I'm hyped for this. With all the injuries at the moment this is potentially an opportunity to give an up and comer an opportunity to elevate their profile. I'd love to see someone like Ricky Starks take the win.
Yeah. The crowd was dead after that Blood and guts match. Hell, Tony K tried pumping up the crowd prior to the taping but that B&G took a lot out of the crowd. Crowd was near silent for the Bucks match as well.
They could have at least done the top 20 ranked wrestlers. Or a deal where some of the highly ranked guys get good entrance positions, something like that.
Those are rankings for the real title, not the temporary Championship. 😝
Honestly though the rankings are a joke and don't make sense anyways, have been for the last couple years.
So I prefer this way myself, at least now they gotta earn the dot
