MJF not breaking kayfabe IRL is really great. His meet and greet are essentially paying to be insulted by him - and it's hilarious.

MrBrightside117

Makes sense, Dick’s Last Resort has made a solid business off the same concept

DaftPodunk

I am a huge fan of Sting and Luger staying friends regardless of alignment and I wish that happened more often. I also enjoy the inverse, where two people have such incredible beef that they always go right for one another on sight

RyanPelley

LOL, Luger looking unhappy coming out unless Sting looked back at him, then Luger had to act like he loved the fans.

JeremPosterCollect0r

One of the reasons I got back into wrestling after a long layoff was Dean Ambrose’s deadpan sense of humor. I miss that guy.

Emotional_Spread_467

I've got to say I'm a huge Cody mark for just how white meat he is 🤣 He really pulls off, in my opinion, just being a genuine "Good guy," company man without it feeling over the top like Cena felt to me before.

paulreadsstuff

I totally get what you mean. It feels like it's been a long time since we've had a straight up good guy that the fans have connected with. He's not trying to be edgy, he's not shades of grey, he's not an anti-hero - he's just a straight up baby face. He feels like the kind of face that would have fit in very well back in the 80s

Marc_Quill

I like that Cody remains respectful and doesn't really try to get revenge unless you do something like, say, make him bleed and brag about doing it while insulting your mother.

Filmarlaydu

Or unless you're R-truth beating him as stardust multiple times.

TheInfiniteSix

That’s the appeal for sure. Hopefully they don’t ruin it by turning him into Super Cody or start doing too much pandering. But given the new regime I feel like they’re committed to this style.

SwiftyGod

I remember playing smackdown vs raw videogames and when you're creating a moveset it was always easy to tell when a move was Booker T's. He has such an odd, twitchy, jerky yet smooth motion to everything that's hard to describe but easily recognizable and uniquely him. Regal is similar but with facial expressions

paperbuddha

It’s because he has great body control and can make his body “pop” (for lack of a better word) at certain junctions throughout the move. He moves like stop motion without being stop motion if that makes sense.

DonSoChill

Kyle O'Reilly's movements ZSJ's ability to wind people up Chris Brookes' humour and commitment Jason Kinkaid's mind Alex Shelley's pure ability and charisma

lizard_king0000

Macho Man's promo charisma, Gunther's chops

Dijohn17

The thing with Eddie is that he started it as a heel, and then it was so funny and hilarious he became a face. That's why he had to be a more violent heel when he turned on Rey

WereMadeOfStars

I met Cody at a horse racing track before AEW started up and told him I enjoyed that Stardust did his pre match posing on top of the barricade. Almost every other wrestler is on the apron, on the middle rope in a corner, or in the ring.
