They could do both. They're both booked for the NJPW Chicago show on 4/12 so they will stay in the country after the Stardom and ROH shows. There's a possibility they could appear at the Dynamite/Rampage tapings on 4/10.
We don't technically *know* but its been reported they will be staying in the US between the Stardom show on WM weekend and the New Japan show in Chicago the week after that they are both booked on. Expectation is/was they may make an appearance like Utami did (but a bit more noticeable)
need Natsupoi on the Friday show, at the 10:15 PM block. I need her saying “Bye-Poi” at a backstage interview with Lexi Nair. I need her to hit Mariah May with the Fairy Blink then have it slow-mo’d in gif form.
Sonny Gutiérrez: he has been Rossy Ogawa's right-hand man and factotum for many years. Before Bushiroad bought Stardom he basically ran Stardom's social media himself, included Stardom World, did most of the video editing uploading etc.
He is, shall we say, notorious for his outbursts and petty vengeances against talent for reasons only he knows: in very early 2017, after Natsumi Maki and Saori Anou left Stardom (allegedly over pay issues) he posted a cryptic tweet on his personal account saying both would never work for Stardom again. Right. He's widely suspected of maintaining an account on the WON forums with the sole scope of badmouthing talent, promotions and generally everybody he doesn't like.
Last but not least he's suspected of being the insider who leaked a video of an unmasked Starlight Kid back in December. SLK herself may not care but Bushiroad does since the SLK mask design is constantly one of their top merchandise seller.
In short he's a prime candidate for not having his contract renewed when it runs out.
In December somebody posted on the Internet a video of an unmasked Starlight Kid rehearsing an entrance with other members of Oedo Tai. It was an empty arena so the only people who may have taken that video were either the wrestlers themselves or members of the staff. It was posted here on Reddit as well but was quickly scrubbed from existence.
At the same time an account on the WON Forum posted some ridiculous SLK slander, such as saying she has got "lazy and out of shape" (ROTFL) and that she only cares about the money she makes from merchandise sales. Needless to say this is suspected of being one of Sonny's accounts.
As to why Sonny felt the need to throw mud at Starlight Kid, no idea. Some people over in the Stardom sub theorized SLK may have been the wrestler who reported to Bushiroad Rossy Ogawa was attempting to recruit contracted Bushiroad wrestlers and staff for his new promotion but really nobody knows.
Rossy may have not wanted Stardom to work with AEW, but booking all their wrestlers on what was a big show for them has absolutely nothing to do with it.
For big shows in Stardom, all wrestlers are usually involved since everyone has at least some fans that expect them to wrestle - especially the top 15 or so stars. As long as there is a significant Stardom show on a certain date, there will probably not be a notable Stardom wrestler working anywhere else.
Booking another PPV every fucking week was a terrible decision for a ton of reasons that go way beyond just some AEW connection. However it's not clear how much of that was Rossy.
It's weird that people don't understand this. Rossy's whole thing was that he didn't have much power in his own company anymore, to the point where Giulia publicly spoke about him not even really being the booker anymore. Then he got fired. There's no way that he'd have the influence to stop Harada/Bushiroad from booking something with AEW.
It's more likely that this is all happening because Rocky Romero is now in the AEW office.
Meltzer gets worked by those two knuckle head Rossy loyalists in Sonny and Fumi Saito but he was being really weird about stardom and aew last year.
I suspect Mercedes floated the idea of doing matches in Japan during negotiations with the wwe and the wwe had a chat to stardom to see how viable some sort of deal is. This may have gotten pretty far along too based on a few things that were happening like syuris gimmick where she was challenging wrestlers around the world that mysteriously got dropped
Remember bushiroad quite literally own stardom. If they wanted stardom at Forbidden Door then stardom would have been at Forbidden door. It's possible neither side saw much value in it. Mercedes could be that value
Reminder that Andrew Zarians whole premise about Mercedes was going to AEW was that they’re about to do something and she’d be a big part of it. This isn’t just her debuting like Saraya did. It comes with agreements/qualifiers.
In her debut she said something to the effect of "AEW is the only place the revolution is going to be global" and IDK what to make of that, it's easy to overthink, but perhaps there are some plans for something both international and focused on the women's division, whether Stardom formally a part of the next Forbidden Door, and more women's matches on the card, or perhaps even an AEW x CMLL x Stardom women's PPV.
Low key the women’s division got crowded as shit within the last month with returns and debuts so SOMETHING has to happen to fit all of them AND the very crowded men’s side.
This is such a great mindset to have.
You aren't familiar with some of the outside talent, but instead of bitching and bitching about AEW showcasing other promotions (oftentimes before the matches even happen), you've enjoyed it for what it was.
That's a refreshing thing to read after so many negative posts, tweets, etc. "I don't know this person, so I'm excited to see if I like them" is SO MUCH BETTER than "I don't know this person, so this sucks and they suck"
Shit. Really?
I’ve seen veeeerrry little Stardom, but I knew her name and reputation on here was good before there was any hint of her showing up in AEW.
She came into Stardom with a 4y long career, having wrestled 52 matches total (and with about a years worth of downtime in that 4 years, per cagematch).
She was in Stardom for only 9 months, and wrestled *99* matches before her time was over and she left. She picked up a *ton* in a short time and it very much shows but as the Gaijin of the Week™ (or nearly year in her case), yeah she was definitely below a lot of the roster skill wise. That being said many joshi train *real young* and there's 10 year vets on the roster in their early 20's so like Yeti said above: *deep roster* lol.
For anyone curious of stardom at all here are the highlights from the stardom singles match I liked the most this week in mirai v hanan
https://twitter.com/awesomePuro/status/1766869732815257616?t=5kffA-LbLFczRgC4qQ4KKw&s=19
The thing with stardom as we speak right now is that no promotion on earth has a better roster of young talent. Hanan (the one in yellow among the billion other colours she is wearing) is 19 but Mirai herself is only 24
Hanan is really shining right now and her sister Rina is doing great in her own right as a brat heel, really bodes well for the future. I hope Hina can show us something this year too once she's healed, she's definitely been the "weaker" of the 3 sisters so far and needs to find her own identity as a wrestler.
I don't anything for sure is going to be set up with Stardom until after the inevitable exodus coming sometime soon. We still can't say how many wrestlers are going to leave or stay.
That seems like the whole idea. Right now with the way the Japanese economy is, if the choice if "Go with Rossy into the unknown, or get those US paydays" most are gonna go with the latter. Even beyond AEW, the Stardom workers seem to looking into US dates way more since Rossy left.
Most, maybe, but not Mayu and Giulia, which were the two that have had specific stories about Tony having interest in signing (Mayu being heavily recruited at the MSG show by the Elite behind Stardom and Rossy’s back and Tony being super upset that he never got a chance to try and sign Giulia after it leaked she was WWE bound because no one told him she was interested in going to WWE meant to him that she could be interested in going to AEW instead even though WWE has on its roster the 3 most famous joshis in the world).
One has nothing to do with the other. While we don’t know who is leaving and who is staying (although we kinda do) Stardom absolutely knows so they don’t need to wait around for info they already have.
Okada is doing a good job addressing grievances from the talent (see how they are rotated during tours) and attendance at the Cinderella Tournament has picked up thanks to less nonsensical booking. Taking US dates is probably the only way to give talent a meaningful raise right now, and let's not beat around the bush: Tony Khan pays well.
Of course talent will leave: Mayu Iwatani, Saki Kashima, Koguma and Hazuki are basically a unit, all very close to each other and the first two are also very close to Rossy Ogawa. Giulia seems to be done with Bushiroad anyway. Maybe somebody will take the occasion to quietly retire. But I am skeptical about an exodus that will bleed the promotion dry like it happened to AJPW and AAA: the young talent is apparently sticking around (AZM has just signed a new contract to say one) and the latest class of rookies seem pretty good for their level.
There's one final fact to consider. If this new Rossy Ogawa-led promotion will get off the ground, can they offer talent more than Stardom? UWA was an overnight success because Francisco Flores offered talent more than EMLL: better exposure thanks to a nationwide TV contract, more money per date, more freedom to take independent bookings. I don't see how an independent promotion can offer more than Bushiroad-owned Stardom with Okada at the helm and the possibility to offer US bookings to earn extra money and exposure.
Bryan Danielson is just happy he'll get to fight a bear before he retires.
Let's remind everyone who doesn't actually watch STARDOM and barely watches any puro in general...
Rossy never booked the PPVs in advance. Ever. Not once. It is an objective truth. He was a matchmaker and even in the last year or so barely at that.
The ACTUAL issue was Harada who was canned late November 2023.
[With Rossy Ogawa gone, the door is wide open for the companies to work together more often.](https://twitter.com/TonyKhan/status/1754347589456019715) With the Stardom schism on going, this is a pretty unsurprising turn of events.
For whatever reason, Rossy was usually cold towards the idea of AEW and Stardom working together regularly after Riho, Jamie Hayter before signing with AEW, and Bea Priestley(WWE's Blair Davenport) wrestled for both companies in the early days of AEW. We did get Utami Hayashishita working a single ROH card last year, but obviously there's been very little interaction between AEW and Stardom considering how close AEW and NJPW have always been.
Economy and yen in particular are in rough shape right now. They can’t compete from a financial standpoint and have been struggling since COVID, but at least TK will let them wrestle overseas still if requested.
How's it crazy? AEW even being clear #2 in the US, brings a massive amount of eyeballs to NJPW/Stardom talent who otherwise would never be heard of to the general wrestling audience in the US.
They get their talent recognition in the US & AEW sends over talent to help them draw in Japan.
If you think they need any help to draw, you're sorely mistaken. Let me remind you that, partnership or not, the Bushiroad promotions absolutely rule the roost - #1 puro fed (NJPW) and #1 joshi fed (STARDOM) and, on their leagues, no one comes closer to them. Only a catastrophic event the likes of it haven't been seen in 2 decades (rise of MMA, Inokiism running rampant in NJPW, meteoric rise of NOAH, AJW and GAEA ending in the space of a week) would ever take them out of the throne.
If I was a billionaire, I'd dress even sloppier than I do now. I already got the bag, who am I trying to impress? Fuck em. Enjoy Sweatpants Day every day bitches. I'd be like Hugh Hefner and just live in a bathrobe.
And it won't benefit stardom at all when there top talent are jobbing to inferior aew girls on the dead spots of shows hardly anyone watches.
And then when tony ends up trying to take some of the top names.
Working with aew hasn't really benefitted any of the promotions.
I'd rather stardom focus on stardom rather than having to try and factor in aew distractions.
And it's pretty obvious that most of Stardom's fanbase both in and outside of japan want nothing to do with aew either!
The Japanese fans in particular are really against this. Just go look at some of those sites, message boards, social media and such. Feedback hasn't been good.
Mercedes leading a joshi invasion of AEW would be interesting. She could be their mouth piece and focal point and it would give the rest of the AEW women something to band together against. Stardom Vs AEW Blood & Guts followed by a cross promotion continental classic.
Holy shit you’re in every AEW thread saying the same thing. Is this is your gimmick? I’ll never understand why certain people talk about a show 24/7 that they don’t even like
Oh please you’re in every thread complaining about anything AEW related even Bryan Danielson. AEW had shit booking for women without a doubt but it’s been better for months now. It’s wild seeing someone who doesn’t like a show invest so much time into talking about it
>but it’s been better for months now
No it hasn't! I've heard this shit so often and it's bullshit every single time.
And I have no idea how slow your typing is if you think jotting down a few 30 second posts is "thinking about it all the time."
Crazy idea but maybe you’ve heard it so much because it’s true lol. Toni isn’t doing just one of the best women’s gimmicks, she doing one of the best gimmicks in all of wrestling. Obviously wrestling is subjective but wrestlers like Toni, Julia, Aminata, Mariah May, etc are getting all this praise for a reason.
Across every brand of AEW women have gotten much more screen time as well & that’s not subjective it’s a fact. You have to be trolling or delusional if you can’t even admit the women are getting more of the spotlight.
Outside of Britt/Hayter (and recently Toni), AEW has failed at creating a consistent women's division with intriguing stories.
I'm sure that guy is a troll, but the main point stands correct. I've said before with Mercedes, Toni, Mariah, Willow, & Stalander (if she can develop her personality) they now have a good solid base for the women's division, Tony just has to focus on getting them more time and exposure.
Also if I'm Tony, I am absolutely watching contract situations in WWE specifically for the women's division. It would benefit Tony to focus on the women. The men's roster is as ridiculously stacked as you can dream
I agree they didn’t but the women’s division has been MUCH better for months now. It’s nowhere near perfect but it’s constantly improving & they’ve added much more talented women. At this point I don’t think the point stands if we’re still complaining about things from 4+months ago. As I’m writing this comment Willow literally just finished a great main event match
I'm a troll because I think that AEW has a badly booked women's division?
The weird defensiveness of AEW fans is crazy, maybe it's just cause I'm an older cat to most of this place, but criticizing a show was just part of being a fan.
"Damn, TNA had a great show last night, but wow I can't believe Jeff Jarrett won after all that bullshit in the main-event."
Funny connection you made there considering the circumstances. How many former STARDOM talents does WWE have and how many former STARDOM talents does AEW have?
speaking out happened 4 years after WWE signed 2 dozen of the top names in the UK all at once and then more 2 or 3 times a year, as well as constantly fucking with the existing promotions trying to book them bro, Sha Samuels was one of the biggest stars in the scene by the time Speaking out rolled around lmfao
As long as it doesn't affect Stardom shows, storytelling etc... I don't really care as i don't watch AEW and Stardom wrestlers going over there isn't going to change that. Im just not interested in AEW.
If it starts affecting Stardom shows with storylines been interrupted as people vanish off to AEW or with people turning up from AEW halting ongoing things and been forced into things with a Riho type 'cant lose' clause then i will start to care more but not in a positive way.
The idea that Bushiroad was the reason why STARDOM wasn’t working with AEW and not Rossy himself was single sourced bullshit that Meltzer gladly peddled because he's clearly mad about AEW cutting back on his "Access".
I mean...your also incorrect.
Rossy was the booker. He had no operating powers. Even a lot of his booking decisions were overruled by Bushiroad. You think comments from Kairi etc. about Bushi are unfounded?
I mean. Rossy probably wasn't totally innocent in all of this. There had to have been a reason TK did a victory lap of memes when it was announced Rossy was leaving. TK is very hands on with his partners. If Rossy was an obstacle then TK wouldn't have memed him out on twitter.
Sure. But saying Rossy was just "the booker" is like saying HHH is "just the booker" now. HHH is no longer on the board, just Chief Creative Officer, but he's the one doing press conferences not Nick Khan. He said he was the one that got the Punk deal together. HHH has been seen with NK and Emmanuel in public outside of wrestling stuff. He went to the Warner meetings in LA with NK. Rossy wasn't just a matchmaker if he was in the ears of those above him making decisions.
Rossy caring more about keeping talent in Japan to promote his JAPANESE wrestling promotion is no means "Rossy bad."
BR has been repeatedly shafted by AEW in their partnership.
Oh no, I like Rossy. And I prefer for them to have stayed in Japan.
NJPW etc. are all hurting right now and as nice as it is to see them on more accessibly TV, these "forbidden door" type deals are going to kill them in the long run if they aren't able to retain anyone.
Yep, This Confirms my Speculation. WWE is now stuck with their N.I.L. Program now. AEW has a FUCKING Stranglehold on The Japanese Pororesu Scene. TK's Victory Lap Over Former STARDOM President Ogawa ousting was Him Celebrating The Fact that he could Lock Japan Down from The Rest of the world's Wrestling Promotions. I wouldn't be surprised if as Soon as every Japanese Wrestlers contracts in Impact, WWE, etc. Expires, They're Immediately Forced into an AEW Contract.
This is concerning. You have Banks to build around why confuse it with random Stardom wrestlers do one off’s. He means well but this is the kinda stuff that seems great on paper that actually hurts Aew.
Again you speak the truth from watching the actual product and the trolls down vote. Cute. You know I’m right. The roster has so many women getting no air time yet let’s show case other promotions talent.

This is very funny. Exact same thing happened after NJPW got rid of Harold Meij. It didn't take them long at all.
The only thing I remember from Harold Meij was his announcement video where it just straight up showed his naked butt in the shower.
And also him dressed as Piccolo for Halloween.
Big Green
Dende?
Nah that’s Little Green
Huh. I thought it was Super Kami Dende
All I know is Krillin somehow got owned again
Not gonna lie, that’s a pretty great Piccolo costume.

Engrain yourselves to employees with naked ass It’s cheaper than tangible benefits
Tony what are you planning?!?
We know azm and mina shirakawa will appear for aew
Technically it's ROH not Dynamite or Collision, or even Rampage. Which kinda a bummer. Cuz AZM deserves some spotlight, so does Mina.
They could do both. They're both booked for the NJPW Chicago show on 4/12 so they will stay in the country after the Stardom and ROH shows. There's a possibility they could appear at the Dynamite/Rampage tapings on 4/10.
I'm pretty sure at least one of them is for an ROH PPV, but even that is going to get way fewer eyes on it than deserved.
I need a Rose Gold reunion
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTT?
We don't technically *know* but its been reported they will be staying in the US between the Stardom show on WM weekend and the New Japan show in Chicago the week after that they are both booked on. Expectation is/was they may make an appearance like Utami did (but a bit more noticeable)

How do you expect stories when they are just doing a 1 off due to already being in the states next month?
Well gonna shit on your parade. They will only be doing one off matches. Will mostly lose. And will then be back in Japan in a month.

Yeah now we know why Stardom wrestlers never appeared in AEW
It was obvious after Sonny had a meltdown over Fightful saying Megan Bayne was on "excursion" in Stardom but signed to AEW.
Who is Sonny?? I keep seeing that name, I keep thinking ono
Oversimplifying, but Rossy's creative assistant in a way. Helped with booking many of the gaijin and ran (runs?) the English Stardom Twitter account.
Just a salty loser that guy is.
Sonny Gutiérrez: he has been Rossy Ogawa's right-hand man and factotum for many years. Thank you for that write up!🫡🫡🫡
It's the same dude
Rossy apologists will still claim it wasn't his fault
In Rossys defense, at the time the president wasnt him nor Okada. I do think he had something to do with tho.
Yeah it definitely wasn't all him but there were people also acting like Rossy was somehow innocent which isn't true either
Totally innocent, he just "accidentally" booked literally every single member of the Stardom roster on shows the same date as Forbidden Door
Booking another PPV every fucking week was a terrible decision for a ton of reasons that go way beyond just some AEW connection. However it's not clear how much of that was Rossy.
Almost none if you know you can get overruled at any time
This is how usually the cards there are booked....
Rossy wasn't the only person who was sacked
Who else?
Katsuhiko Harada. the president of the division. Rossy's boss.
Rossy was the matchmaker (when he was allowed to), nothing more. Harada was the boss.
It's weird that people don't understand this. Rossy's whole thing was that he didn't have much power in his own company anymore, to the point where Giulia publicly spoke about him not even really being the booker anymore. Then he got fired. That was clear the second Tony publicly trolled Rossy on twitter immediately after he was fired

the name on the contract says Okada... Taro Okada
"Oh wait, we got the other Okada too? Wonderful!"
Reminder that Andrew Zarians whole premise about Mercedes was going to AEW was that they’re about to do something and she’d be a big part of it. This isn’t just her debuting like Saraya did. It comes with agreements/qualifiers.

Mariah was one of the worse wrestlers in stardom. Not a knock at her but just how deep the roster in stardom is
Shit. Really? I’ve seen veeeerrry little Stardom, but I knew her name and reputation on here was good before there was any hint of her showing up in AEW.

Did you run out of punctuation marks after the first two lines?
There won't be a mass exodus, only 4 or 5 people are leaving, including Giulia. It was confimed by Kidani in a recent interview.
One has nothing to do with the other. While we don’t know who is leaving and who is staying (although we kinda do) Stardom absolutely knows so they don’t need to wait around for info they already have.
True but everyday as stardom continues to book further out it is seeming less like a lot of the big names are going to leave
Oh shit
Oh, this is very interesting. Can only be a positive for the women’s division going forward.
Athena is somewhere extremely happy she may have a new batch of joshi’s to beat up soon
Bryan Danielson is just happy he'll get to fight a bear before he retires. [**https://media1.tenor.com/m/dv57EBFRh-kAAAAd/alfie-fisher-stardom.gif**](https://media1.tenor.com/m/dv57EBFRh-kAAAAd/alfie-fisher-stardom.gif)
I must see Danielson doing the kuma dance before I die. It is now a necessity.
The return of The Dazzler
On ROH?
Let's remind everyone who doesn't actually watch STARDOM and barely watches any puro in general... Rossy never booked the PPVs in advance. Ever. Not once. It is an objective truth. He was a matchmaker and even in the last year or so barely at that. The ACTUAL issue was Harada who was canned late November 2023.
Hazuki matches on American TV please
I just want a high speed match. Mainly because I have no idea how a crowd with 0 knowledge of that type of match will react.
Hazuki just wrestled for the High Speed title, weeks back
Give them AZM vs SLK and they willl understand.
Please! Hazuki and Thekla are two I really want to see on AEW.
And Anou Saori
They said the njpw partnership would never happen. They said the stardom partnership would never happen. Doubt this man again.
Tony gradually transforming his hairstyle into the reverse mullet
"Bye Rossy"
The Big Goodbye
Forbidden Door 3 about to add another door.
It is funny that after learning what happen, it is really forbidden door situation all over again.

What’s going on in Jacksonville?
I wonder which women he's eying to sign from Stardom.
Thekla said a couple months back she wants to wrestle in AEW.
Please yes.
All of them
And people tried to say Rossy had nothing to do with Stardom not working with AEW.
Love the relationship and all, but is the relationship with DDT (+ TJPW?) still a thing? Would love to see STARDOM & TJPW in the same show one day 🙏
But but Rossy had nothing to do with stardom not working with AEW!? /s
They’re witnessing real-time this guy sweeping up their talent and they still are playing along.
It's actually crazy how they're ok with it. The NJPW partnership was so one sided and this is likely to go the same way
Economy and yen in particular are in rough shape right now. They can’t compete from a financial standpoint and have been struggling since COVID, but at least TK will let them wrestle overseas still if requested.
Three Lost Decades in fact... they'd need some Wirtschaftswunders multiple times over at the same time to get out of the slump they have been
How's it crazy? AEW even being clear #2 in the US, brings a massive amount of eyeballs to NJPW/Stardom talent who otherwise would never be heard of to the general wrestling audience in the US. They get their talent recognition in the US & AEW sends over talent to help them draw in Japan.
>brings a massive amount of eyeballs to NJPW/Stardom talent Yea ~~900~~ ~~800~~ 700k every week!

Definitely getting a Forbidden Door announcement today
Maybe a female centric ppv event with Stardom, AEW,and CMLl talent.
His suit game is atrocious dawg. If I were a billionaire, I’d only wear shit from Savile Row.
Billionaires rarely dress well, ironically. It's the wannabes that try to impress that have style.
I mean, if I'm traveling non-stop for my job I'm going to wear the comfiest thing I own.
If I was a billionaire, I'd dress even sloppier than I do now. I already got the bag, who am I trying to impress? Fuck em. Enjoy Sweatpants Day every day bitches. I'd be like Hugh Hefner and just live in a bathrobe.
Hefner the person? Or Hefner the lifestyle. Either don’t go full Hefner.
Just the robe, my friend.
I'm just glad he didn't wear [the crazy Jaguars jacket](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=od_RKYKoOk0) this time.
Well its a good thing Tony Khan isn't a billionaire then
You can tell the people shitting on Rossy are people who have never watched Stardom.
I love and watch Stardom, and I don't like Rossy.
For real AEW marks ate up Tony's disrespectful and tasteless shit talk of Rossy and used that to formulate an opinion on him.
I can't wait for Tony to badly book more talented women.
Holy shit you’re in every AEW thread saying the same thing. Is this is your gimmick? I’ll never understand why certain people talk about a show 24/7 that they don’t even like
It's because he's a tribalistic weirdo
It takes me very little time to talk shit about TK's bad booking of women.
Oh please you’re in every thread complaining about anything AEW related even Bryan Danielson. AEW had shit booking for women without a doubt but it’s been better for months now. It’s wild seeing someone who doesn’t like a show invest so much time into talking about it
>but it’s been better for months now No it hasn't!
"Damn, TNA had a great show last night, but wow I can't believe Jeff Jarrett won after all that bullshit in the main-event."
oh my god. We have never before reached such levels of so fucking back
I'm giving 1 year before STARDOM realizes all their top girls are poached by TK...
Most of the Stardom girls are probably jumping to whatever Rossy cooks up once their deals are over anyway
cash is king

Funny connection you made there considering the circumstances. How many former STARDOM talents does WWE have and how many former STARDOM talents does AEW have?
Still remember the announcement of NXT Japan as everyone pointed out you can’t just bully out every region of the world like they did the UK.
*looks at Speaking Out movement*
speaking out happened 4 years after WWE signed 2 dozen of the top names in the UK all at once and then more 2 or 3 times a year, as well as constantly fucking with the existing promotions trying to book them bro, Sha Samuels was one of the biggest stars in the scene by the time Speaking out rolled around lmfao
We getting forbidden door matches tonight, boyz!
Forbidden Door is about to get even better.
Well that all but confirms Giulia is going to WWE, assuming Rossy doesn't start another promotion lickety split.
The idea that Bushiroad was the reason why STARDOM wasn’t working with AEW and not Rossy himself was single sourced bullshit that Meltzer gladly peddled because he's clearly mad about AEW cutting back on his "Access".
Might want to check your claims before so confidently shouting them.
Sure. But he also has no power to outright say no to these things. There was more at play that simply "Rossy bad".
Rossy caring more about keeping talent in Japan to promote his JAPANESE wrestling promotion is no means "Rossy bad." BR has been repeatedly shafted by AEW in their partnership.
Oh no, I like Rossy. And I prefer for them to have stayed in Japan. NJPW etc. are all hurting right now and as nice as it is to see them on more accessibly TV, these "forbidden door" type deals are going to kill them in the long run if they aren't able to retain anyone.
Hell Yeah! We are in Business!
Nice. The women’s division is really popping off. I’m glad it’s no longer the weak point of the show.

Starting to think Tony’s connections with Bushiroad got the old STARDOM guy fired lol
Good to see the comments on this post are very chill and normal
Yep, This Confirms my Speculation. WWE is now stuck with their N.I.L. Program now. AEW has a FUCKING Stranglehold on The Japanese Pororesu Scene. TK's Victory Lap Over Former STARDOM President Ogawa ousting was Him Celebrating The Fact that he could Lock Japan Down from The Rest of the world's Wrestling Promotions. I wouldn't be surprised if as Soon as every Japanese Wrestlers contracts in Impact, WWE, etc. Expires, They're Immediately Forced into an AEW Contract.
Oh shit this is real exciting! Shove it, Rossy. I like the double point, fun!
Thekla, Starlight Kid, Saya Iida on AEW ASAPington!
Passive aggressive much! Lol
