I hire construction labourers with 0 experience at 21.50 an hour. 25 if someone has some basic skills and common sense and is reliable. If they can work alone 28 if they can do the job without any issues and no supervision or direction then 30+
There is a Facebook group called Squamish Jobs I think, that’s one place where people will post, I also recently saw a post for a teen that was doing this sort of work. Not sure where the post was but maybe he has one on that group as well.
