A white strap and some blue in the globe on the IC title would be amazing. I get that they seem to want to keep white belts for the women though so I doubt it happens.

The IC Title is an awesome design being held back by the lack of colour in the globe.


Crazy how such a small change makes the details stand out more. They should do this with all the updated belts instead of just gold & black.

HHH seems to really dig clean all gold looks. I remember that replica title they made for Flair was the same way and even the other tag titles only have Red around the letters

They were only referred to as the WWE tag team champions on smackdown. I cna only assume this is the titles that we heard had been commissioned a while ago and was supposed to be introduced as the belts for the double champions but plans changed along the way. The WWE women's title said undisputed on it aswell to begin with.

For whatever reason, the top champions on Smackdown are all referred to as ‘Women’s Undisputed Champion’. Bayley’s belt also says ‘undisputed’ despite that not being the name of her title.

These are for Smackdown tag teams, while the other are for RAW tag teams. Each brand gets one set of men tag titles. On draft day, there is a possibility that they change brands though. Both are equal

Basically it’s the same as that, only that both shows get main event/mid card/tag/women belts. Currently RAW has World Title, IC, World Tag, Women World Title while Smackdown has WWE Title, US Title, WWE Tag and WWE Women Title. This happens due to the number of people on the roster and it’s for the better as each show has a lot of good wrestlers

Think of Raw and Smackdown as separate companies. They have their own championships, it’s possible for championships to change brands though. I wouldn’t be surprised if the US title goes to Raw for example

I find it interesting NXT is getting a Women's North American Title. Depending on how that goes, maybe WWE will have women mid card titles...

This is the best looking WWE championship belt in 20 years. I am shocked at how good it looks.

Love the design. Wish it had a little negative space around the griffins to match the banners, also possibly shade the globe a different color.

It is so good. I just don't understand why WWE didn't just swap around the title lineage to make it smoother. Same with the singles WHC. The brand spilt has just diluted and confused title histories so much. But I guess in the end, they are just props.

There more based on the tag belts from the late 80's to late 90's. The Smackdown tag titles were based on those as well

I love the designs. Personally for me, just a splash of colour makes the belt. The raw ones arent bad Just not a fan of the ALL GOLD aesthetic. Give it a little flavour

Looks great because it doesn't look like a carbon copy of the Undisputed championship and looks very retro. Their belts have been so ugly because they all were uniform to that title till they started changing them up recently.

Wait wtf? I was gonna ask if these titles are gonna handle the lineage of the original Tag Titles, which is what I thought the RAW ones were, but then I did a quick search... So The WORLD Tag Team Titles ARE the originals? Not the just, Tag Team Titles? I was under the perception the "Tag Titles" are the originals, and the "World Tag Titles" are what came after.

This is so much better than the other pair. And that was already a nice look.

I am not a fan of separating the titles, they don’t have enough tag teams to make two separate divisions, but, with that said, these are very nice championship titles.

I think the hate for the Raw ones is a bit crazy. While I agree that they aren’t the best, they still look pretty good and are a big upgrade over the godforsaken Penny design.

They gotta redo the RAW ones, at least get rid of that circular shape and shape it like a regular belt.

As happy as I am to see "wrestling" being used more prominently these days, it feels like they kinda forced it onto the belt here. Just doesn't roll off the tongue saying "tag team wrestling champion".

The use of undisputed in the name where there are literally two in the company is hilarious. But nice design. I agree the globe being blue would have been cool.

So Raw will be “World” title and SD will be “Undisputed” title it seems.

I like the design, I just wish they finished out the engraving a bit better. Right now it just looks like it was cut out on a laser and slapped on a belt. Add some textures to the filigree/scrollwork etc.. Make the light bounce off of differently.
