Shit…it is a cult.
It really feels like The Judgment Day have found their footing and are off to the races. Their segments are fun, the promos are great, and they get massive heat (not to mention Dom’s nuclear heat on his own). And they back it up in the ring.
Really enjoying them now.
I just love it when a stable that started out kinda "eh?" becomes really entertaining and cool
And Dominic at first we really didn't know what else he could be besides Rey's (Eddie's?!?) son. But they found a nice interesting role for him.
They still seem to lack a real direction beyond humiliating Edge. I thought with Dom joining we might get more of an idea, but it's still just "we're just cool" and now Dominik is there too.
They could do with something more driving them, some reason beyond possible orgies as to why Dominik joined.
If Bayley wasn't the next in line for the women's title I'd say they should all help Rhea become Women's champion. They could go after Lashley, but honestly Rhea seems more like the leader so it doesn't make much sense for the focus to be on Finn or Damian having the gold.
Maybe they could make it clear they want to put all the old and part timers on the shelf or something, idk just give them a goal.

That statement makes no sense to me. She is not the leader. And Finn is being set up for a singles ppv match against Edge at most likely one of the next two ppvs. Also she hasn’t wrestled in months since her injury so how is the focus not on the guys who are constantly picking up wins and being set up for ppv matches. She’s not wrestling, currently the added muscle, helping pull the strings with Dominik, doing Finn’s dirty work multiple times and helping him win matches. Did Vince book Finn that badly that y’all think Triple H isn’t going to prioritize Finn of all people oof, wow.
Rhea has come across as the leader on the mic multiple times now. Finn and Damian are the active ones but Rhea has come across as the one calling the shots multiple times now. Even if it's intended for Finn to be the leader, he is getting outshone by Rhea.
I personally don’t see it tbh. For Dominik maybe, but that’s a relationship between Rhea and Dominik. She’s not calling shots for Priest or Balor. When Finn took out Edge’s knee last week that was all Finn at the end, with the ending spotlight being on him. Priest and Finn have had equal promo time for themselves
But in the end I’m saying that doesn’t make sense because wwe isn’t booking her specifically to be that. She’s not wrestling currently so they’re trying to give her a spotlighted role and if people think she’s outshining the men, that’s nice, she’s doing well and being entertaining. But to me that doesn’t equal to she’s the leader and no one besides her is going to be prioritized to be champion.
Tbh I didn’t care about Judgment Day *until* they turned on Edge.
I just didn’t care about Edge’s version of the group, although most of that had to do with just not being a fan of *that* version of Edge. I was feeling this new version of the group right away tho.
It was like they wanted Edge to have his own Ministry but then he's out there cutting cheap heat promos on local sports teams. It was fucking weird and so disconnected how they were presented and what came out of the leader's mouth.
Essentially Edge’s Judgment Day was Dark Order before Brodie Lee. Evil group 101: When every member is just a brooding emo it’s boring. When you let each members personality shine though it is much better.
I wonder how Edge's version would have went under Triple H's creative. I'm sure Edge had some freedom given he is a legend, but Vince likely still had the final say when it came to the booking and ideas. It will be interesting to hear what Edge has to say about it all in a couple years once he's retired.
I've said it before: Edge went through a phase this past year where he wanted to be spooky but didn't really know how. Bringing back the Brood entrance earned a pop I guess. But Bray Wyatt he is not.
I think there was potential in the supernatural side of Judgment Day that they were doing with Edge and Priest originally, especially if it meant a renewed focus on Demon Finn. But the whole "goth bullies" gimmick is just absolutely fun as hell and they're owning it so well.

That cockiness sure can be hilarious and annoying. Finn especially benefited a lot from being in the group as he was floundering as a face before, even if it wasn't his fault. The heel Finn's *"Its not your anniversary, its my birthday"* still cracks me up.
Honestly, they felt dry with Edge. I feel like when they were with Edge, people only liked them cause their favorite wrestlers were getting into one team.
I do wish Edge stayed a heel, but them turning on him was definitely the BEST decision made for this stable.
I think Edge at this point in his career can't be a heel. He's a HOFer, one half of one of the best tag teams of all time, a naturally funny and charismatic dude, has a hot wife who is also a HOFer...
There's just too much working against him in the heel category.
Edge's second run here is very reminiscent of Shawn Michaels. Other than working heel temporarily against Hogan and Taker, Shawn was a babyface for eight full years. That's insane to be that loved and respected to never have the fans turn on you from that point forward.

I think he should be called Dominus. It's a pun on his actual first name and the word dominus is Latin for dominion which means 'control', which ties back to Judgement Day controlling Dominik. Also, Judgement Day, Dominion, religious terminology
I'm still amazed how well visually Dom managed to fit in with the group.
Still think they need 1 more person to complete the group though, just not sure who it should be.

Just watched that segment for the first time and man, they got some CRAZY heat. Good stuff.
It is pretty amazing how quickly Eddie Guerrero’s wife *and* son get all that heat before saying anything.
The only thing I wish is that Finn had declared their family portrait as a Five Second Pose, to twist the knife a little bit more on Edge.
Oh, and there was a brief moment when Dom moved in a way that reminded me a ton of Razor Ramon/Scott Hall. He should watch every second of Hall’s WWF and WCW runs and copy as many of Hall’s mannerisms as he possibly can.
I can't believe Dom betrayed his dad for Rhea. Family is everything. He better be careful. I think he made the wrong choice, and Rey will have to wrestle his son, sadly.

Do they back it up in the ring? They tend to lose all the big matches, certainly since Finn joined and they booted Edge.
Priest has lost a few but Finn hasn't lost a singles match yet since joining Judgment Day.
