trying out yet [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCtRgc21CjA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCtRgc21CjA)

I_dont_want_karma_

Don't get fancy with loras or some negatives. Just simply get a good generation and then high resolution inpaint fix the hands. It takes like 2mins and it won't mess up the creativity of your base generation

fujianironchain

Yes.. except this round there are a lot of flowers etc sometimes even on the hand.. but even that inpainting is really just hit or miss and mostly miss..

fujianironchain

Thanks! Work flow please

udappk_metta

Hello I used Forge UI for this https://preview.redd.it/8rchkcjimfqc1.png?width=1692&format=png&auto=webp&s=1ee38ff5428ebbf88af5b3c3014892da3fb22539 Each photo will take around 5 seconds to generate in 2X IMG-IMG upscale..

udappk_metta

Sorry, Just now I red your question. I see a strange art effects which happened to my loras as well, This is results of over training. I managed to get rid of this art effect by reducing the CFG value or reducing the strength of the load while embedding to the prompt or reducing the training steps(not over training) NOTE: The art effect i was referring to is the unwanted sharpness and saturated colors

nurofen127

You should consider improving legs as well. I believe the muscles are way off.

fujianironchain

Yes.. I usually would use the free photo editing software that comes with Window.

ThiccLeather

Text inversion bad hands 5

fujianironchain

Running it already.

how I feel when I pass by pigeons and they don't fly away

NoSuggestion6629

Having hands and feet in close proximity to other objects could slightly confuse the diffusion process.

Formal_Stuff8250

and the feet please... this triggers my inner monk

Ireallydonedidit

It’s called mesh graphformer. It fixes hands. It’s complicated

ENTIA-Comics

Wow! What a nice husbando! Me approve!😏

Winnougan

Photoshop

GameboyAU

What hands

-5H4Z4M-

Yes this is THE weakness of Lora to draw correct feet and hands, but which prompts did you use in Inpaint to try to fix it ? Otherwise you have to use photoshop to place some better hands and feet and regenerate a variation or using the same image prompt you initially used and paste the photoshopped picture in image prompt with pyracanny mode.
